The location and amount of beds made it great for our large group. We noticed some items that need to be addressed, and if fixed, there's no reason to not recommend it or rent it again.

We loved the heated garage with good storage for skis and that 3 ski lifts were within easy walking distance. The main level was pretty spacious and comfortable. Be aware when considering sleeping arrangements the upper bunks and the loft bed do not have adequate safety rails for younger kids or restless sleepers. Also, The garage does not fit most full size trucks or larger vans. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would do it again.

This condo is in a great location between the Navajo and Giant Steps lifts, and it has a lot of room for a big family or two families, however the amenities were very lacking. To start, the listing when booked advertised wifi, and we got a wifi code in the check in email. However, upon checking in there was no working wifi. Someone in our group needed to upload something for work (that couldn't be done via his hotspot) so we contacted Vacasa. They simply said internet did not come with the property. They would do nothing about it and did not offer any help. This also meant there was absolutely no way to watch TV, which after a long day on the slopes the kids would have enjoyed a movie. In addition, the unit was the poorest stocked VRBO we've ever been to. There was ONE roll of paper towels and ONE dish towel for the entire stay. Now I get that if it's a tiny place for a low dollar amount. This was not; it sleeps 18 and was not a low dollar amount per night! We ended up using a bath mat for a dish towel by the second day. There also was not even a single load of laundry soap provided. So we couldn't wash towels or any of our things. The kitchen had no foil, seran wrap, plastic bags or anything of the sort... and not even salt and pepper! Again, for the cost basic things like this should be provided. If you stay here, expect to schlep ALL your own supplies or go to the store. To boot, mattresses were TERRIBLE. All but the master were extremely uncomfortable.

Great place to rent for Brian head ski trip

It’s a very nice house for a large group with indoor parking spaces and our stay was comfortable. Walking distance to Giant step chair is a plus. One of the bed sheet had stains on them like they weren't washed. No kitchen trash bags were available and there was no wifi service neither. We contacted vacasa regarding the trash bags and the wifi but neither issues were resolved during our stay.

The location, floorplan, dining area, living room, etc. were outstanding! However, the WiFi never worked (despite daily communication with property manager), many dishes in the cabinets were dirty, one of the beds was broken, appliances were old and not the best (dishwasher especially), and there was some mold in the refrigerator.
4.1
Potential of black mold in unit. Water damage was evident and the whole thing smelled very musty. Several people got headaches and couldn't breath easily while inside the unit.
4.1
Lots and lots of stairs. Kitchen and large common area connected nice for together time, and then bedrooms and lots of bathrooms on other floors for sleeping and alone time.
Play park with tetherball, pickleball, and swingset across the street is nice and TV viewing options were good.

Our first impression was a little rough. The entry and kitchen floor were dirty. We found a few hair and lint balls along with dirt. There was a spider web on the kitchen counter with several dead bugs. The bathroom rug had rocks and dirt in it? I felt that I had to clean the whole kitchen and living space before unpacking my family. I did let the owners know and they were apologetic for it. The internet wasn’t working for the whole first day. We tried resetting it several times. The fridge wasn’t very cold for the first 24 hrs after arrival. We were concerned about our meat and dairy products. But then it seemed to be okay for the rest of the stay. The oven didn’t cook well on the inside. The temperature wouldn’t her higher than like 325 for some reason and it smelled really bad when you cooked in it. However, the stove top worked just fine.
Pros: this place was very spacious and accommodating for family of all ages. The furniture was great for movie nights and big family dinners in the kitchen. It was nice to have bedrooms on higher floors. The tub in the master bathroom was very nice to use and we didn’t run out of hot water at all during our stay. The location and view from our deck was perfect.
Even with all the cons of staying here, we would look and returning again because of how accommodating the space was. It would just be nice if our cons would be considered and improved upon to make our next stay more enjoyable.

Great location, nice open gathering area. Bedrooms on separate floors which was great for quiet sleeping while the teens were still playing games and having fun.

It's a large home with technically 5 bedrooms. 1 has like a steam shower that was nice. Location is good. Decent view of the backside of Navaho. Parking garage is easy to access, just if u have a tall vehicle you will have to park down the street. The wifi in this unit might as well not even exist, doing speed test was only 7mbs and the router constantly dropped internet altogether. Overall great open living space, not much for kids to do tho, and definitely need to upgrade the wifi, there was limited cell service (t-mobile) so we needed the wifi and it was just non-existent. Called vacasa several times about it, got told the standard just reboot it, no one ever came to look at it.

Very spacious, warm and comfortable property. Plenty of bed space for large families. Open area of kitchen, dining, and family rooms is a huge plus. Enclosed parking is a bonus, especially during snowy winters! Beds are comfortable and the steam shower is a great bonus! Not much local maintenance support, but we would stay here again.

Very clean and plenty of room for a large family.
Nice kitchen and large family room. Nice underground parking.
The communication was excellent and they even offered an early check in

Location was great. Could have been cleaner. We found a marijuana pipe left in one of the showers. How could that happen if it was cleaned properly? We also notified Vacasa of a gas smell when we first arrived. Nobody contacted us for two days to address this issue. Pretty bad! The home was nice however it is straight up and plan on climbing lots of stairs. No air conditioning and no screens in the windows so if you want to open them up plan on bugs also.

Lots of stairs for my daughter who just tore her acl, but convenient to walk to everything in town. Super roomy for a large gathering. We will be back.

We all loved staying here. The property is lovely and spacious. The only issue we had was the number of bathrooms that were in bedrooms. Three bathrooms are inside of a bedroom. So there is one full bath and a half bath that are accessible for the the bedrooms with no bathroom. It worked out for us though,

We decided to rent Legacy Villa over our spring break and we are so glad we did. Everything about this vacation home is perfect. The kitchen is large and well stocked. We cooked almost every meal in it. The bedrooms are plentiful and comfortable. The bunk bed room is amazing with space for six to sleep. We had more than enough space for everyone to sleep and relax. All of the beds were comfortable and it made for a great place to crash after a day of skiing. We loved having a garage to park in and a place on the bottom floor to keep our boots and skis. The location is great. Close to the lake and close to the slopes. You should rent this place!
