I was completely unfamiliar with Bruges and had no idea what to expect with Home Fleuri--and as it turns out, I couldn't have selected a better accommodation. The location is near perfect; it's nestled in a quiet offshoot of town, but just a short walk from the central area. The guesthouse itself is exquisitely decorated, as was my room, which had a nice, big bathtub and plenty of warm water. Breakfast was also excellent! I couldn't believe how good the service was. The entire staff was so kind and friendly, and I truly felt perfectly at ease there. If I get back to Bruges--and I hope to--I am definitely staying here again!

We have now stayed at this location for the 3rd time, always during Christmas. You will not get a better and more beautiful Christmas feeling at this family business! The quality is very high and we feel very valued and comfortable as guests. We have now embraced these people and are going again next year! The city of Bruges is beautiful and must be seen!
I really can't come up with anything! Everything was fantastic!!

The hospitality was truly exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely incredible.
Nothing at all.

I don’t usually leave reviews however our stay here really exceeded my expectations! The rooms, breakfast, service were all outstanding. Location is perfect! The restaurant at the hotel (park restaurant) was also absolutely amazing! One of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed and really made the weekend special 😊!
Nothing!

The guesthouse is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the canals where boat trips can be taken and a further 2 or 3 minutes to the main square of Bruges. Parking is excellent with a quiet car park just across the street. Mr Bruggeman was a perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. He was most helpful. Breakfast was delightful and plentiful. We didn't get the chance to have an evening meal there but we did see people eating and the setting looked very special. Evening serving staff looked very professional and were very friendly
The decor of the guest house was not to our taste and was very cluttered with all manner of ornaments and arrangements on every surface. The room and house generally however looked very clean so a lot of time has been taken to keep it in a good condition. It is definitely a maximalist approach to decor. We were also a little surprised with the layout of our room. The room had a bath/shower and basin in the open and a toilet in a small closet. Normally we would expect an ensuite.

Location was good. Host’s were friendly.
Breakfast was very nice.
Decor is comfortable but dated.
Drain in sink and bath slow to drain away.

The hosts were extremely kind and available. The breakfast was an absolute delight. The hotel is very close to the historical centre but is spotted in a quite area just behind the city park. Strongly recommended.

Wonderful place

A charming 3 rooms guesthouse, in an old building housing also the retaurant(one of the best in Bruges) the familly runs. Frederic is the most gracious, helpfull and kind host you can whish for, he and his 83 years "young" mother made our stay in Bruges a feast. Add the beautiful park in front of the building - a pleasure to stroll through in the morning before the super rich, elegant and tasty breakfast prepared by Frederic... Everything you want to see is at walking distance, the perfect place and perfect host Thank you again for everything!

We were warmly greeted and made so very welcome.
Such a beautiful Guesthouse full of character and charm. It makes a nice change from standardised hotels that look the same.
Stunning decor and touches provide you with a feast for the eyes . It was warm, cosy , perfect.
The restaurant food is first class!!! Outstanding with wonderful service and attention to detail. The fantastic breakfasts are so generous and beautifully served with so much to eat and top quality.
We would like to return. Definitely !!!

The place is really cozy and warm. It fits perfectly the Christmas vibes of the city. The personnel is very welcoming, kind and always willing to help to make your stay the best they could.
I think we had the best breakfast ever 😁
If I really have to find something 'less positive', I would say that I would have preferred to have a double size bed rather than two single beds. But this didn't affect at all our stay.

We stayed for the second time in Home Fleuri Guesthouse in Bruges. Exactly as on the first time, we were not disappointed but again very pleased. It is quietly located close to Astrid Park, in walking distance to the historic city centre. If you travel by car, you will find opposite to it the car park named "Pandreitje".
The building itself is an old town house with high ceilings, wooden floors and elements of art nouveau in many places, which is very much in our taste.
The business is run by "mevrouw" Crousel as well as by both of her sons, who are the personified kindliness and who give you all needed explanations about their guesthouse as well as about Bruges and the possible options for your sightseeings.
What we simply adore is the breakfast which is served at the table. It is complete, fresh, tasty and leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
Home fleuri will definitely continue to be for us the first adress in Bruges.
In fact this is not a point which was a problem for us, but it is undeniable that the building is not very convenient for people with reduced mobility.

Exceptional service, personal and warm welcome from Frederic that made us feel instantly at home. The breakfast is fantastic! The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a tasteful decor. The location could not be better. Overall an amazing experience! We hope to visit again :)
Nothing! Wish we could stay even longer :)
