The hotel was very nice and convenient to our destination. The staff was very nice and helpful when the elevator stopped working. They got the elevator working by the end of the day
4.2
I enjoyed my stay although i feel likw a couple of cleanings would be nice when stay 7 nights. Always having to get more towels and had to request bed changing. Have been thrre 2 weeks due to unforseen circumstances
4.2
Our stay was just as expected, and just what we needed. A studio thst was pet friendly.
Check in was a different story.
4.2
We got a 2 bedroom suite at a reasonable price. The hotel suite was the size of a small apartment and fit my family of 5 quite comfortably. The only issue I had was with cleanliness. Upon first inspection, everything looked clean. I pulled the sheets on the bed back, and still, everything looked clean with no signs of bugs, which was great. Then I had to use a towel... Most of the towels were covered with someone's hair. When the towels were folded nicely over the bar, you couldn't tell. When you unfolded the towel to use it, you saw a few long black hairs on every towel in the bathroom. One was worse than the others, like it was someone's personal hair towel. If it weren't for the questionability of the towel's cleanliness, the stay would've gotten a 5.

Comfortable and pleasant and so peaceful
4.2
The room was very spacious & nice. My only complaint is that the entire hotel smells like not only cigarette smoke, but also weed. I would still stay there again though. I just used air freshener in my room and it was fine.
4.2
Clean room and comfortable. Odd that people were out in the parking lot just stsnding around at almost all times day abd evening
4.2
Amazing stay, very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended
4.2
Our stay was uneventful! That is good. The location is fantastic. Loved being near the mall.
4.2
Wonderful lodging.
4.2
Room was perfect for the concert we attended. Rides too and from were easy to get back and forth. The only problem I had was we are in room 135 and the outside door you can hear everyone go in and out of the building.
4.2
We had a great check and stay was great. We went to a concert and it was so convenient to stay this close. We will come again. Thank you

Other than the air seeming not to work the last night everything was fine

Maaaaan … ya’ll got roaches. Plural! I was at the property for 6 hours and saw 4 roaches. 2 were on surfaces that a person would eat. Never Again.
4.2
We got there a little early (2:30pm) and our check in was at 4. They said we had to wait until then, which is completely fine, but when we came back at 4:05, they said the room wasnt ready. It hadnt been cleaned yet and then said it would be about 30 mins. I waited in the lobby for ANY sign of acknowledgement and got nothing. They were on their phones and talking and laughing with each other. At 5:00 i went up to the desk and they said it STILL wasnt ready. I told them that we had somewhere to be at 5:45 and they said there was nothing they could do except take our luggage and put it in the room themselves after it was cleaned. At around 5:15 The manager then said (to the person at the desk) that housekeeping was in the room but didnt know how long it would take because she didnt want to "rush her". They took my phone number TWICE and said they would call me when it was ready. I NEVER recieved a phone call. My understanding is, if you have customers that you KNOW are waiting downstairs to check in, it would make sense to get their room cleaned so they can check in instead of just "when they get to it". I understand that they had a large group the night before, but from 2:30 until 5:30, knowing that we were waiting, nothing was still done. This honestly completely ruined our trip and i had to drive back 3 and a half hours after 11 o clock to get back home. One of the absolute WORST experiences ive ever been through.
4.2
The fan in my room was so loud it was difficult to sleep
4.2
Room functional and satisfactory. Halls smelled of cooking odors and dirty carpet- dingy and dimly lit.
4.2
It was very clean and
Spacious but just one a week room cleaning service
4.2
Dirty rooms. Dirty hotel with bad smells every where.
4.2
Bed was comfortable, and price was fine for what it was. Hallways were dirty, carpet and walls scuffed and worn, sofa in room was dirty and worn. I stay almost exclusively with Sonesta, and this property was definitely was on the poorly kept side.
4.2
The house keeping service was once a week. Swimming pool was not maintained in that there were mosquitoes and other bugs in the pool.
The hall way ventilation needs to be turned on more often. There were no essentials like dish washing detergent or sponge. The pots and pans ar in such poor condition that we couldn’t cook with them. The teflon was scratched up which is cancerous.
4.2
Great, nice clean and quiet
4.2
Great room an location! My family loved it
4.2
I came into my building. It smelled like weed. Once I got into the room to inspect everything, the bed was poorly made and the bathroom had a dirty towel hanging on the door. There was also stains on the threshold of the bathroom door.
4.2
I liked the 2 bedroom option and full kitchen. Also, I was surprised to find that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom.
4.2
Unfortunately the property, more specifically Room 320, was not a clean room. There were roaches coming from the kitchen sink drain. When you put the water on, you can smell the old food that was not properly disposed in the sink incinerator. This is why the roaches are there. My husband took pictures of them coming from the sink and walking on the kitchen countertop. This room smelled like smoke. I called the front desk to notify the receptionist and she advised that she can spray the room for me. Not good. So I told her that I had my own spray and will not allow that to bother me. Breakfast finishes at 9am, where neighboring places you’ll find 9:30am and a few closing at 10am. The elevator was being worked on the first day we arrived and the same day the “Not in Service” sign was up on it. We stayed here 4 nights and 3 of those nights we walked the steps to the 3rd floor. Typically wouldn’t be an issue, but my husband suffers from knee complications. We’re not a family that complains and we did not, while we were there. We kept our luggage sealed tight so we wouldn’t bring any bugs back home with us and I drove often so my husband’s knees wouldn’t bother him all day and then returning by night to walk up the steps. I must share to any future guests, please consider choosing another family hotel for your stay in Atlanta. The city is worth it, but so is your sanity, comfort and stay, while visiting.

