Plush sofas and armchair seating in the living room offer a place to relax and unwind after a day full of sun and fun. Rest by the fireplace and warm up with a nice cup of hot cocoa. Recharge under the cooling touch of central AC and stream your favorite shows on the Samsung smart TV. Outfitted with a walk-in pantry, gorgeous countertops, and a sleek array of stainless steel appliances, the full island kitchen makes at-home meal planning a breeze. In the garage, you will find all the amenities you need for a fun day at the beach. Grab any of the ten folding chairs or four beach chairs, pack the two portable coolers with food and drinks, and load the beach games into the utility wagon for easy transport. For a morning of peace and quiet, take the two fishing poles down to the private pier.

The expansive, covered deck comes furnished with plenty of room to spread out in comfort. Sip morning coffee from one of the Adirondack chairs and enjoy al fresco dining at the picnic bench or four-seater patio table. Downstairs, rinse off your sandy toes in the outdoor shower and enjoy a cold beverage on the shady, furnished patio. There are plenty of outdoor games to play while the four-burner grill puts a little char on today's fresh catch.

Amenities in Sea Isle include an outdoor pool, a separate kiddie pool, and year-round tennis courts, located half a mile from your rental. The outdoor pools are unheated and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (closed on Mondays), with no lifeguards on duty.
Access to the pool requires an added on-site fee of $100/week for up to eight people (rates are subject to change)

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pros: House was very well furnished and was very clean when we arrived. Super close to the beach and close to convenience stores if you need anything. Recommend Seven Seas - they have a ton of stuff as well as food items and so much closer than Walmart. House was close to the ocean which was a huge plus! We loved having the beach toys/items available for use - including the wagon! House has a good amount of family games available! Beds were comfortable. Patio area below was nice. Large master shower and bathroom. Cons: few small cons not worth taking away from overall rating but things to think about when coming here. The toilet paper is 1-ply super cheap stuff. Paper towels provided were 1 small roll. That’s it. Only 1 kitchen towel. Only provided 2 kitchen trash bags. Also needed more dishwashing detergent. We only had 9 staying but we were still doing the dishes multiple times a day. Obviously if you’re not planning on cooking there then this might not be a problem. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend this home!

Everything was as advertised, except, the house requires a serious cleaning and some minor maintenance (ie all lights bulbs on the lower patio burnt out, bathroom sinks drain very slowly).

Perfect for our stay! It is on the bay side within walking distance to the beach, over the 2 lane highway to the Gulf side. Great neighborhood, overall. The cost to use the pool was $100 flat rate for up to 10 people, for 10 days. Just a regular neighborhood pool, not luxury. It should be by armband or some other scaled solution; it's almost as much as Schlitterbahn for 2 teen kids. Had to run a load of dishes when we arrived because some were put away dirty with food on them so did not want to deal with it, so washed all plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups and silverware. We have seen this before, not a huge deal and could be guests, not the cleaning crew putting them up like that.

Worked for us. It was an overflow house for visiting relatives. Excellent bedrooms etc.......this house was built and put into service as a rental. It is not someone's secondary home, so very little if any extras such as salt & pepper, coffee, sugar etc. Bathrooms are stocked like a hotel room.....Solid set of dishware and pots. Decent selection of family games, TV's in every room. We did not cook there....so if you are planning to rent and cook just be aware you need to supply everything. Simple difference between a second rental and built to rent home. Very clean We would use this house again.

The design of the house is excellent..updated and very beachy decor. Had a nice porch with great furniture, could see the ocean from porch. Also had a nice patio under the home with lots of seating. It was probably the best equipped vacation home we've ever stayed at (umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, games and puzzles for rainy days). Location had easy access to beach, marina, and restaurant/bar. There were a couple of stores with basic groceries within walking distance . The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The only issue was the management company did not leave a key and we were not able to get one for four days. Fortunately, the cleaning company left the door open and we were able to access the home upon arrival, but not able to lock the door for four days. Overall, with the exception of the management company issue, it was a great stay and we would highly recommend it.

Well appointed with lots of amenities, this home was perfect for our Thanksgiving Family Gathering. Our family of 5 (and one grand baby) were perfectly accommodated. We definitely could have had more family/ friends stay comfortably. Rooms were spacious and so comfortable. Even with the rainy weather we stayed cozy and comfortable. We made a couple of trips to the beach which is walking distance from the house. We cooked and relaxed on the patio spent nights playing games and watching Netflix. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we really lacked were more kitchen size trash bags. Definitely not a deal breaker. The owners were dedicated to our comfort and attentive to every need. We highly recommend this rental & would stay here again.

The house is great but management f company is awful. We arrived and couldn’t get in for hours. The code given for lockbox yielded an empty lockbox. After over an hour we finally were able to get in touch with someone who gave us another code for the second lock box which yielded keys that did not open doors. Locksmith was called and prob 3 hours(8:30)later we were in. We had kids who were starving! When we left we accidentally left two pairs of shoes. I called for a solid week, daily, a casa and kept getting the runaround. I finally just gave up and called it a loss. The house is great, it’s clean and updated…but you have any problems and you are in trouble because management is not easily accessible.

The house was nice and up to date. If you are looking for a quick ride to the beach then this one is it. We rented a golf cart and it was a quick 3 min drive. The marina that’s down the street is also a plus. The only thing is we did not have enough toiletries such as paper towels and toilet paper. Also the trash was taken out prior to arrival.

Overall I’d recommend this house. Really nice interior, and clean 3 bedroom house in Galveston. Need to bring all your supplies - only one spare trash bag, hand soap was practically out, no laundry detergent, etc. Also neighboring houses a little close. One had a party in the afternoon, we could hear music inside our living room for several hours. All in all it’s a good option though
