About this house rental
Wonderful 3 bedroom house with an amazing backyard that is close to everything Albuquerque has to offer. Close to parks, tennis, shopping malls and dining. After a long day of exploring you can grill some food at the outdoor kitchen and then relax in the hot tub.
TV's throughout with high speed internet so you can stream your favorite shows or hook up your gaming system. Refrigerated air and gas burning fireplace. Tons of outdoor living in both the front and back of the home. You will enjoy it so much you won't want to leave but will definitely be on your list to book again. ***NO Parties Allowed. No smoking allowed anywhere on premises.

Very clean home! It really is as amazing as the pictures show. My husband was super impressed with quality of doors/locks- so often rentals have builders grade items, and these met his high standards and helped us feel secure.
The kitchen is well stocked (we didn't cook as often as usual because the local food was just too good to pass up!). It was nice to have spices and some oils on hand!
The outdoor games were fun- we even got our adult kids to play!
For being close to the highway, it was so quiet. We didn't get to enjoy the grill, hot tub, or fire pit table, but still liked sitting out back.
The only things I can suggest:
1. When requesting the deposit, put how much and exactly where it needs to go in one email. I know I sounded like a lost guest, but with trying to tie things up at work/home before heading out that would have been a great convenience to just have that in writing in one spot!
2. Providing a small cooler would be a great addition for being able to pack water/snacks in the 100 degree weather. We managed, and it's nitpicky, but something we would have appreciated and used.
We would defintitely rent again- it met all of our needs and felt like a vacation within our vacation!

I liked the house a bunch. It made our stay in Albuquerque vary enjoyable. The best part of the house was the backyard, that is where spent most of our time. I am not a fan of the constant surveillance with the cameras but I understand you have to protect your investment.

The outside patio area was so nice, we ate out there and cooked burgers. Hot tub another plus, outside chairs very comfortable. Would have liked to have seen more seating area in living room and table in kitchen only seats four. Other than that everything was very good, highly recommend it.

Property was all it appeared to be. Excellent location to everything you would want or need. Neighborhood was not busy with traffic and was very surreal. Both patios were extremely comfortable however the hot tub and outdoor fireplace were our favorites. The outdoor kitchen was a great touch but we didn't get to use it. Would definitely recommend, house was very comfortable and we were not crowded at all. You will not be disappointed in this property.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda! The home was a nice getaway and has a beautiful backyard! The hot tub, outdoor tv, and fire table were hits for our family!

Overall had a great experience in this uptown home. We stayed for a volleyball tournament and swim meet for our kiddos and it was easy access to various eateries and the locations of our competitions. Thank you!

Spent 5 nights in Albuquerque with my teenage son and we were lucky enough to find this gem. The owner takes great pride in the property. Everything appeared brand new and the house was spotless upon our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and the back yard is WOW! We didn't have a chance to use the outdoor kitchen since we were on the go, but we definitely found time for the hot tub (which was clean and HOT!) and to sit in the sun and read here and there. The house is super close to 3 large shopping malls, as well as a Target, Whole Foods, & a Sprouts. Super convenient! Carolyn responded almost immediately whenever I had questions and had fabulous restaurant recommendations for us. Highly recommend this property! :)

This property is absolutely amazing —there is so much space in the front and back yard for time to hang out and bond. It was the perfect place for a friends reunion. The property managers were very communicative at every step of the way. I highly recommend this property and the managers given their attention to detail, clear guidelines, and awesome communication. Very nice home
The house itself is absolutely great. It is very clean and the outdoor area is fantastic. My first complaint is the amount of cameras on the property. It kind of feels like you are in a show of big brother when you are in the hot tub and on the back patio. My second complaint is that you have to make a cash deposit via zelle or cashapp rather than using a credit card. Be careful when you leave because they do look for every little thing that you might have changed in the house. Overall it is a very nice property.

ABQ Oasis
This immaculately maintained property was the perfect place to end our family’s time in New Mexico! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but once you walk through the front gate you’re transported into a private oasis. This was hospitality at its finest, from the communication with the host and property manager prior to arrival, to the top-notch house amenities. And let’s talk about that backyard, which is as stunning as the pictures online! Between soaks in the hot tub, roasting s’mores over the fire pit, BBQ dinners on the covered patio, and leisurely playing the backyard games provided, we never wanted to leave! Our time here was precisely what you hope to get out of a vacation, complete rest and relaxation.

December getaway
We have stayed at many VRBO's through out the country and I can say we loved the property and the location of this one. Very easy to get to most things fairly quickly. Beautiful house and landscape, back yard and hot tub were very relaxing! Donavan and Carolyn were great hosts and super accomodating and we were very appreciative of the recommendations they suggested on places to eat or to visit. Just can't say enough good about this one.

Everything was in perfect working order and we enjoyed relaxing in the courtyards with either a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening . Everything was clean as a whistle in the gorgeous kitchen and though we didn't cook, we could have. There is everything you could want or need in the kitchen (the whole place really.) Beds were comfy and bathrooms were well appointed and clean. Laundry baskets and closet storage were a nice touch. We had a question about the firepit & the host got in touch lickety split. Property managers also left us a sweet surprise! Would definitely stay here again.

1) There was a damage deposit required. No big deal, I just didn't realize it.
2) There was no door on the bathroom in the master suite. It worked out for us, but something you definitely want to know before you book.
3) Neighborhood didn't seem the absolute greatest, but we had no problems/never felt unsafe.

Family get away
The house was cozy and clean. We loved the amazing backyard and enjoyed being able to just spend time together. The host was quick to respond and helpful with our simple requests. Great place to stay!

Can't recommend this property enough! The house is stunning with many new updates. The backyard is absolutely spectacular with so much room to relax and enjoy your stay. Owners are so attentive of you have any questions or need assistance. If you are in Albuquerque, you must consider this house!!

Beautiful home
The home was beautiful and well stocked. I was in town to get married on Saturday. At first I was a little freaked out from the property manager when she watched us pull in and called immediately about the number of people she is watching in the cameras but once we got that cleared up we enjoyed the rest of our stay.
