Found a long hair on the hand towel in the hall bathroom, internet/cable access was intermittent and frustrating and when I attempted to contact Vacasa they were unresponsive and unhelpful. Directions to the garage parking was not provided and had to figure that out on our own. We had to find an unmarked narrow driveway that wound behind a number of homes. Also, beds and bedding were average/uncomfortable at best. We were directed to use the alarm system but it was not activated when we arrived. Driveway was very steep and should have been disclosed.

It was like home away from home very comfortable. I’m 5 months post opt hip replacement so the home was very spacious. I’ve never slept so good.

Four adults stayed here for 2 nights. Great view of the bay and a central location for our activities. Solid communication all via email, no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful with an amazing view. We enjoyed the house very much.
There were a few things to tell you about.
1. The key pad on the out side door did not work. We tried it many times. I finally called the contact number and they helped us get in to the house.
2. The next thing was there were no paper towels or napkins anywhere. There were only a few extra paper towels in the garage but not many and no napkins at all.
3. There were no bathmats for the showers. We used some towels because there was nothing else.
That being said, it is a lovely house and we would love to stay there again.

We were there from 4:00 PM Friday to 10:00 AM Sunday - 42 hours. 16 or so of those hours we were asleep. 18 of those hours we did not have electricity.

The location of the house was very accessible to the bay and small town of Bodega Bay. It’s close to the many good restaurants in the Bay area. The view from the main family area shows both the bay and ocean views with beautiful sun sets. The house was exceptionally clean which in this current era was comforting. Unfortunately the dryer in the house didn’t work but we were compensated in a rent reduction which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival the lock code didn’t work so I called the staff for help. They were very responsive and we set a new code and we were good to go. As with any stay things don’t always work perfectly but the staff was always helpful. I would stay at this house again and would recommend it based on my positive experience.

We loved the views and the garage game room. The DVD of The Birds was a super fun touch. Location was great! Beds were comfortable. The "chef's kitchen" described in the listing was a slight exaggeration, the kitchen is large but not particularly well-stocked with cutting boards, saute pans, etc. if you actually want to cook a meal.

The view from this unit is amazing. Beds are comfy and what we needed was there. Very little outdoor space and no outdoor view. Grill works poorly and master bath toilet was difficult to flush. Tons of white carpet which is challenging with kids and a beach.

This is an absolutely beautiful house overlooking the bay. It has 180° views from the upper floor. The house is very well appointed and comfortable in every way. We had a fantastic time there and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was very accurate. The reservation and check-in process were more lengthy than I have experienced in the past, with more documentation in multiple formats required -- written and verbal. The property was lovely, clean, with great ocean views and lots of light. Birds abounded in the area and it was a moderate walk to the beach which we took advantage of several times during our stay. All in all a great weekend.

Amazing house!
This is an absolutely beautiful house overlooking the bay. It has 180° views from the upper floor. The house is very well appointed and comfortable in every way. We had a fantastic time there and wish we could’ve stayed longer!
