Sort out your mattresses please!

The apartment was very very clean, can't fault it at all, loved it.

Didn't sleep well as the mattress was a cheap one, could feel the springs & gaps in them. Spending over £100 a night, I expected to have had a better night's sleep.

Definitely be revisiting

I loved how easy it was to book and also how fast the deposit was payed back. The apartment was great. There also was a carpark across the road that was cheaper then the hotels. Check out my YouTube channel for apartment previews https://youtu.be/L9MIcS3E2NA

The bathroom was a bit small so it was hard to sit on the toilet. The place was very warm and the windows didn't open wide enough. The first night we was disturbed by drunken neighbours being loud in the hall way. The lift smelt of cigarette smoke.

I had to wait over an hour in order to access the flat as the access code did not work, in the end I had t9 phone Booking to get matters sorted out, a disappointing start to my stay

Great place to stay as a family visiting the area.

Lovely apartment, felt very modern & spacious. Super clean & excellent facilities.

I ended up staying on my own with my toddler as my partner couldn’t make it, I wasn’t so keen on being on the ground floor as there was a bit of ‘rowdy’ noise outside during the evening, but once I relaxed it was great. We did request a travel cot, although upon arrival realised there wasn’t one so I had to rearrange the bedroom slightly so I could safely share a bed with my toddler. Not a big deal, we made it work.

Clean comfortable and convenient stay, good price and keyless - would have been better if included

no keys needed - keypad code - great place to stay - clean and very comfortable - central

parking expensive and should be in the total cost not separate - parking at rear of property so not convenient anyway so why price at £15 - should include in price this might stop me from booking again? Not easy to book more than 1 apartment so that could be improved on.

Perfect apartment and location

Everything was Excellent

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property . We thought that £150 deposit was too much and that it should explained that this has to paid before you book. We knew nothing about it until we had an email from the property after we’d paid the booking fee.Just wondering what would have happened if we didn’t have the deposit as booking fee was not refundable!

Very clean and tidy. Felt very safe and secure.

Didn't like there was no entrance from the carpark was very inconvenient carrying everything to the front. Requested 2 single beds but there was only a double. Single room needed maybe a clothes hook or a small wardrobe to hang clothes.

Excellent location with ample parking space

Apartments are very spacious, clean and near to popular shops and city centre.

We booked 4 apartments for families but didn't get them near each other or on the same floor.

Stayed at the apartment only because is near to office. Given choice will never stay there.

Everything about the property was basic, hot water finished during the shower, master bedroom shower in room 12 was very poor. Tv remote was missing, Metres not comfortable at all, straggled sleeping. Booking system and support services poor.

Once we were settled in our suite it was faultless, but we had a lot of trouble, panicking actually, locating the car pa

spotlessly clean and well equipped.

it was very difficult to locate the car park and, we were very late arriving (our problem), but customer service closed at 8pm by telephone and there is no on-site support.
