Housekeeping wasn’t very responsive and had to wait too long. Food truck didn’t open when it was suppose to and they didn’t have breakfast at all even though it was supposed to. Lobby was closed so we needed to go next door for anything. Definitely felt like we were at the neglected hotel next door with minimal staff. When asked about breakfast we were directed to Starbucks next door and told sorry, hours aren’t right due to construction. Even tried to go next door for breakfast and their restaurant was also closed. Overall not a great experience and will probably not stay here again.

This is a newly renovated property but doesn’t have all the amenities it advertised. No free one drink per customer and no microwave in rooms.

This hotel was very nice. The lobby was beautiful and the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was modern and spacious, the beds were very comfortable as well. The only thing I would change is the elevator. It made a horrible noise when using it.

The actual hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice pool and bar. However on top of an insanely high resort fee, which doesn’t include parking! That is an additional charge ONTOP of the resort fee, they also charged us an occupancy fee and an island contribution, which is not stated anywhere. The hotel website also states there is a complimentary shuttle to Old Town which they are charging $5 per person per trip for. The ‘free’ daily water included in the resort fee was not topped up and the pool was closed for part of our stay due to ongoing work at the hotel which is likely to wake you up at 6am like it did us. Struggling to see what exactly the resort fee does cover.

It was terrible experience. They make me and my family wait for 90 min to check in and still did not gave us the rooms we booked. Also the other room they gave has broken toilet. They are also not ready to refund the difference. Very unprofessional behavior from staff and very unethical dealing with us.

Checked in, went to our room, put our things in the room and left. We did not come back until late that night. Discovered stained bed linens. Looked like lipstick and makeup, that was not mine. Our room and bed linens were clean the next day, after going to the front desk. Day 3, we were out for the day. When we returned to our room that evening, our room was exactly like we left it, no one came to tidy the room. Thankfully the man doing the laundry gave us the towels we needed. Then a knock on the door, a lady came to tidy up. The other surprise was a $150 incident fee. When I booked, it said $100, when I inquired , I was told $50/day. Either way it didn’t add up. I would highly recommend changing the beds at this location. Several reviews said they were noisy, but I didn’t think they could be that bad, yes they are. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. Every time you move the bed makes noise, mattress is sitting on wood planks, the boards are making the noise.

Overpriced charged for early departure charged for parking charged 100 a day resort fee. Cockroaches in room , mold on toilet and bathtub this hotel is a cess pool and would never stay here again .

Made the reservation for my daughter, they took a $500 deposit and said she would get it all back in 5 business days after her stay. Now they are charging a resort fee that they didn’t mention in the beginning 3 weeks later she still hasn’t received any of her deposit back.

Was told we were upgraded to a pool view given my Expedia status. The room faced the parking lot. I called and she said it was a mistake. Said no other rooms were available but they are on Expedia website. Also did not receive two drink tickets. No body wash or conditioner in the shower dispensers. Shower was glass in photo and we have a tub.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. This property was unsafe. We had AirTags placed on our car and although we called the police and security responses from the hotel the lack of communication from one security guard to another was disappointing. After being tracked hotel staff also left our door open for 5 hours when we were out adventuring totally ruining our trust, safety, and the entire birthday experience. The gated hotel has horribly secured doors, they open in and do not have any sort of extra lock. We were moved to another hotel for our safety that did have extra locks but the outside lightbulb was dead limiting visibility at our door. I am still waiting on a call from Baran Ustinov, the manager days later. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The front service representative was very welcoming and helped us check in sooner since we traveled from far away and got here earlier. She also showed us that all guests from hotel stay could enjoy all the amenities from all the other hotels next door!

We used to love this hotel, but probably won't stay there anymore. The ownership has really let the hotel go & hasn't kept up with maintenance & construction. They have also put thermostats in the room that won't allow the fan on the air conditioner to stay on constant, so the rooms get stuffy & muggy. I won't even get into somebody growing a tail in the pool & the hotel staff leaving it in there for approx 20 hours before they removed it.

The only thing that words is the room, everything also is 🙄 almost don't have stairs, elevator sounds like is gonna falls first time i had to wait till 4pm to get in my room, no info about the areas at all on the check in , never going back to this hotel in my live

We really enjoyed our four nights stay. The pool was excellent. Love that it is a saltwater pool because I have very light blonde hair. There was iguanas, roosters and hens that we had a lot of fun watching and laughing at. We slept well on comfortable bed and pillows, the shuttle was great for in the evenings going to Duval to have dinner and drinks and not having to worry about driving. The pool was closed one day for cleaning but the surrounding hotels are sister hotels and we were allowed to go to their pools which was also very fun also. My only complaint was the bar that was poolside wasn’t always open. But when it was open, they made good drinks. We did use the coffee maker in the room every morning, but they did not provide enough sugar packets. They did provide a blow dryer and one white robe, which was very comfortable. The trees and vegetation outside were lovely and full and made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. We will definitely go back next year.

It was very nice and relaxing! Party hotel on the weekends and pretty chill during the week. It is Key West, a party place. They were working on the hotel around the property painting and working on keeping it up.

Pool was closed for 24 hours due to an “accident”, shower door didn’t close completely and lots of light came through windows at night while trying to sleep. Staff were all very friendly, bar tenders were great, and shuttle service was a perfect value added feature.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary, and enjoyed our stay as this hotel is very close to everything. It's close to the beach and all the restaurants.The pool was clean and always warm. Hotel was clean.

Good and relaxing place. I had an issue as my expedia VIP was not recognized at checkin. They did not give me the drinks vouchers and was charged for a room upgrade. Spoke to the desk manager the next day and after a strong exchange he did recognize the error and provided a free breakfast for two. Overall a nice and relaxing place to stay away from the crowd. With a shuttle service to downtown.
