The stream running past and the easy access with a 16 foot stock trailer in tow.

Second time we have stayed here.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great place for the price. My kids enjoyed the hot tubs and the deer that literally walk up and let you touch them.

I am totally disappointed with this reservation considering how much it cost and the response from Vacasa. The honest truth is that this is an old, tired property in desperate need of some updating. It was definitely an annoyance to have to spend my weekend dealing with these issues.
Uneven floors, carpets had stains everywhere, the refrigerator is loud and it runs all of the time
Front and back doors are warped. It was annoying to have to fight with that door to either open it or close it.
None of the windows were operational and it was a very warm weekend.
The room with the queen bed was atrocious. There was a ceiling fan in that room but the fan control chain had been ripped out of the fan so there was no way to change the speed and it was stuck on high. In the bathroom the toilet was not functional. The lift arm had rusted through. I spent at least a half hour rigging it so that we could use it, The shower curtain kept falling down. I finally got it rigged enough to take a shower. The bathroom was disgusting. The wall paper was pealing and the floor looked like it had mold. Cobwebs in the corners, the screen door off the track and not if the sheets had been changed, had to clean the toilet before we could use it and on and on.
I expected it to be functional. I doubt that it has been cleaned to the standard of the large cleaning fee for a long time and it certainly wasn’t that clean for my arrival.
I want the cleaning fee returned but Im getting a run around

Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was not as clean as expected.

This place is located away from the busy downtown area which makes it an even better getaway! Both rooms are upstairs with walkout patios which is nice and allows for the cool air breeze to go through the rooms.

Area was nice. Condos were nice (just not our unit) and quiet.

Rarely do I write a poor review, choosing primarily to allow for one-off experiences. However, it was apparent the management/owner is relying solely on the cleaning crew to inform them of anything needing attention. Our first problems was getting the door to unlock with the code. When we finally reached a human, she acted like this was the first time this has happened. Apparently, in looking at other reviews, this is a continuous problem. We had to get the key out of the key box and use it most of the time instead. There were no oven mitts. The ONLY working light in the kitchen was over the stove. The Keurig coffee machine did not work (apparently needs descaling). There was only one kitchen towel and no oven mitts at all. So we had to use a bath towel to remove hot items from the oven. Only two burners work on the stove (apparently, this was also reported in another review but never repaired). Windows are so dirty, we were unable to get them open to allow for cooler air in the hotter afternoons. The screen on upstairs sliding door was broken and just propped against the door. Recommend someone from Vacasa visit their unit(s) regularly to see how poorly they are maintained. It’s apparent no one has checked this unit in quite some time. Very disappointed and will not rent from Vacasa again.

Pros: Living room furniture was very comfortable. Small kitchen appliances were new and worked well. Towels were soft. Location was good.
Cons: Entire condo is need up an update. Beds were uncomfortable, décor is outdated, deck furniture is in disrepair, kitchen and dining floor are uneven a squeaky, pots and pans in kitchen are in need of replacing.

Nice condo , a little dated but overall was a nice place to stay .. close to town . Combo lock for entrance is a little hard to use at times and upstairs bedroom with sliding glass door doesn’t lock.

Good - very hot water for showers
Bad - everything else, dirty dishes in cupboards, terrible mattresses very scarce bedding, Broken dinette chairs and patio chairs, balcony screens, no on-site property mgt, overall very neglected property.

Good property, spacious with 2 master bedrooms upstairs, both with TV’s, dish network. Older appliances, floor slopes off pretty bad from kitchen to stairs. Could use me pots/pans. Quiet area with nice streams. Didn’t use the hot tubs but they were clean and ready for use.

Nice location and close to Main Street. Wish we could opt for a later check out but other than that really nice location

It's a nice place. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the morning. The only problem with that was our porch was right behind that pine tree you see in the photo. It's the only porch like that. They should move the 2 trees growing in that spot and plant an Evergreen bush instead or some other foliage. It blocks the entire view of the mountains to that direction.

I’d wake up each morning and sip my coffee on the front balcony, it was tucked away in the corner and shaded by trees. I could see the mountains and hear the creek from my balcony. My last day there deer were drinking from the creek, what a treat to see. The rock fireplace made my evenings cozy, used it the night it dipped to 50.

Neighborhood is good. You can walk to town in no time! The condo is very outdated and carpet is a bit gross but the unit was clean.
