Boat, take a walk, tour the area cities, work from the lake, entertain friends and family, or play golf nearby! We have it all… LARGE PATIO, Grill, Firepit, LAKEFRONT!

Kick back & relax in this Calm, Stylish NEW Lake Front Property on Lake Lewisville in the Colony, TX. Our beautiful, new construction lake house has been pro designed and is a Luxurious Retreat for couples & friends. Eat Al Fresco with a glass of wine or sit by the fire, have s'mores & enjoy the sunset.

Safe Harbor Pier 121 Marina is a 12 min. drive (5.7 miles) & Stewart Creek Fishing Pier is a 9 min. drive (3.2 miles). The Marina has a great sports bar, other eateries & grocery are nearby.

Also, nearby, you will find the newest headquarters and golf course to the PGA in Frisco, Texas, The Star (Home of the Dallas Cowboys), the Frisco Roughriders Stadium, and Toyota Stadium (Home of FC Dallas).

Just a few miles closer, you will be entertained at Grandscape, home to food, live music, shopping, movies, rides, indoor go kart racing, adult putt-putt and much, much more.

Driving into the neighborhood we were a bit concerned. We picked this particular house because it was new. But , the neighborhood was definitely sketchy. The big issue was the oder that made my family sick . We were there 5 minutes and had to get out. Would definitely not recommend property or the management

Jana and Tim have done such a good job constructing a modern home feel with a great view of the lake. Easy access to the water. The house has all the amenities of home. Everything has its place and specifically organized for each space to function flawlessly. Way to go guys . What a great experience.

The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood yet it’s close to the main artery of the community with plenty of nearby access to food, gas and a variety of other activities. We loved the nautical theming of the home, which makes sense as it sits on a body of water. The home was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and other areas were well stocked and our host Jana was responsive and helpful throughout our short stay. My only regret is that we only spent a couple of nights there as the home proved to be the highlight of our all too brief trip to the great state of Texas. Everyone in our party loved the accommodation and watching the sun set from the balconies. If you’re ever in the vicinity of The Colony, then we highly recommend this beautiful home.

The location and overall experience was great. Don’t recommend sharing the bunk beds! They are a bit shaky. We also couldn’t get the fans to work, but not a huge deal. Would definitely rent again!
