Property was clean! We had a wonderful stay, everything you need for a day at the beach and more. Host very responsive and friendly! Great family vacation!!

Not only is the host incredibly kind and communicative, this property has everything you need. I stayed for 5 nights with my wife, and we used her kayaks, grill, bikes, beach gear etc. The property is well maintained and you almost don't have to bring anything. I will be coming back as a regular. Thank you so much!

The location of the RV, both in the town and within the property was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, and had a spacious covered patio with plenty of places to hang out and enjoy the weather. The host was friendly, had great communication with quick responses, and made sure we were happy. It's perfect for a family trip to Key Largo.

We had a great time in Key Largo! The property was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 7 and 9). We especially liked kayaking in the canals; we saw birds, iguanas, a crocodile, and a manatee. The kids also really enjoyed the pool and playground. The location was great to explore the area as well. Our trip was affected by travel delays, and we appreciated the host checking in on us.

Me, my husband, & two children (ages 10 & 13). RV was better than pictured. Came fully equipped with everything we needed- kayaks were most important for us and the reason why we booked the property! Fishing gear was a bonus!
Day one: Left the campground at 4:30a to catch the ferry to Dry Tortugas National Park; booked months in advance, VERY worth the price. Outstanding destination with lunch and snorkeling included on the Yankee Freedom.
Day two: Stayed in the campground, enjoyed the pool, did a load of laundry, went paddling (several kayaks included with property, maybe five or so? including a double!). We are avid paddlers back home, even brought our own inflatable SUPs just in case, but the kayaks provided were perfectly sea-worthy. We did prefer our own life jackets that we brought. We also went fishing that evening with the gear provided by the RV. Perfect day!
Day three: Brought the kayaks to Biscayne National Park. Park was a disappointment. If we did it again, we would pay for a snorkeling excursion instead. Went to John Pennekamp State Park on the way back (VERY close to the campground) and had a much better paddling experience. Ate dinner at the Fish House- highly recommend!
Day four: Everglades National Park was lovely; we just chose some self-guided hikes and saw LOTS of wildlife. Robert Is Here produce stand is a must visit!
Thanks!

The place was clean and it had everything we needed. We took advantage of the kayaks and bikes. We had a wonderful stay!!

Accurate description and a clean and comfy rental. We loved that the location had everything we needed except food. It was so nice to use their beach stuff as it would have been way too much to pack and fly with. I really enjoyed all of the outdoor cooking options. We’re from Louisiana and the few times we ate out we were not impressed. So having the ability to cook ourselves was a blessing! I highly recommend renting this location and probably anything from this host, they were awesome!

First time staying in RV. Will not stay in another one. Too little room to move around. Beds were uncomfortable and very difficult to get in and out of. No support for foot of queen bed so you couldn’t even sit on the edge to put your shoes on. Toilet seat did not fit the toilet resulting in some pinches. Outdoor area was nice but you can’t stay outside 24 hours a day.

Our family stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The RV was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. While we were there we saw manatees almost every walk down to the dock (which were many). Appreciated having the lighted basketball court to play with my teenage son. Beautiful sunsets. Overall a great experience!
4.9
Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Great low/slow traffic area for leisurely walk abouts. Enjoyed watching manatees from dock area. Spent most of our time on outdoor patio area. Trailer was clean as a whistle with all the amenities. Beds left a bit to be desired but that was the only down side.

We for some reason had not picked up on the fact that this was an RV. We felt very constricted in space, We are not camper so having the kitchen in a separate building was a big disappointment. The fact that the stove was not hooked up was also a let down. The outdoor kitchen was very well equipped but I prefer to cook where I am going to eat. There is only one plug in the kitchen so preparing a meal was very lengthy. The park is very friendly and we did enjoy our walks and the pool area. We did adjust to the RV but it is not our ideal vacation. We had some concerns about the floor stability. There are some spots that are soft especially as you exit the bathroom and it the end of the bed. For people that like camping, they surely would have enjoyed you place much more than we did. It is ideal for outdoors people.

