HOW TO ENJOY THE SPACE

Our three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom space is designed to help you, your family, and your friends relax after an exciting day in downtown Salt Lake, a thrilling day out on the slopes, or an exhausting day of business meetings. You may enjoy:

- Munching on popcorn while watching your favorite Netflix or Disney+ show on our massive, smart 82" Samsung 4K UHD TV. Who needs a movie theater anyway?

- Cooking a gourmet meal in our new, fully-stocked kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances and glistening quartz countertops. Grab your favorite organic ingredients from a local farmer's market or Whole Foods.

- Sipping a cup of warm tea or hot chocolate made from our premium Keurig coffee bar after a long day out on the slopes of one of Utah's amazing ski resorts.

- Playing a late-night game of Yahtzee or Catch Phrase with your family using one of the board games included in the suite.

- Sitting at the private master-bedroom desk with your laptop to surf the web, check social media, send that quick work email, or take a conference call using our free high-speed wi-fi.

GUEST ACCESS

As our guest, you will have access to the entire townhome - kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, outdoor patios, private one-car garage, and laundry room.

You will also be able to utilize FREE EV car charging in the garage! We have Level 2 charging (11 miles per hour of charging) with both J1772 and Tesla adapters to connect the charger to your vehicle.

There are a number of free parking options available - one parking space in the garage and ample street-side parking to the north (1700 South) and east (West Temple) of the townhome.

Family travelers, we have a high chair, pack & play, and children's plates/utensils for your convenience. There are also a number of board games available in the cabinets under the coffee station.

Business guests, the master bedroom has a desk where you can work if needed. We offer high-speed internet capable of streaming those important work calls.

OTHER DETAILS

- There are three levels in the townhome with two staircases that ascend to each subsequent level.
- There is a doorbell camera on the front of the townhome. There is also a camera in the garage. There are NO CAMERAS within the interior of the home.
- The townhome is an end unit. It shares one wall with neighbors. On occasion, you may hear slight noise.
- The pantry is locked and not available for use; we store supplies there. The utility closet is also locked. Please do not try and enter these spaces.
- There are lockboxes in the garage for the pantry, utility closet, and internet box. Please do not attempt to access these boxes.

Five of us in the family (all adults) stayed for four nights on a visit to SLC. The condo was perfect for us as far as size, the amenities provided, and the location as far as getting around SLC. The owner was extremely helpful and gracious in all our interactions. We very much felt at home and if/when we ever return to the area I would definitely stay here again. Stayed at this beautiful 3-story townhome for 6 nites with my 3 daughters, mother & mother in law. Everything about this place was perfect & beyond our expectation. Very clean, beautifully furnished, Fell in love with the decor. Very modern. Very spacious. Every little detail was perfectly thought out down to the makeup wipes, q-tips, dental picks, labels. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, downtown & the U. My family loved it! Definitely looking forward to staying here again. mahalo from hawaii!

We enjoyed staying here with my family while moving my son in nearby for his upcoming college experience. Great for a family, as my elderly parents loved the downstairs bedroom, as they did not feel the need to walk up and down the stairs all the time. I would definitely stay here again, as the hosts were communicative and accommodating.

Great place for four adults to stay for a week. The property is well-appointed, comfortable, and flexible enough for any type of hang you want to have. We enjoyed staying here greatly and our friends did as well - highly recommend!

This property was very welcoming when you first walked in. The layout of the complex was unique and inviting. They had everything in the kitchen to whip up a great meal. They had all the essentials in the bathrooms in case you forgot something at home. This place is a great family gathering, spacious and very comfy. Thank you for making us feel at home.

We needed to be in SLC while one of our party had cancer surgery and treatment at Huntsman Cancer Institute. Reasonably close to where we needed to be. Beds were comfortable. First floor bedroom facing the road was noisy. Nice TVs but terrible channel selection. Good kitchen appliances. Would have been helpful being able to contact the owners directly.

great property! repeat for next ski trip! NEW. Clean. Uncluttered. just what was needed for a vacation. little things that mattered to us - coffee station, starters for toiletries and detergent. plenty of towels. comfortable beds...and a nice little welcome gift. location was perfect to get to ski hills and dinning downtown. also close to grocery and liquor. easy and prompt communication with owners. we rent 4-6 times all over the US for properties accomodating 2, 4, and over 20.

The hosts are very attentive and go above and beyond to create the best guest experience. The townhome is beautiful, well stocked with every supply you could ever need including an instant pot, is easy to find and close to the convention center. (5 min drive/ 2.5 mi). Oversize 1 car garage attached worked out great. I brought up a couple small things I noticed the cleaners were overlooking. They offered to have it taken care of but we were fine. I'm confident the hosts have addressed that and future stays will be 100%. We would stay again! Great property!! As good or better than what the photos show. Exceeds expectations!!

Nice condo! Very nice touches on the inside. Great communication with the owner/manager. The neighborhood was the type where you feel grateful that there is a garage to park in. But we felt very secure inside and grateful for the accommodations!

First, the house itself is amazing. Greg and Miguel literally thought of everything you could possibly need and more. The furnishing were top notch and so incredibly clean. Second, the location is perfect. We walked to coffee shops, bakery, grocery store, a great Ethiopian restaurant and even a baseball game. Access to the highway is super close. It was an easy drive to Orem, Provo, Sundance and Park City. Finally, communication was great. Greg answered all of our texts and calls immediately. Truly we felt the hospitality (and yummy welcome gift) at all levels of our stay.
