The location was great, closed to the beach.
Prior to booking my reservation, I spoke to the property owner and advise her that we are in our late 30s early 40s and we are coming to have fun with friends. The apartment was supposed to have AC however, only one bedroom AC unit was working. The second bedroom AC was leaking, and the fan was turned on instead of the AC. The bathroom tub was clogged up and the Wi-Fi service was not working consistent. As a result, I had to use my data. I received a message from the host stating that my guest had to leave the property by 10PM. I paid for a private apartment so that I could enjoy my birthday, but I felt like I was not welcome. The power went off and there was no backup generator. There was no fan in the living room and the place was very hot. Our guess did not feel welcome at all.

The location was fine for getting around.
The location was fine for getting around, however, the terrain from the Guest House to the main road was covered in potholes which made manoeuvring very difficult especially when it rained. It was very difficult to find somewhere close by to eat if you do not have transport. The nearest Restaurant was fifteen to twenty minutes walk away. The room we was given had no privacy, there was no blinds to the windows and it was located in front of the garage where other guest and the owner are able to walk by just outside our window. There was some stairs where our bed was located which service the first floor guests there was also no blinds to that window. In order to get dress we had to keep the curtains closed at all times to carry out this activity. There was no chairs to sit on in the room and just having the bed to sit on is not suitable, there's no back support. Finally, it would have been nice to see the owner occasionally, if only to see if we had any issues.

To be honest this property isn’t really an ideal pace for vacation but I do love the area bcz it’s very peaceful and comfortable. I’m definitely gonna book another stay there❤️. It has all the things that were listed available in the house and it was very clean.
The fact that I’m hearing every movement of they make upstairs it’s very loud in the room I stayed in.

By far the best place I've stayed on the whole trip. Excepcional service and clean and perfect room. The host and her family was so friendly and welcoming that I thought I was part of the family. The father, sister and husbands were the nicest people you can imagine. They even invited me to a family/neighborhood dinner and had the real Jamaican vibe! The location couldn't be better. 1min walking to the main road and 1min walking to the ocean with a stunning view! And all that for the best price! If you're not sure about to book here, I promise you'll never regret if you do so.

Did not have much view from my bedroom window

The accommodation was reasonably priced, clean, and had attentive service.
There were no insect screens, and the owner held a loud party in the garden until late at night. Not nice location

Well the care taker was alot helpful, and assisted in whatever way she could
To be honest I just think the linen was not as clean as I would have expected, the cable didn't work, but other than that I would definitely go there again

Miss Beverly was wonderful as always, I love the location it’s quiet and the house feels really homey. There are 2 bars in the alley and the view from the beach further down is amazing
I don’t like the fact that I have to tell her to turn the hot water on before I shower as long as the quest are in the house it should be on. Also the place can use a little upgrade especially the kitchen (pots, blender, knives, kettle etc). Mosquitoes still vicious but constantly burning destroyer helped

We only stayed one night on the way to the airport. The guest house is located off the main north coast highway, so very convenient.
Our room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable.
Bathroom was clean. Hot water was nice.
Great sized room.
We only stayed for one night and we didn't use the facilities other than our room and bathroom.
Would recommend leaving a card in the room with the WiFi connection information.

Nice house, everything was working in bathrooms & kitchen, not a bad location, very nice staff (Beverly is very cool!), access is quite easy and as in almost every place we snorkeled in Jamaica, the ocean was amazingly clean - which is no longer a given on this overcrowded planet of ours...
Indoor lighting could be brighter (some rooms are quite dark), very few utensils and cutlery in the kitchen (the main reason why we don’t give an excellent score), and limited beach access around if that’s what you’re after - closest access to ocean is through the end-of-the-road neighbor’s property which has rock stairs to the water but you have to be comfortable with rock entry
