Split over two levels you get to enjoy luxurious holiday living at it's very best. The first level of this home boasts open plan living space with quality and comfort in mind, top of the range appliances, designer kitchen for all your cooking needs, large dining area and huge doors that flow out to a sun drenched, north facing private deck with the added magic feature of an outdoor bath. This level also comes with a large office for all your business needs while you are travelling and a toilet room.
Upstairs features a luxurious master bedroom with a super king size bed and ultra modern ensuite. Three additional bedrooms, two with a comfortable queen bed in each and the third with a king single bed, all with easy access to a large bathroom which features a shower and bath.The garage provides secure parking, internal access and a laundry room.
A special place with a contemporary modern feel, timber features and interesting art that adorns the walls. Suitable for those guests that enjoy the finer things in life and luxurious living at it's very best. Strictly no parties or gatherings. Bookings can only be made by those 25 years and over. Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details:
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

two wonderful nights staying at 244. beautiful home with everything you need for a luxury escape. we enjoyed a wine on the sun drenched deck each evening before we made the very easy walk into town.
highly recommend staying here - enough room for everyone to enjoy their own space and a wonderful lounge and deck area for socialising.

This house has all the modern comforts needed for a great holiday or work trip, and was perfect for our family. The kids had many places to play in and things to do and the adults were comfortable with excellent indoor and outdoor spaces for rest and relaxation. The house was really clean and a great modern design. The instructions and check in information was clear and accurate. The location was close to the city centre, we mostly drove there but you could also walk there in 15 minutes.

The service was fantastic with great communication emails before we arrived. This property was modern, warm, sunny, and well designed with everything you needed for a family holiday. House was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, fabulous kitchen and a short walk to the Art Gallery and restaurants.

This property is amazing, every corner is beautifully furnished up to the smallest detail. There are nice art works and decors and plenty of things to do - table tennis, board games and heaps of books. Conveniently located in the CBD so it's close to everything.
