We enjoyed this peaceful, well-equipped home on a visit to Clemson. Owners are friendly and available if anything is needed (we didn’t need anything but good to know they were there). Home is lovely, has everything and is close to Clemson and Jitters.

My husband, adult son, and I stayed here while celebrating my daughter’s graduation. There is nothing negative to say. It is a beautiful property and well located to everything. It was very clean and comfortable for the three of us but more people would be difficult. However, there is a pack and play in the closet and ample room to set it up for young families. I would not hesitate to return for another stay and would recommend to anyone.

This was the perfect retreat after a long and fun filled game day at Clemson with our sons! The property is peaceful and off the beaten path. Fully stocked with every amenity that you could possibly need. Impeccably clean and bed was so comfortable!

We were in town for a Clemson game. Location was perfect, easy to access the campus while out of the hustle. We enjoyed the Central restaurants and did some hiking at nearby Lake Keowee in addition to the game and seeing campus. House is an additional dwelling on owner’s property but a completely separate building and away from the main house so it felt like it’s own property. The bed was comfortable and everything was very well stocked. We didn’t need anything! Owners were great for communication. We would for sure stay again if we come back!

This rental is a jewel, located ~15 minutes from downtown Clemson and is nestled in farmland and forests. The cottage is everything you need; it's comfortable and you can relax before or after a game in Clemson, or to just get away from the hustle of the city and enjoy the peacefulness of the country side. Janie was a fantastic host, was very responsive and she made sure we were comfortable and was available if we needed anything. For Clemson games, it's an east ~15 minute drive to campus and you avoid most of the traffic until you get to campus. My wife and I will definitely be staying here next time we are in town for a game! Jonathan

We stayed at the Little House while visiting our daughter at Southern Wesleyan. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a few nights in mid-August. It was such a comfortable and welcoming retreat that we even extended our stay by one night! The owner was friendly and responded quickly to questions. The studio was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. We even enjoyed some movie nights instead of going out - definitely a nice place to stay!

Cabin was a nice get away with all the amenities needed for a couple's retreat. Out in the country but near town, the cabin had a secluded quality. Would certainly stay here again.

This house is perfect for a family of 4. Very well stocked with anything you need. Perfect place for us to gather and visit with our daughter in an extremely homey atmosphere. The house is immaculate and located on a beautiful property. We look forward to returning one day.

The house was great. It was very clean, beautifully decorated with a lot of cool memorabilia. The house had really nice appliances. There was a comfortable king size bed and very clean shower (two important things I look for)! The hot tub was really nice with all the features. We would stay here again.

The 'little house' property was clean, comfortable, spacious and well decorated. We came down to visit our son at Clemson U. and attend the football game, and just needed somewhere convenient to stay for two nights. This property met our needs and at a reasonable price compared to the area hotels. We would stay there again.

We are so glad that we stumbled upon this hidden gem! The "little house" was impeccably clean and had so many additional amenities (full kitchen and eating area, washer and dryer, gorgeous outside sitting area) than the typical hotel room. The house was tastefully decorated for Clemson fans (perfect for parents' weekend), yet not overdone (coming from a half Bama/half Clemson family). Janie was quick to answer any questions that we had and the house was equipped with everything to make our stay extremely enjoyable!

This is a great little property within just a 15 minute drive to all things on Clemson campus and downtown. Very well appointed and clean. The hot tub and grill on the deck were a bonus for relaxing on a nice evening!

Perfect getaway for Tiger fans or any couple wanting a little alone time! We love revisiting Clemson where our love story began 20 years ago and have stayed in several area vrbos but this was definitely our favorite! This guest house is so cozy, clean and convenient! The comfy bed, fresh smelling towels, fully stocked kitchen, and hot tub were A++!! They’ve thought of everything one might need/want for a little getaway or game day weekend trip! Definitely very convenient to downtown Clemson! We loved the Rails Cafe just down the street…yum!!! I would 💯 recommend, and will certainly be booking it again for future Clemson trips!! Such a beautiful setting!!

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental for a weekend getaway. The house is very cozy and comfortable, had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside in the morning and evening enjoying the beautiful property. You can see lots of stars at night which we loved. The setup was perfect with a large deck and hot tub, as well as a nice fire pit with everything you need there to use it. Others mentioned a train, we did hear it but it was not disturbing at all. The owners were next door if we needed anything also which was nice but we also felt we had privacy. In general it is a very quite and peaceful property but close to Clemson area for dining/shopping. It is also a good location for driving to beautiful area lakes and hikes. Overall great experience and we would love to stay again in the future.

We loved this property. The house is adorable and clean. We loved the closet storage for our belongings. The outdoor space was perfect for us and our kids. We utilized both the hot tub, and the fire pit. It’s close to Clemson which is a huge plus for our family. The owners had great communication. We loved the location. It felt private and the land was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if visiting in the area. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this beautiful little house so much. Its about a 40 minute drive to pretty place chapel and the beautiful views of the mountains! We had breakfast in PumpkinTown at Pumpkintown cafe and lunch at Victoria Valley Vineyards. Both places were wonderful and the views at the vineyard were amazing. We had dinner at a Fine dinning restaurant in Clemson Rick Erwins. It was fabulous! This is the perfect getaway for exploring all the little towns in the area. So relaxing and we loved it! The cottage is so relaxing and homey.

Clean, quiet, meets all expectations and more. Very positive stay. Please note these things, so you know what to expect: the property is right next to the owners house on a large, otherwise vacant property. This was absolutely not a problem. Never really saw or heard the owners. Actually kinda nice to know they're right there if needed. Also, there is an active train track very close, so bring some earplugs if trains blowing their horns closeby at night is a problem for you. Didn't bother us, but we came prepared. Finally, the hosts have Amazon Prime Video and YouTubeTV on the TV, which is very nice, and they worked fine, which is surprising because the internet speed maxes out at only 5mb/sec. Overall, a very nice weekend stay for a Clemson football game, and would definitely recommend the place.