Our stay was a great experience! I would say a 4.5 out 5 star rating only due to the uncomfortable master bed. The king bed was so uncomfortable that me and my husband ended up sleeping in the bunk beds for a couple of the nights to give our backs a break. Otherwise our stay was perfect and the site had everything we needed, literally! We only needed to pack our clothes and food !

Our family had a great time at the property! It was as described and the owner was quick to communicate and answer any questions. We especially enjoyed having the kayaks available and loved seeing the manatees! Having the second bedroom was key for us to have a place for the kiddo to sleep. We’ll definitely be back!

The RV is a lovely getaway from the heat. Niurka does a tremendous job keeping it COLD, which in 103F temperatures was an absolute pleasure. We stayed with four kids (which was a bit much) but 2 adults and 2 kids would have an absolutely great stay. And the pool, as well as the playground just across the street, are just perfect ways to keep the kids busy for hours on end.

Great stay! Family enjoyed our time at the campground. RV was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great time boating, snorkeling, shopping and eating.

We enjoyed our week stay at Calusa and this camp sight has everything you need and more for a pleasant, fun and relaxing stay!! The kitchen and shed are stocked full of kitchen utensils, seasonings, small appliances, dishes and games for the family! Made our stay comfortable and very appreciated. Thank you host, you are so awesome!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all! The host was very helpful and when needing anything they helped quickly! Highly recommend !!!

We cant wait to come back. This property and everything that they have there to use makes this the ultimate vacation stay. The RV was spacious and very clean, the decor was beautiful and everything worked exactly the way it should have. Only criticism i have is there wasn't any measuring cups or bowls. I know that sounds menial but when cooking it is essential for certain things. Again we cant wait to visit again and hope to have a longer stay the next time, my kids had a blast and everyone in the community is very nice and helpful. Thank you for providing such a beautiful vacation stay for my family and I.

I am a retired Property Manager, vacation and long term. I was very impressed overall with the decor, cleanliness, amenities. My son and I were there for a weekend wedding. To have everything from dish soap to bedding to shampoos to hand and body soap provided was wonderful. The patio is very comfortable and the fans are a god send in the Florida humidity. My only complaint is the Manatee's did not put in an appearence.

This campround was nicely kept up, staff were friendly, pool/bathroom/showers/laundry were clean. (having the laundry by the pool made it not seem like such a daunting chore...I could swim while I waited for the loads to finish) Nice seating by the pool with plently of shade or sun. Food truck near the pool had great food for a reasonable price that even my daughter who has nut allergies could enjoy. (bonus) Locals were outgoing and friendly, very welcoming. Five manatee were in the channels and loved being able to drink fresh water that you can spray into their mouths from the fish cleaning station. We actaully got to witness a manatee being returned back into the wild from being rehabilitated from a boat propeller injury. (SO COOL) We stayed in this camper (new experience for our family) and it was nice. All the basic supplies were provided, camper was clean, air conditioning worked well, plently of towels and located close to the pool/laundry area. Wagon, beach chairs, kayaks and bikes were available by the unit owner. Owner was very quick to respond with questions before and during our visit. Check in was at 4 and we were able to check in several hours early which was nice since we were driving all night from Wisconsin. Thank you for a memoriable family vacation.

From the moment we inquired about this VRBO, until the moment we left, the communication was excellent. The host was so accommodating and forthcoming with information. We are a family of 4, with two grown daughters. We absolutely loved the location of Calusa as we were in the keys for a Dive Trip, and it was only 2 miles from our Dive Departure sites. We loved the small beach, the food truck, and the leisure area at the campground. Watching the manatees was a great delight every day. We made use of the sea kayaks, the bikes and the outdoor cooking area. We are used to camper living as we too have our own camper so we did not find the smaller space confining. The only issues we had: the bunk sizes for my adult daughters (both under 5'4") were confining. I think they are most appropriate for smaller children. The master bed does droop in the middle which was a bit uncomfortable. Having said these two issues, we would, without reservation still recommend this place wholeheartedly, based on the amazing host, the campground location itself, and all the fun items on site (kayaks, bike) that we had access to. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your place in Key Largo. Cindy

The camper was perfect for a family of 4. It was fully stocked with coffee, plastic utensils, and items I would have picked up at the store prior to getting there. The campground was gated which helped us feel safe. The bathroom is small, but it is a camper bathroom. Overall, it was comfortable.