Good parking and big room
4.2
Location. Room size/floor plan. Price
4.2
The walls and carpets in the halls is very dirty but the rooms were cleaner
4.2
This place is dirty and management is extremely rude to every single guess for absolutely no reason. There’s a bad smell when you first walk into the hallway heading to your hotel room. The floor were sticky at the reception area and I was standing on it. I let them know and the asst. manager said she will take care of it. The next day I came downstairs they were still sticky. I’m not sure if they are overwhelmed or just super lazy and don’t care at all.

Our experience was horrible from the beginning. The elevator in building A wasnt working so we had to take the stairs. I had back surgery and i have nerve damage and sometimes my right leg gets numb which causes me to fall. The room was very hot. The sofa bed didnt have any linen on it nor was there any extra linen in the room for us to make it up for my son to sleep. I called the front desk and Yolanda was very rude. She told me they didnt have any blankets and we could come to get a sheet and she hung up in my face while i was still speaking. My boyfriend went to get the sheet and almost had to beg for an extra pillow. The toilet clogged and I called to report it and Yolanda answered and very rudely told us to come get the plunger. I asked to speak with a manager and she hung up in my face again. When we asked for another room she threatened to call the police on us. We decided to check out. We got to the front to check out the police were there. She refused to give us a receipt saying she was doing an audit. I will be filing a lawsuit. We checked in after 10 and at midnight we had to drive around to find another hotel.
4.2
The doors were not in standard working condition, did not lock. One door entering the building was propped open with a pylon, another door did not close completely.
4.2
Stars because of price advertised, ended up having to put down another $100 deposit as well as $6 for parking. Room smelled like smoke/mildew. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut and pillows and bed were uncomfortable. I would not recommend.
4.2
I did not like the fact that they prop the doors open in Building B. 2 of the exterior doors were close and you had to use a key card. The other 2 doors are propped wide open, allowing bugs and anyone to walk in the doors. The room we stayed in was a very nice room and this hotel has a lot of potential but you could tell that the standards of cleaning were very low. Our shower was dirty and the bathtub was dirty. We stayed here about 4 years ago and everything was clean and it was a great hotel. Seems as though they are letting things go and it is not the same as it was. I was disappointed in my stay this time around.
4.2
This was a great overnight stay, free breakfast was nice. Property was under renovation but not inconvenient
4.2
I had two employees booked to stay there one had to drag his luggage through dog crap. There was a potbelly pig staying in the room next to his that was making noises. His returned to his room last evening the air-conditioning was not working and it was 97° yesterday. He had a room on the third floor and the elevator was not working. Perhaps you guys are going out of business? And another employee showed up there did not get the room and stayed at another hotel after arriving.
4.2
Great stay! Got the 2 bedroom king. Was like having out own aprtment. Rooms and grounds were clean. Enjoyed the pool and the rooms!
4.2
Elevator was broken. TV was broken. Door to bathroom was super loud, waking toddler if opened. Drive to Ameris amphitheater is posted as 5 min. And was more than double that. Mystery door to what sounded like a broiler room IN THE BEDROOM hid something super loud that went off every few minutes interfering with our sleep. Breakfast only went until 9:30. Pack and play had a ring from the last baby still in it, so didn’t instill confidence about cleaning practices. Positives:staff was nice, pool looked nice, amenities (kitchen) would be great if staying longer. Parking on site.
4.2
Nice setting and very spacious and clean rooms. Small pool. Breakfast was crowded and there should have been more people staffing it. Staff overall were responsive, friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here!
4.2
Several roaches in the room. Not one to ever complain but that’s one thing I do not like. For the amount of money paid that should’ve never been an issue. Will not stay again and do not recommend.
