Description - In the heart of Venice, close to St. Mark’s Square and a few steps from the Rialto Bridge: this is Ca del Doge 2, a refined apartment, elegantly furnished in Venetian style and equipped with all comforts. The apartment is located in one of the most elegant and exclusive areas of Venice: between “Bacino Orseolo” and “Frezzeria”, where there are fashion boutiques like Gucci and Armani. Parquet floors, wood beams, refined details chosen with taste and style for an independent, comfortable and central Venetian stay. It consists of a roomy and luminous living room with fabulous decorative fire place and a double sofa-bed; marvellous and roomy kitchen, complete of all accessories, elegant double bedroom in Venetian style, room with two comfortable single beds and two restrooms, one of which with shower. On the second floor you can find a third restroom consisting of shower, laundry complete of electrically heated drying rack. The apartment has portable air conditioning units.
Location - In Venice, in the heart of the sestiere San Marco, the apartment Ca del Doge 2, boasts an enviable position: a few steps (and no bridges) separate you from the marvellous scenario of one of the most beautiful squares in the world. The apartment is surrounded by the most famous stores where you can go shopping, and by the best restaurants. St. Mark’s Square, with its towering bell tower and with its amazing Basilica, is an Istrian stone living room, surrounded by antique cafès and an incomparable atmosphere that during sunrise is romantic and warm, accompanied by the sounds of orchestras. Once you pass the magnificent Doge’s Palace and you reach the Riva degli Schiavoni, there is the St. Mark’s Basin, with Saint George’s Island from which you can see gondolas and boats. On the right, there is the extraordinary profile of the Basilica della Salute, a place that Venetian people love, and celebrate its feast during the month of November. On the left, instead, you can admire the long shore that, overcoming the Arsenale entrance, reaches the Giardini, headquarters of the famous Biennale d’Arte. If you continue that way, you can see on the horizon, the island of the Venice Lido, where every year there is the important Mostra Internazionale d’Arte Cinematografica (Venice film festival).
