Everything is in order in Lisa’s place. Check in is smooth and she is very responsive. Location is perfect and close to everything. Lisa also accommodated our late check out. Best hospitality and highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay or host. Communication with Lisa was excellent. Had immediate replies to questions before our stay and she provided a very useful and detailed custom map to places all over the city. The unit was immaculate and had so many nice features it immediately felt comfortable. The kitchenette was set up nicely so we enjoyed eating some meals in instead of going out. The back porch is large overlooking a beautiful back yard that we wish we could have spent more time enjoying. The neighborhood is lovely and is close to everything. A short walk to some wonderful restaurants and walking to downtown wasn’t that much further, just note that there are hills. We also found that the location made it very easy to drive to popular spots outside of the city such as Chimney Rock, the Folk Art Center and the Biltmore Estate. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Asheville and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This apartment is very well located, just a short drive to downtown Asheville, and a quiet and pleasant residential street. It's a basement apartment, tucked away with windows and its own private, shaded outdoor sitting area which overlooks a green ravine. The backyard area is like a bird sanctuary - very beautiful. It was recently converted to an apartment, to everything is new, pristine and clean. It's super-quiet. Concrete floor with nice area rugs, a 5-star+shower with nice soaps and shampoos. Large screen TV in the living room with good couch and easy chair. Bed and the spacious bedroom are comfortable. The host is friendly and helpful, communication is good. There's no stove in the kitchen, but microwave, coffee cone with filters and a Nespresso machine are all supplied, with coffee, teabags and a few snacks. All in all, we had a really nice experience there. Highly recommended.

The place was clean and had everything you need. It was close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again when in the area. The host was responsive and helpful. The coffee situation is awesome and there are other goodies which was a nice surprise. Highly recommended

From the booking to checkout process, Lisa (host) was amazing! Communication was timely and warm, including great tips for what to see and do in Asheville. The 'apartment' was cozy, easy to get to and from by car and foot, and the personalized touches were top-notch! We enjoyed everything about our stay and Lisa made it even more special!

We can't say enough about how much we liked this property and our stay there. Location was superb in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with great access to downtown and excellent nearby restaurants. The space was very comfortable, clean and well laid out. We loved the deck overlooking the nice backyard. Our host was great; very attentive, responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Definitely will be our 1st choice on our next visit to Asheville.

I’ve stayed in many Vrbo’s and this one is off the charts amazing. Absolutely perfect, so nice, new and clean! Lisa the host goes above and beyond- she has coffee, espresso, cream everything one needs to start your day. On top of that she has sparkling water and beer in the fridge along with snacks. The unit itself is very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The porch out back provides a beautiful respite for coffee or wine. Location is right near all the action. I could go on and on. Do not hesitate to book this place. It was a glorious stay and experience!!

Space is impeccably decorated and the layout was fantastic! All the drawers were soft close and all the lights were on dimmers. The kitchenette was well stocked, with a fantastic espresso machine! The fridge was a little small, but we made due. Most of the windows had cool fabric shades, but I would add them to the main entrance doors too. The shower had a neat glass valance that let in great natural light. We contacted the PM for more washcloths and espresso pods and she was super nice and quick to respond, and fulfilled our requests. We did experience some type of sewer smell, assuming from the sub-pump, and we had the turn on all the fans and open the doors to air out the space twice. There is street parking but the road is narrow and everyone parks in the street so it’s a little unnerving driving in and out. We took Ubers to downtown a few times instead of driving because parking isn’t free anywhere else, and the Uber rides were under $10 each. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

I'd visited Asheville before and stayed in the Montfort neighborhood. For me it's the best location to be, walking distance to downtown and easy access to anywhere else you'd want to go. The property was all I needed, clean, comfortable, convenient, nicely decorated with the amenities to make my stay worthwhile. The host was friendly and proactive in checking to make sure I had all I needed but not intrusive. She shared a map of some her favorite places in Asheville left some plums from her garden the day before I departed.

One of the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed. Clean, nicely decorated, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed with nice bathroom and street parking that was always available during our two night stay. Property is nicer than photos on listing.

This is an open, loft-type space in the lower level of a historic home. We enjoyed the neighborhood and sitting out on the back porch. The main reason we picked it was that we could walk to a concert at Salvage Station (10 minutes) and not deal with parking traffic gridlock. The only thing to be aware of if you are doing a longer stay is that there is not a stove in the kitchenette, so you won’t be able to cook full meals. The host provides plenty of beverage options and snacks.

This apartment with its private entrance, cozy porch and updated interior is a great place to stay in Asheville. As first time visitors to the area, we chose not to stay in the downtown and this is the perfect location Tucked into a cozy neighborhood, this suite is close to town, a coffee shop and the highway for easy access to everything. The hostess was super friendly and we will definitely come back. I highly recommend this suite!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s lovely downstairs suite! Well-furnished and decorated with lots of great artwork (much of which Lisa created), the suite has high ceilings that keep it cool and airy. It was scrupulously clean without the use of plug-in air fresheners or other strong-smelling cleaning products. We ate out or brought back carryout, so the tidy little kitchenette was perfect for our needs, and, wow, we fell in love with its extra deep sink! Our sink at home now feels so tiny by comparison. The bathroom and walk-in shower were spacious, well-ventilated, and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. It is a narrow street with no off-street parking, but the extremely convenient location more than makes up for that. We were never more than a 15-minute drive from anywhere we wanted to go, but a lot of the time it was just 7-8 minutes. If we weren’t trying to cram in a lot of activities, we would have walked most places. Lisa was a very thoughtful and accommodating host. She checked in after the first night to see if we needed anything, but otherwise gave us our space. While she does live upstairs, we almost never heard anything but a few extremely light footsteps. The suite was so quiet that we worried our talking and laughing might be too loud for her! Check in and check out times were great and we did not feel rushed. Would definitely stay with Lisa again and we highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a great Asheville rental!

Everything was exactly as described. Quaint neighborhood. Nice to have back deck outdoor space to have coffee and listen to the birds. Nice big walk in shower. Very quiet considering closeness of neighboring houses and host living upstairs. Less than 1 mile walk to downtown.

Everything about this property is amazing. The unit is spacious and comfortably furnished. It is even better than it appears. Lisa has given attention to every detail, including beautiful peices of her ceramic art. The unit is immaculate inside and out. You will be nicely surprised by the snacks, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. The breeze was great as we relaxed on the porch and enjoyed the beautiful landscape. You will want to make a return visit!

This was exactly what we needed! It's a downstairs apartment in a house in a really nice neighborhood.. It was really quiet, yet also really close to town. There's a good breakfast place just down the street, so we were able to easily grab a leisurely breakfast there. The hose itself is very nice, and had everything we needed. Lisa was a great host and even checked-in to make sure all was good. Would highly recommend!
