Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays through June 30, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties.. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a one car garage and an additional reserved parking stall. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Overall amazing experience. Property is in prime location, close to everything we needed. House was very well mentioned and was such a great place to stay. Kitchen had everything to do meals and coffee, grocery store was close by, with a larger KTA not too far away to stock up. Bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable.
House was super close to the pool and having the Hilton beach pass was a game changer with the kids. House was close to some of the best beaches on the island and property had all the beach gear we needed.
Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

Well, I was surprised that all 3 bedrooms l were up…and living room was down 1step.
I have a walking and balance disability so it was very challenging.
Kitchen was well equipped but could have used a teapot!!! We’re Canadians, eh!!
And kitchen very dark.
But decor of unit was so Hawaiian and tasteful…loved the ambiance!!!!

Close to resorts, shops and close enough to walk if you don’t mind the heat. The Hilton pass was an amazing bonus. My kids loved the pools, lapped the water slides and we saw beautiful turtles and fish in the Hilton Lagoon.
The Hilton pass also redeemed our parking for the day which was a bonus.
Would have gone somewhere a bit cheaper for groceries if we’d had time, but the market had everything we needed and pre-made meals. The pools in the complex were a bit chilly but we still spent lots of time at the complex pool.
Management was quick to reply when we had questions and super friendly when we arrived a few minutes early.

This was a great townhome/condo. Conveniently located next to plenty of shops, restaurants and our favorite, Hilton Waikoloa Resort! The daily pass there was the best! Also, the condo offered a LOT of space for everyone, VERY comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets. It was close to the second pool for days when you wanted a quick swim. Well stocked and cleaning supplies (broom/vacuum) available when you have a little extra sand from the beach. Great place, great visit!

I stayed here for a work conference with some colleagues. The place worked great for us - it is a short walk to the Hilton Hotel complex. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient. Everything was clean and exactly as it looks in the photos. The pool pass was a nice bonus. We would stay here again.

We’ve stayed at the colony villas many times. This particular condo was nice. The carpets are worn, but that seems to be fairly normal with VRBOs. The only feedback I have is regarding the beds. They were not very comfortable. Maybe a mattress topper would help. But everything else was clean and convenient. The manager was very helpful and accommodating.

Nice big living room and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were great. Nice lanai. Construction in adjacent community was not a bother. The hilton pool/parking pass was an excellent addition to the rental. Quick and easy to the hilton through the back entry gate. The carpet was pretty old and stained but a very minor issue for us. The community pool was also very nice. Overall would stay again.

Ants Won!
Unbelievable ants infestation on ceiling, walls, bed and carpet in one bedroom. Mgnt unable to treat while we occupied. We could only use remaining two beds. Adults and kids slept on floor. Family left after one night.
