Was a nice place and clean. Every day they clean the rooms. The Receptionist was very kind. I don't remember her name but the weekdays say shift lady has a 5+ stars in service. The breakfast was good. Waffle machine available, coffee, milk, cereal, variety of bread, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, and sausages. I really enjoyed my time there. Is a quiet calm place. 100% recommended

The lady that checked me in was very friendly and quick. However they tried to charge my card 3 times after i alreadypaid in full when i checked it causing my bank to lock my card. Went and tried to speak with the manager/owner 3 different times and was never helped.

We arrived very late and the night shift clerk was so accommodating, his service and helpfulness was above what we could have hoped. The breakfast is well stocked and very clean. The only issue would be the room, it was very outdated!

It seemed to be a little run down. Upon arrival to the room we noticed the door had some issue, sinks were cracked, the fridge had a lot of ice built up, the phone didn’t work and the TV didn’t work either. Some things were rectified.

Very outdated facility at an over priced cost. A/C was not on and never got cool in the room with outside temperature in the 100’s. Shower was from the 70’s and for a person 5 ft or shorter. Sink leaked. Mirror cracked. Needs a ton of renovation.

Fire alarm was laying on the dresser with wires torn off, lobby photo is the best part, rooms smelled. We did not stay, paid for 2 rooms passing thru on Expedia but didn't feel safe staying there so we left.

I travel for work, so ive stayed in some run down hotels. But this is by far the most disgusting hotel ive stayed in. Where do i start? The maid only comes 3 times a week, which explains why my room looked like people were still staying in it. Turns out they didnt clean before renting me the room. I asked for a new room, and it was even more dirty. Then when I asked for a refund, they said it'll take 3 to 10 days to go back on my card. And i couldn't afford another hotel for 10 days, so I was stuck there. Rudest staff, worst part of town, no lobby minibar, washer and dryer are disgusting, nothing is clean, and the breakfast is all rotten. Do not eat the breakfast. I wouldn't pay 5$ a night for this place. Worst stay of my life. 0/10 stars. I hope this place gets shut down.

I booked this through a travel agent. I booked 1 room with 2 double beds. The room I was given was 1 king bed. There were only 2 outlets in the entire room and they were not in a convenient location.

Was accidentally placed in wrong room. Both rooms we stayed in reeked of smoke so badly I could barely breathe. The first room floor was not cleaned, it had leaves all over the carpet and there was no over head lighting near the entry way and the light for the bathroom area did not work. When moved to the correct room the smell of smoke was increased largely the lamp for the main source of light had cigarette stains and other dirt and grime on it. We decided to leave and not stay the night there as I am very asthmatic and have some other issues involving breathing so this was a dangerous situation for me to be in over night.

The management was horrible there they would not honor a reservation because it was in my fiancé’s name not in mine. I beat my fiancée to Wyoming a day early so they refused to rent me the room.. I was out in parking lot calling Expedia to change reservation and the male that was behind the counter came out and told me if I didn’t leave the property he would call the cops to have me arrested. I will never recommend this place to anyone or stay there myself on the way through Gillette Wyoming again this is the worst place to ever rent from.

Front desk was very pleasant. When we checked into the room, we came back later that night, none of the lamps worked, apparently they were unplugged from the wall. That's the second time this has happened to us at this facility. They told us the previous guest must have done it. Then the second day we came back to the unit and our keys didn't work. Instead of bringing us new ones they had us come get them after we have already unloaded our items. Facilities need improvement. The beds and the cost to stay are excellent.

The staff was great, very friendly for the most part. The rates were very good that I found on the internet. However, the room could use some updating. The room was kind of smelly, carpet had some rips and lots of hard water deposits on the shower fixture with a huge hole in the shower waterspout, did not take away from function just bad visually.

The check in people were friendly and helpful. The room had soiled carpet, was not cleaned well and was missing the stopper so the bath couldn't be used. The noise was terrible.
