Enjoy our nicely appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath space. The sun filled kitchen offers vineyard views and western sunsets out the window. Full sized indoor laundry. Great back yard space. 30 Day Rental Minimum Required, 60 Day Rental Maximum. Furnished. Private parking & sense of security located behind entry gates.

Perfect spot for a long weekend getaway in wine country. House had all the amenities we needed and pride of ownership shows inside & out. Great location close enough to places you want to visit, yet in a quiet & peaceful setting. Hope to visit again!

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to wineries, restaurants and scenic hiking. This home is well appointed and is perfect for gathering a group of friends or family.
The hot tub, fire pit and bocci court were great places to relax and connect with friends.
We highly recommend to anyone looking for a wine country escape.
Owners Jenn & Rob had great recommendations and were available if we had any questions about the home.

Went here with a group of friends for a weekend of wine tasting. The house and grounds were beautiful. The location couldn’t be better for a weekend of wine tasting around Healdsburg. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. Anytime we plan on coming back to the area we will be booking again. Wonderful experience.

This home is perfectly situated. It’s about a five-minute drive from either downtown Healdsburg or Windsor, close to wineries, breweries and restaurants. Yet, it is in a rural, private, serene setting. The home is immaculate with a wonderful open floor plan. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The backyard is huge and offers a great place to enjoy the barbecue, hot tub, fire pit and bocce ball — or just a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening. As soon as I left, I wanted to return.

The hosts are wonderful. This is my second time staying at the property in 2023. First with my family (adult children and their partners) and next for a girls birthday trip. The house is stunning. Lots of privacy. The back yard was our favorite place every morning for coffee and every night for fires. The host helped with a number of recommendations for both stays and every singe place was better than expected. My kids said it was our best vacation ever and the girls on the next trip couldn't stop gushing over every single thing. Both times "once in a lifetime stay". We also loved the rooster. And everyone wants the contact information for the interior designer. I have a feeling we're going to replicate about 5 houses just like this one in Nebraska. You won't be disappointed staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is perfectly decorated and was immaculate! We even canceled a dinner reservation one night so we could grill / cook and enjoy the house and lovely patio and backyard. Enjoyed the fire pit every night! We hated to leave and will definitely return!

A fantastic getaway spot for an adult family or a bunch of friends. Secluded and private but close to many great wineries and the towns of Windsor and Healdsburg! The house is beautifully done and all needs are carefully met.. A great open floor plan. But the best part is the open backyard with BBQ area, hot tub, bocce ball and firepit. A truly nice location in a great area of wine country. And our hosts were very responsive to questions and recommendations. Bravo!

I had a wonderful stay here, had a 3 month internship which worked out perfectly with this property and location. Property managers were highly attentive and never hesitated to help make my stay better. Conveniently located and very comfortable/homey atmosphere.

Everything was lovely! We enjoyed the relaxing morning and afternoon views from the spacious backyard and firepit! The house was perfect for grilling and enjoying wonderful dinner at home one night and the property was very convenient to so many wineries and breweries! All the amenities you could ask for and communication with our host was seamless!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home while in town for a wedding. The space was perfect for our family with small children and one set of grandparents. The home was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious. Even better than the listing shows. We were particularly grateful for Jennifer's quick communication and willingness to accommodate our requests for early check-in and late check-out to align with kiddo naps. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The home is truly amazing. You walk into this gorgeously furnished home that takes your breath away. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you could possibly need. The fireplace is HGTV worthy and the view to the backyard makes you stop and look before you even get to the bedrooms. Huge firepit, bocce court and large hot tub along with an outdoor grill/kitchen. We enjoyed every bit of the amenities. The primary bedroom is spectacular, bed is super comfortable and you could live in the on suite bathroom, with its heated floors. The other two bedrooms are very comfortable and there are two additional bathrooms. The whole place is a dream and high end. We especially loved the wine cabinet and the neighbors roosters. We miss them, believe me you will too. There are so many special touches. We can't wait to go back.

The house is in a great location. The owners did a great job on the design and remodeling. Close to all the wineries and stores. My 84 year father wants to move there permanently. We loved it there. Thank you

A lovely comfortable home away from home. Although it rained the entire visit, we enjoyed the country like setting, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor spa & cooking in the open kitchen that has all of the modern high end appliances. Not to mention, great restaurants & wineries very closeby. The house has plenty of room to spread out but with a cozy feeling. Didn't get a chance to use the fabulous oudoor kitchen, bbq or firepit due to rain- maybe next time!
The owners couldn't have been kinder & were so quick to respond. I had unfortunately left a piece of jewelry behind & the owners responded to me right away & went out of their way to meet me at the house after the fact to let me in & helped me look for it. I found my jewelry & could not have been happier. A wonderful birthday getaway!

This property was perfect for our group, three couples in town for wine tasting. Location is convenient to wineries and dining. The home is nicely decorated and well-stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor space and used the pro-style kitchen for breakfasts and dinner. Enjoyed bocce and hanging out by fire pit after dinner. Would definitely recommend and will book again. Cheers!

Two couples stayed 5 nights…a lot of biking and some wine tasting.
House and back yard was so pleasant we didn’t want to leave.

The house is gorgeous and clean! The property is absolutely beautiful and right across the street from J Vinyards and Winery. We loved our tasting there! Healdsburg is just a few minutes away and had the best time at Bike Healdsburg. We hope to come back soon!

My husband & I came to Sonoma with our adult children as our son was standing up in a wedding. This VRBO was absolutely perfect in every way! Gorgeous property, chef’s kitchen and amazing outdoor space. I texted Jenn with a couple of questions and she responded immediately! Our only regret is that we had so many activities planned and didn’t spend more time at the house. We will need to come back so we can fully enjoy the home next time. This is a beautiful house that is sparkling clean and perfectly furnished and equipped for a family. The backyard is amazing! Jenny is a great host, she left us such a nice welcome surprise and communicated immediately; she was also so helpful in giving recommendations. We'll be back for sure.

We were on vacation with our adult children. The house was located in a great area for easy access to wineries, day trips such as hikes and the coast. The house met all of our expectations. We enjoyed cooking and grilling and relaxing in the backyard. The home furnishings were very nice and made it a comfortable place to be. All of the bathrooms were great. The home was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay there again. The host was very attentive and made sure we that all was good after we checked in.

We spent a great week in Healdsburg and really enjoyed this charming and spacious home. The backyard had so much space to spread out between the outdoor kitchen space, the firepit space, the couch and chair space, the sunning space, and the bocce court. The kitchen is made for cooking and entertaining, and we made use of all of it. It’s a place to relax, re-charge, and enjoy time away. The decor is super attractive, and all super functional. What a great spot!
