The Sonesta Suites stay was a quick trip for a wedding in Phoenix, when I booked it, I didn't realize the venue was going to be that far away, but that was my bad. I liked that it was a nice size suite with a sitting area and a kitchenette, great for storing and warming up meals. We also appreciated that the area was a nice upscale area. It was quiet and cozy for 2 people.

The bathroom was really smelly. And the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Kind of old and run down. But friendly staff.

Good location, nice staff. Room did not have a fresh smell and the room was dingy and not very clean. The rooms need an update and there was a pill on the floor that was not a great thing to find

Everything was fine accept I went to grab breakfast with thirty minutes to spare and they cleaned up early so did not get anything to eat before I checked out.

The property was very convenient to shops/restaurants/and other attractions. The facility was clean and presentable and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was quite nice and quiet, located at the back of the facility for easy of parking and access to the pool/hot tub and not far from the building where breakfast was provided. All in all, I will definitely return to this property.

People underneath the last eye drinking and loud but we had a decent stay

Everything was great but the offered breakfast. The items that were supposed to be hot were cold.
The eggs, the potatoes and the sausage.
I was early so these items definitely should have been hot but they were not.

This was a last minute stay for us. We had flown in from the East Coast and needed a one night stay before traveling onto Sedona. The check-in process was seamless. The staff is super friendly. This would be a great hotel for kids. They have a basketball court and a pool. There are outside grills if you want to grill in a common area, which was spotless outside. They have an amazing breakfast, ridiculously good. The staff could not be nicer. If you are a business person for an extended stay the room had so much space to work and for clothing storage and of course there was a laundry facility on site. The rooms are plenty comfortable a little bit dated but very clean. All of the linens were fresh and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was. Dry spacious and very clean. Very nice accommodations for a good price

Initial front desk clerk was great. Then they changed shifts. Our room had falling apart broke furniture. No utensils for cooking and the shower curtain held up with one screw. Went back to desk to not get charged for broken furniture and lady in office had an attitude and yelled at us saying we wouldn't get charged and that the place needed a remodel. The oven didn't close all the way. Fire hazard? Glad it wasn't a gas oven. I've stayed in multiple sonesta suites and this was by far the worst one. Stay in the one at Paradise Valley much nicer.

Check in was easy, very friendly front desk person. Room was comfortable & clean. Comfy bed and linens. A little dated, especially the tv. Small and not a great picture.
Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but wait staff was very attentive to anything we needed.
Overall very good stay.

Closet door is broken. Great staff, basic breakfast, very roomy.

This place is amazing, starting from the nice friendly staff to the comfy clean room, and the delish brunch every morning. Let me add we had a hiccup and we requested to stay longer of course we paid, but what matter is that they were accommodating and friendly about it.

Staff was great. Very limited parking near unit, especially when needing accessible parking. Unit space was nice although unit was very outdated & smelled musty. Especially bathrooms, carpet in main areas & phones looked ancient & dirty. Couch way overused.
Bedding was comfortable enough & kitchen was great.

I came to Scottsdale to support a friend who was undergoing treatment at nearby Mayo medical facility. The suite in which I stayed was perfect, and I wish I'd purchased groceries to make my meals in the kitchen that rivals the size of my household preparation area! A great pool area, spacious business center, and shopping across the busy street made a stressful trip more manageable. Thank you!

This place is great. Try to stay there whenever in Scottsdale we do the 2 room suite because of 12 year old daughter and she loves the privacy. Also nice to have the ability to cook in small kitchen. Outside temp was 109 but room was nice and cool.

I've stayed here multiple times as a local resident. The rooms are so special, has everything you need. Only complaint is water pressure is a little low for the shower but not a big deal. The staff are the best and location for the price can't be beat.

This was our third stay at a Sonesta and like the first two, this hotel was excellent. Check in was very good and Angie is the best employee any establishment can have!
