It was in a good location no disturbances despite it was close to the train station. It has parking spaces
The bathroom was not clean. The surrounding was dirty and on the last day the back door was left open at night Which made us feel unsafe.
3.2
Location was great
Power cuts no hot water for 2 days and fire alarm activated with no one on site to supervise still waiting a pultry £30 refund
3.2
Close proximity to the train station
Very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I complained from check in about the temperature and how hot it was. The room had a small window which barely opened at all and outside was a very tall tree blocking any air that could get into the room from the tiny window. The staff said they couldn’t do anything to help when I requested for a fan and instead suggested that could also open the toilet window and leave the toilet door open into the room to allow ventilation come in from the toilet. I endured this treatment for three days and when I was late to checkout by about an hour, they emailed me and said my £100 deposit has been held due to late checkout. I would not recommend this facility for anyone except you enjoy paying for discomfort and poor customer service

The location and parking were good.
A fire alarm going off for no reason, people who've been staying there says it goes off daily. No staff on site to deal with it or reset it. Called the emergency number which only operates business hours. Contacted the number that arranged the booking with me and they said it would be Monday it would be looked into (I was speaking to them on the Saturday). That's just not good enough. There were holes in some of the external doors and in general not a well maintained place to stay. Will definitely not be coming back.
3.2
The room was clean, comfortable and warm. The facilities are exactly what I had expected.
Just a very minor issue - the door would not close fully, even with mild persuasion. Therefore, when I did close the door, it made a noise. This isn't good when you are leaving at 6am each morning.
3.2
The room was in a good location.
I realised there were only nets at the window and no proper curtains. I reported this immediately as it made privacy difficult, and there were 2 street lights shining right in, so sleeping was a challenge.
This wasn't sorted until our last night when we returned home in the evening to find blinds had been fitted (great), but no one had informed us this was happening so our personal possessions were at risk.
In addition, the 2nd and 3rd mornings, the building alarm went off before 7am which added insult to injury as we were all suffering from lack of sleep. So, not a very satisfactory establishment.
3.2
The bedroom was perfect for my needs
Lack of staff involvement.
Didn’t appreciate the fire alarm going off when I was drying after my shower at around 7.15am on a Sunday morning to the discomfort of others in adjoining rooms and no obvious instructions to switch it off.
3.2
The place was in a handy location for what I was doing.
Why bother providing a microwave for cooking when there were no players or cutlery!
3.2
Location
Check in plus paying for deposit after you have booked instead of letting patrons know before hand
3.2
Location
Necessity to leave a deposit.

Parking lot, location to university
Foyer and hallways smell badly. Quantity of emails beforehand were tedious, despite this it was difficult to get the codes to get in. This was stressful after a long days travelling.
3.2
Clean bathroom
Very tired, didn’t smell fresh had a stale smell in stairwell
3.2
No issues with property.clean tidy and accessible.
On booking.com after paying the fee,it said that I would have to pay nothing to the property.on getting the confirmation I then received a email saying I had to pay a£100 damage deposit to the letting agents before I received the entry information.this wasn’t made clear on booking.com.when I tried to pay through the link that was sent to me it wouldn’t work these things should be made clear to customers.

Chest of draws was broken, had to buy my own toilet roll. Behind the beds was dusty and an old crisp packet found. Light fitting dusty and dirty.

The location was perfect for me travelling to my event.
The room was very warm as the radiator couldn’t be turned off in the bathroom and the fridge rattled all night.

This particular room was very good. I have stayed in other rooms too. Whilst they were not bad there was definitely room for improvement in those.
A Conceirge in the property would be massively appreciated.