This was a birthday trip with my bestie. We stayed 3 nights. The location was great, the community is very friendly and there is a beautiful location for sunset pictures about a one minute walk away. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful with information when asked. Would definitely visit again.

My family and I stayed here for three nights December 18-21. We have never stayed in an RV so we were excited! We brought our 9 pound dog too. We were comfortable in the RV, there was room for four of us to eat at the indoor table. The TV had lots of channels. We used the games in the storage shed, played some corn hole and uno. My son used the bike a couple times. We were just 4 or 5 lots away from the basketball court that my boys used each day. The pool was heated which was great! The outdoor living area was big, we grilled burgers one night and it was so easy! The king bed is a bit hard and the twin beds are tight, our 5 foot 8 inch son couldn’t quite stretch out. Our 6 foot 2 inch son slept in the kitchen at the bar area the last night. So the bunks are definitely meant for younger kids. The neighborhood is a neat mix of people, the neighbors stayed up until 11pm the first night. And the next two nights they either weren’t there or went to bed earlier. Our dog was not happy using the weedy area to go to the bathroom next to the tennis court, so we had to drive him out of the gated entrance down the road to some grass to go to the bathroom. This wasn’t a huge problem, we figured it would be tricky finding grass. You are not allowed to use to stove that is inside the RV, but there is a stove top outside you can use. They had coffee, spices, spray oil, extra blankets, extra towels, etc. and beach gear! We went to Cannon Beach to look around and did a fishing trip another day. Lots is good restaurants in Key Largo. Overall we enjoyed trying out an RV to stay in, our family is just a bit to tall for bunks. I’d recommend staying here if you are looking to do something a bit more adventuresome than just staying in a hotel!

We’ll definitely be back! Everything that you could need on a vacation house. Immaculately kept, and so cozy. This place is a true gem!

The owners were super sweet. They answered all my questions before booking and even checked in on me since a storm was supposed to hit! The RV was super spacious, clean and had everything you can think off. Our boat was a little to big for the lot but it was no problems. We parked it outside and brought it in and out. Overall, I would book a million times again. Thank you!

We were not sure how it was going to be sleeping 5 of us in a RV. The RV was nicer than what the pictures showed on line. It was also a great touch to see that there was spices, games , bikes , kayaks and enough toilet paper available for us . There was also enough blankets and pillows. The kayaks are heavy and it took 2 adults and 2 teen girls to carry it. We later saw that there was a wheel on the bottom front which would have made it much easier get to the dock. The public bathrooms are very clean and the pool was great. Thanks for letting us use your place and and making it easy to stay there.

Convenient Location, Nice RV Park
This was a great little place to stay with out 2 dogs for a short trip to the Keys. The Campground was very well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. Our host was incredible. We had an issue with the patio tv and her son was there to help within minutes. Other than buying food there was no need to bring coffee or any spices. There was an outside stove and grill, plus a large tv with lots of fans under the patio as well!
The inside of the RV had plenty of room and was very clean and well taken care of.
I would definitely recommend staying here, only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Fantastic Property With Prompt Communications
The location great. It had enough space to park a trailer as well as our truck and was very close to the boat ramp so dropping off our boat was simple. The interior of the space was outfitted with two separate air conditioners, one for the master bedroom and one for the main dining area. The entire site was clean and well taken care of. Additionally the communications between our self and the hostess was fast and prompt. I absolutely would recommend this property.

Nice time in Key Largo
Unfortunately a storm came thru so we were unable to do any kayaking but we did some fishing and went to Robbie’s. The RV was nice and clean and had everything you could need. Plenty of refrigerator space and cooking amenities.
