This house was well maintained and clean. The pool and beach access were both within an easy walking distance and the pool was never overcrowded even during a holiday week. It was a very nice and relaxing vacation.

This house is older and needs to be updated but its clean. It is in a quiet area and is great for sitting on the front porch. Its a short walk to the beach. Beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep. The house has bedrooms enough to sleep a lot of people but the living area is not very spacious.

The house was a great space for my friends & I. We stayed for a golf weekend & the location, layout & space was great for all of us. Plenty of room & a very nice neighborhood. Only issue was that the coffee pot was cracked but we made due & really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this property! We are a family of four who met up with another family of two. We brought 3 adolescents ages 15, 17, and 18. The main reasons to stay here are: short path to the beach, amazing front porch, bedrooms and bathrooms that offer space to spread out, proximity to neighborhood pool, and the wonderful location within its own neighborhood within Wild Dunes. I saw some concerns about the kitchen in the reviews and it is very small and nothing special. However, the size equates with about how much time I want to spend in a kitchen while on vacations, which is very little. The most important areas that need to be clean, in my opinion, which are the beds and bathrooms, were very clean. The kitchen was clean, too, and it has a great microwave and stove, with a less impressive dishwasher and fridge. The fridge could use some love, but it was clean inside. Overall, the house’s location outweighs any downsides, and the path to the beach is so much better than going around the other way, I’d rent it for that reason alone. The home is functional and comfortable, and I’d stay again.
