We are excited to welcome you to Tribeca, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in Manchester City Centre's Northern Quarter district. There are 2 king-size beds and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a washing machine and a dishwasher. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 4 seater dining table located between the kitchen and living area. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms both have king-size beds and blackout blinds/curtains fitted, as well as a fitted wardrobes for extra storage should you need it.
BATHROOM
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, one of which is an en-suite connecting to the master bedroom. There is a bath and a shower available. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
There is a 55 inch smart TV with Sky Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access.
ACCESSIBILITY
For those with mobility considerations, kindly note this apartment is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Northern Quarter, very close to The Arndale. There is a Multi-storey pay and display car park adjacent to the development, where is costs £20.50 to park for 24 hours. The full address of this car park is as follows: Northern Quarter Multi Storey, Church Street, M4 1LX.

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of the Northern Quarter, a short walking walking distance from the central bar and retail district. There is a public car park located nearby on Church Street - charges may apply. Please check your guest pass for more information. Manchester Victoria Station is 5-10 minutes away, and Shudehill bus depot and metrolink station is 5 minutes from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator in the building. You will be required to climb the stairs to the first floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. My friends and I (30-35 years old) came to Manchester for the Sam Smith concert. The apartment was in a great location with proximity to the cable car system, tons of good restaurants and pubs. We picked this location solely because of how close it was to the arena but it offered so much more than we could’ve asked for. The apartment was very nice and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculate with good water pressure. We did not spend much time in the apartment but when we were there it was great! The top floor did get warmer than desired but we’re we’re able to open the windows and prop the doors open. The doors are heavy/self closing so we wedged things under to keep them open. Did not understand how to use the washer/dryer but that’s solely on me because it’s a brand I am unfamiliar with and no instructions on the machine. Definitely a lot of stairs and narrow stairwells but that’s to be expected in the UK. Overall we really enjoyed this location and the unit!! Would 100% stay here again!!

A short break with family. The apartment was lovely and the area although very quiet and close to the centre of the city was in a very scruffy place (graffiti everywhere and very run down)

Super modern and really impressive apartment but it just wasn’t practical. At least not for us. There was no toaster, no coffee machine, no paper towel, no dustpan & brush or washing machine detergent. You can’t use 2 showers at the same time (only enough pressure for one). We were a family with a 1 year old and 2 older kids. I think it wasn’t intended for family use. Our daughter burnt her fingers on the oven whilst trying to grill her some toast in the early hours prior to caffeine consumption. Stayz says it includes toaster and coffee machine but when I asked the staff from the apartment they said as they supply coffee (Nescafé sachets) and you can do toast in the oven it ticks all the boxes. I would beg to differ. There was also plenty of cupboard space to leave a toaster and even a little plunger or something. It was a very nicely presented apartment though - modern & comfortable. Take note too, LOTS of steep steps & no lift so a bit of a pain with lots of luggage but as long as you don’t mind a workout, it’s fine. For many people these things won’t be important so for those it would be an amazing stay - it’s close to everything. The street is a bit dodge but very quiet inside the apartment and the pitas from next door are sublime! Lots of good things and it wouldn’t take much at all to make it even better. One more note, on arrival the door to the building wouldn’t lock. We contacted the property and someone was there within 30 mins and it was fixed first thing in the morning so that was impressive.
