Detailed with wood floors, comfortable furnishings, a smart TV, and a full kitchen with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware, this lovely condo even provides a shared dock for easy ocean access (kayaks and paddleboards only). A quiet retreat set away from the bustling town center allows you to truly soak in everything Ocean City has to offer. Added perks include children’s toys, a private washer/dryer, a VCR, and a DVD player. Things to Know Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. No smoking is permitted. The shared dock may be used for paddleboards and kayaks only. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Dock details: The shared dock is just outside of back of the home and is for guest use for kayaks and paddleboards only. Swimming is not permitted. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The place was clean and spacious and felt very homey! It was fully stocked with all the necessities that was needed. We really enjoyed our stay there!

The condo was very nice. It had plenty of kitchen items, linens, games etc. It was a comfortable stay with spacious beds and quiet in the morning and late evening. Just a few minutes walk to local attractions and beach. Plenty of space to ride bike around the neighborhood. Easy mobile check-in and access.

We had a great time. It was nice to be on the bay side water. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We would stay here again.
