The home was fabulous, modern in every way, location was superb!! Right on the Eagle river, so close the trout were jumpin onto the patio...LOL. Opened the windows at night to welcome in the peaceful sound of water rushing by and didn't even need air conditioning most of the day. Convenient to the towns of Eagle and Vail but far enough off the road to not hear the traffic. Dream vacation, will definitely rent again next year.

We had 10 adults living comfortably for a week in this wildlife centered home. We experienced Elk, trout, wild turkeys from the property.
This property is perfect for a base camp to visit Glenwood Springs, Aspen, Vail, Breckenridge.
The house had all the amenities needed. It features a great warm kitchen, dining area and living room. All the bedrooms were cozy. Many comfy sitting chairs including lazy boy recliners. Access to the river and a fantastic deck to chill on.
Our only minus is that the bedroom directly below the kitchen was noisy when there was traffic or activity in the kitchen overhead. It was mentioned you needed earplugs. But even so, all family had a great time here and loved it.

The Eagle river valley is a beautiful location in the mountains, and this property is perfectly situated for a variety of mountain adventures. Thanks for hosting our family, we enjoyed our stay!

The property had so much to offer to the adults and teenage quests! It’s spacious, secluded and has all of the amenities to make you feel at home

Great property, wondeful to be on the water. Everything we needed was at hand. Simple checkin and checkout. The mgmt was as responsive as any we have ever dealt with, they texted before our stay, when the unit was available and a couple times while on our stay. Always responsive in a few minuites. Absolutely a wondeful team to deal with and a wondeful property. If/when we are headed to Eagle again, this property will be at the top of our list.

This was our second time staying at this house, and we have loved it both times, once in the winter and once in the summer. We had four adults and two children, and the setup was perfect for our extended family. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Sitting on the back deck while listening to the river and reading can’t be beat. Each room feels like a sanctuary. I noticed some major interior upgrades and am very impressed with the new management company. Will be back! Thank you so much for sharing your home.

As always, excellent. The recently added new paint in and out looked great. The additional art work was tasteful and suited the ambience. We’ll be back.

This home is FIRST RATE!! Beautiful decor and location, right on the Eagle river. Short drive to Eagle and Vail. My friends did Yoga classes and massages in Eagle and said they were top notch. Myself I played golf at 4 superior courses within 20min of the house. I wasn't prepared to fish this trip but I have stayed here before and caught large rainbow trout at this property. I highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a FIRST CLASS GETAWAY from the stressors of busy urban life. Of course they do have internet access and TV for those that need to stay connected.

Well Appointed House in a Gorgeous Location
The house was just as nice as its photos which almost never happens, and the yard was incredible. There is nothing like being right on the water.
We were in town for a sports tournament, so we really appreciated that the house allowed us to unwind around our events and sneak in some fishing. The beds were comfortable, and the upstairs AC was extra nice during an unseasonably warm July.

Perfect for the whole family!
What a beautiful house and location to spend a weekend in Colorado! The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we could ask for. The hosts were very nice and checked in with us to make sure we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. The river in the back yard made this property truly unique. We will definitely stay here again!

It's hard to summarize what a wonderful time we had here. The home was about as perfect as can be. Our family of 8 had room to spread out, play, eat, and enjoy each other. The river was such a peaceful serenity we all loved. The master bath spoiled us. It felt like a spa retreat, especially the huge shower with double heads where one can look out the window at the river and see the fireplace. The kitchen was above and beyond well-stocked. The property manager was so helpful and responsive. I can't say enough about the home, the location, EVERYTHING! Thank you for the wonderful week with my family. Long-overdue and much-needed together time. HIGHLY recommend!

We booked this home while traveling as a large family. With 6 adults, and 2 kids (4 & 2), this property was perfect. I LOVED the set-up of the bedrooms since the kids went to sleep earlier. The kitchen/dining area were also perfect for the larger group!
During our stay, I had a question for the owner/manager- and they were very quick to reply via text and help!
I HIGHLY recommend this home!

The beautiful house is in a great location where you can easily get to the tourist attractions and it is conveniently located off the highway. Great for families. If you like firm mattresses then the beds are for you otherwise, something to note. The tenant that lives in a closed off area is no bother whatsoever. The property manager was very helpful and available. The internet did not work while we were there, perhaps due to weather, fortunately, it did not affect our trip.

Girlfriends from Northwestern PA and Ohio enjoyed a week at Canyon Court in late September. Plenty of room, great open layout, comfortable sleeping accommodations, relaxing, and wonderful amenities. Loved the unique and beautiful fireplace in the great room. Perfect house for entertaining. Attractions and activities easily accessible. This allowed us to pack in a ton of fun: The hot springs and Glenwood Canyon biking and hiking 3/4 hour away; hiking trails at Vail, Yeomans Camp, Beaver Creek, and Sylvan Lake; a day trip through Aspen, over Independence Pass, Leadville and Minturn, to name a few. Recommend picking up a free Vail Daily, going to Eagle's Visitor Center for coupons and information about the area (free coffee and historical museum). Also, check out eagleoutside.com. The homeowner's information binder is well-organized and lists activity options. We would only request that a guide or diagram or labels for controlling lights or labels be included, as we initially could not figure out how these operated. Outside, beautiful landscaping, and across the river, an astonishing view of Eagle's open spaces from a flagstone patio with fire pit. Aspens turning to gold. Wonderful fishing. Wildlife visiting. When a minor issue occurred, the homeowner was readily available by phone. As our group's representative, I will add that I'm a local, and as such, researched the options carefully, selecting this home over others for our Eagle CO adventure. Everyone was quite pleased and did not want to leave.
