INCREDIBLE PANORAMIC VIEWS from this gorgeous home! It feels like you are living in the clouds! Enjoy the City lights of Sevierville and fireworks from Dollywood at night from one of two balconies. The main level living area features an open floor plan with large kitchen, dining, and living area, with extended outdoor living on the covered main level balcony. The main level bedroom ensuite features an oversized window to enjoy the awesome views, double bowl vanity, large walk-in closet, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Stainless appliances in the kitchen, gas fireplace, and crown molding. A guest bath and large garage complete this level. The first lower level has a large family room with another gas log fireplace, three more bedrooms, two full baths, and another large balcony with hot tub, The second lower level with separate entry already has the pool table in place for a great recreation, air hockey table, shuffleboard, and foosball. Let's not forget the theater experience as well! Play your competitive games while you watch a movie on the big screen. This level has the 4th full bath. The private community pool is across the street.
This unit has parking for four small vehicles: two in the garage and two in the driveway. It may not be able to accommodate multiple larger vehicles. Street Parking is not allowed.

We rented this house with two other families (5 adults, 6 kids) for a softball tourney. The house was awesome for both adults and kids...beautiful and relaxing for the parents, and fun and entertaining for the kids. Best of all...because there are 3 entirely independent house levels, the grown-ups barely saw the kids at all! Makes for a much more relaxing trip!!! Highly recommend!

This home is great. You are not far from activities and you can plan a night in because there are things to do in the home. The only downside was the pool wasn't open yet, which was understandable at this time in the year. The home was perfect for a large group.

The property was really nice! Just as it shows online. The only complaints we had were not enough towels and wash clothes as well as needed trash cans in all bathrooms. I did reach out to the property manager, she said someone would bring us more towels, but we never heard from them. We had also requested an early check in and we had to call back the day of check in to see if it would be possible. Did not find out until the day of. But we did get to check in at 2 instead of 4pm.

We had a great time at this rental. Plenty of space for the 9 of us that stayed. It had a little musty smell, like no one had stayed there in a while but we were able to manage with a few candles. Only other complaint was that the game room/theatre room was a bit cold. Overall, great place and we would stay there again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful! I love where the game and movie room were. We were glad, that we were close to stores restaurants and activities to have outdoor fun. We would stay here again in the future!

The neighbor yelled at us 5 minutes upon arrival because they didn't like that this house was being used for rental purposes. There were NO access to the pool for almost the entire week because there were algae in the pool. Access to the game room is ONLY achievable by going outside of the house along concrete steps. There is no internal access. There are no steps to the hot tub, so older people will not be able to access the hot tub because it is elevated. The fridge would not hold temperature and ruined our food. The knobs on the washer were broken. The washer would not drain because the screen was clogged. Maintenance was called but didn't respond until hours later. We were inconvenienced not only with the defects, but maintenance crews in the house during the rental period. The management company did not provide any updates or check in on how things were be addressed. Do NOT stay here.

Size of the home was perfect. Beds and furniture was comfortable. Theater room and game room added a nice touch. Neighborhood was nice and view was spectacular. Cons: We had to go buy trash bags because the owner only provided 1 extra trash bag per can. We cooked dinner both evenings, so we had trash to get rid of. We also needed more towels than what was provided. This was not a problem for us, but we could not find a hairdryer anywhere on the property. Upstairs air conditioning unit was blank and couldn't be changed. Not sure if it was broken or the owner just did not want renters to have the ability to change it. Overall, a very nice property.
