This property is very close to most places that a traveller needs to go, grocercy stores, restaurants, shopping, attractions, etc. Above all, it is clean, spacious and well equipt kitchen. I will certainly consider staying here again.

Really great condo to stay when you need to be near the Orlando Convention Center, Disney, or Universal. We enjoyed it much more than staying in a hotel.

We stay at Vista Cay for AAU Volleyball Nationals. This is the first time on Breakview. We liked it better because it is a little less busy and noisy. The unit was very clean a nice, and the view was pleasant from the lanai.

Apartment was beautifully decorated. Clean. Felt like home away from home. We had an event at the convention center and it was about five mins from the north concourse. Would stay here again.

This property was in a great location and was represented well in the photos. The layout was very comfortable for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and the check-in process was really easy. There were a few small things that would put this property over the top: soap and supplies were kept to the bare, bare minimum and didn't seem correct for the price point of this rental, pillows and beds were adequate but could use some reworking, and the carpets in the bedrooms really need a cleaning to match the quality of cleanliness found in the rest of the home. Overall, I would recommend this property for it's location, ammenities, and ease of use.

We had a fantastic couple of weeks staying in this beautiful apartment. The location is great - a few mins walk to the swimming pools and only about 5 mins walk to a few casual restaurants and a Publix supermarket. Driving to the theme parks didn't take long and was really straightforward. The apartment itself was great - comfy beds, super little balcony overlooking the lake and tastefully decorated. Thanks so much!

We loved our stay here. It was very clean, and great location to both Discovery Cove and Universal attractions as well as Disney. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep well. Otherwise, it was perfect!

We booked a five-day stay which included cleaning fees and other charges. Given the duration and cost of our stay, we were surprised to find only one trash bag provided. The note said to buy more from Publix. Additionally, there seems to have been a mix-up with our check-in date, resulting in the absence of blankets, linens, and a thorough cleaning of the property. To our dismay, we also discovered a dead cockroach. The linens were provided at day 2 but why only give 1 trash bag when you charging so much for cleaning. Also why charge cleaning fee and expect the customer cleanup everything?

This truly felt like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the shopping center which included a grocery store. Close to the parks. The balcony with the lake view was amazing. Eating breakfast to this view was so beautiful for me. Anna responded in minutes when needing clarification about check out. Taking out trash was right outside the door that was picked up daily. Hope this place is available next year Thank you Anna

I was looking for a place to fly into Orlando and meet up with my best friend and spend a long weekend hanging out and catching up and get our of the Canadian cold - Ana's place was PERFECT. Beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable beds and living furniture. A lovely private balcony that looked over the lake. Property is walking distance to Publix, liquor store, Subway, and other cute little restaurants. We took an Uber to and from the airport - easy and inexpensive. Communication and flexibility offered by Ana was top-knotch. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks so much for the perfect stay! Jenn

Our family of four visited family in the Orlando area and rented this property while staying in the area since it's a short drive from our relatives, had great reviews, and plenty of space. We absolutely loved the property! It was spacious, clean, had a balcony, a full kitchen, beautiful modern bathrooms and decorations. We truly felt like we had a home away from home. It is pricey but worth it. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is great, the property is well maintained and this unit is nice, well-appointed and clean. We loved morning coffee and evening wine on the patio overlooking the lake. Hosts were great and check in and out couldn't have been easier. We will definitely stay here again.

Our overall stay was amazing! The place is just as shown in the pictures. The check in process was easy. The only issue we had was the sink being a little clogged but nothing that would keep us away from returning! The place was close to everything from the grocery store to Icon Park to Universal Studios. Our family came in for a wedding but made a mini vacay out of our stay. We would definitely return and book with at this same place!

Fantastic unit that is beautifully decorated with all that you need for a great holiday. Communication with owner excellent with very quick responses to my questions. Vista cay has increased since we were here last ( pre covid) but the area and buildings are in fantastic conditions and very well maintained. Will definitely book with Ana again ,looking forward to stay in this five star accommodation. Thank you

Property close to everything. I did text Ana to see if get in earlier and told we would be told after 2:30. We never heard back, so sat waiting in club house for 1.5 hours?!? I still will stay again !!!!

Property was clean, safe and spacious. A 12 minute uber to Universal allowed us to enjoy the park without being in the insanity. Great pool and walking distance to a grocery store and breakfast--I highly recommend as an alternative to staying in a hotel on Universal property.

The Condo is beautiful with big rooms and walk in showers. The location is fantastic. It is close to everything- Universal, Disney, restaurants and entertainment. We had a few issues while we were there: sugar ants (tiny ants by the stove area), a lamp was broken and the cable TV was out/not working. Although there was communication with the property management company, nothing got fixed or resolved during our 4 day stay. The 5 star rating is really because the condo is so super nice. Even with the issues, we had a great stay. Our best advice is to check the Keurig water tank for sugar ants before using. They like to go into the water tank for some crazy reason. Just wash it out before using.

My husband and 11-year-old son and I enjoyed the condo very much! It was beautiful, just as shown in photos. We loved being on the lake. It was a great walk each morning. We used both pools and the game room. The instructions for checking in and out were simple and everything went smoothly! The location was fantastic, minutes from the parks we wanted to go to. Thank you very much, Ana, for sharing your home with us! Hopefully we soaked up enough sunshine to make it through the North Dakota winter!

Modern, clean decor. Lovely view from balcony. Overall a really nice apartment - I’d recommend it. We had a slight issue with blind being broken and not working in master bedroom and also a lightbulb going in the same room. We messaged the property owner who advised these would be fixed the next day but it wasn’t so that room was pretty much always dark, I had to stand in a chair to manually roll the blind up and down. Other than that the owner was very responsive and helpful, she arranged for pool cards to be dropped round when we couldn’t find them.
