It was a beautiful hotel and great location. Loved our room had a kitchen which was unexpected.

Breakfast was great. Great selection of food and very tasty. Beautiful dining room to eat breakfast with option to eat outside.

An amazing trip to unwind and relax.

It was amazing. The rooms were spotless, beds were so comfortable, and shower was amazing. The views were breathtaking and the restaurants in the area were delicious. Definitely staying there again. Great trip to relax and enjoy. The breakfast was delicious. 5 star hotel experience

Our stay was pleasant and we will definitely return to the area.

We loved the view and the location/surroundings. The layout of our room was great as well.

There isn’t much at all that we didn’t like about the property. However, I will say that the welcome we received when checking in was not friendly at all and as a matter of fact, the lady acted as though it was a problem to check us in. She was rude and inconsiderate and her attitude was not what we expected after our 10+ hours of driving. Definitely room for improvement there!

La vista espectacular, la atención del staff, la ubicación, muy completo, personal atento, desayuno incluido, las instalaciones muy nuevas ordenadas y modernas, el lobby / bar muy adecuado, todo 10

La piscina, la pasamos genial pero la piscina parece piscina de hospital, el cloro demasiado fuerte y penetrante, pero en general todo estuvo muy bien, mis padres nadaron como q eran peces en el agua

Not sure what you could have done better. I was a little shocked at the price you are charging for rooms. It's not like there is a lot to do at the Narrows except for bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was AWESOME!! Views were lovely!! The room was wonderful!!

The staff calling me the day before and not leaving a message. I called them back and they put me on hold for a LONG time while I was at the beach enjoying my vacation. I hung up called again asking why they are calling me. Long story short they wanted me to change my reservation to a King bed instead of 2 queens. I told them no and to not bother me again with this. Then on the 26th they texted me about the same thing. Then when I got to the hotel, they still wanted me to get a King instead of 2 queens.

Our stay at Hyatt Place Kent Narrows was relaxing and enjoyable.

Breakfast was delicious, one of the best we've had in comparable hotels. Staff was professional and courteous. It was wonderful being so close to the bay. Can't wait to return again.

The lovely view from our room of the water and boats was a pleasure. The first floor porch was a very nice spot to sit in the evening. The staff was very kind and helpful.

There is an ice bucket in the room if you want it. It’s just tucked away. We couldn’t find it. Had trouble communicating with the housekeeping people as no one on our floor spoke English. They were pleasant enough with smiles and tried to help but just couldn’t.

Refreshing, Relaxing and Romantic

This was our first time staying at this hotel but it won't be the last! It's a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The whole vibe is relaxation and enjoyment. If you're a couple, you'll love it here! It's spic and span clean. We saw people cleaning multiple times a day within the facility and even outside on the grounds. The staff were very helpful, friendly, welcoming. They made us feel at home everywhere within the hotel. It's convenient to have a bar and small pub within the hotel. We ordered food and cocktails, which were both enjoyable. The morning breakfast was superb, with full hot breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, juices, and more. We had a king room and I'm glad I chose the one with the balcony, because it was worth it. The views were amazing, especially in the late evening during sunset. They're also quite spacious. There are so many places to sit and relax because the hotel has ample outdoor seating with pub tables, outdoor lounge chairs, couches, and more. We also used the hotel amenities, including the gym and pool, both were clean with lovely views! Our entire stay was wonderful from beginning to end!

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of a microwave in our room. It seems you have to get a kitchenette for that amenity.

Hotel was comfortable, clean. No issues. Only hangup was we were with a small group that met in the lobby in the evening. We were trying to order drinks to sit and chat. The bartender took almost 5-10 minutes to make one martini. Maybe longer. No exaggeration. Opening the bottle, getting the ice, looking for this and that. So, asking for more drinks was a nightmare. Not sure why she was dragging her feet. It was painful to get 1 drink and we were apprehensive to order more. Other than that, everything was fine.
