Our visit to Dunster Luxe Nook 21-25/8

Hosts Kasia and Sandro were very welcoming and friendly. Busy people but always made time for a chat and pass on their knowledge of the area. The Nook is cosy and in a lovely location. We sat and had drinks in the very sunny garden taking in the views

A beautiful and relaxing apartment to unwind in.

Full of character, extremely clean and decorated beautifully with flair & imagination. Comfy bed, great bathroom and the kitchen had all you would need to self cater if you wished. Parking at back of property & location in Dunster was perfect for us. Ladies & Sandro very welcoming and we had a welcome bottle of Italian rose on arrival and so glad we booked a meal in their restaurant for our first night as it was exceptional.

Spiral staircase took a little getting used to but due to age of property could see why it was required and it didn’t cause us any problems.

A 5* bijou residence

Accommodation was perfect for myself and my partner. Everything was in good repair and the cleanliness was outstanding. The allocated parking was a real bonus in a very busy village. The welcome fizz and the milk in the fridge was very welcome as were our hosts.

Excellent!

A wonderful place to stay in Dunster. Fabulous hosts, super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating in their restaurant Hathaways - you must book in advance to get in. Kasia was an excellent host and Sandro’s food was perfection. Don’t stay anywhere else!

Excellent location

This property is not suitable for anyone infirm because of narrow spiral staircase and lack of walk-in shower. Although there is a cooker and microwave this property is not suitable for self-catering.

Quaint

Great location, lovely host, very clean and beautifully decorated with great taste

We were missing a table and chairs to have breakfast on, if there was a small table it would have been brilliant

Lovely room and gorgeous bathroom

Luxe Nook was extremely cosy and full of character.

Good position in the lovely village of Dunster, well placed for exploring Exmoor and the Quantock hills. The hosts were charming and helpful, and the restaurant food and dining experience superb.

The 'attic' bedroom was very hot, although admittedly the weather conditions were extreme, with temperature peaking at 33 degrees Centigrade. Nothing really that the owners could do about that except perhaps consider placing an electric fan in the bedroom during these conditions?

Luxurious accommodation and beautifully furnished. Lovely touches like chilled Prosecco & homemade chocolates on arrival. Kitchenette provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Romantic, ultra convenient, quiet and excellent value for Dunster

Tucked away behind the hustle & bustle of the high street, whilst staying in easy reach for the castle and all that Dunster has to offer. A perfect romantic getaway for any couple. The hosts Sandro and Kaisa couldn’t have made us feel more welcome, down to fresh milk, use of the rear garden and sun loungers, private parking in the garage to the rear and plenty of help with tips on what to do in the surrounding area. If you get the chance I would highly recommend their restaurant “Hathaways” delicious!
