Check in was easy and front desk was very friendly. Our room was small but we expected that. Couch folded out but no mattress or padding to be comfortable do our daughter had to just sleep on the couch and not folded out. Mattress was horrible on the bed. Did not get much sleep on four night stay. Walls need to be cleaned badly and tub caulked. Staff was nice but wouldn’t recommend staying here unless desperate.

Below what I expected from a Marriott brand.
The hotels needs remodeling, parking lot was so dark, people hanging in the parking lot drinking and getting drunk and making a lot a noise, we could hear it in our room.
The Closet rail was broken, I reported on the night of arrival, asked to be taking care next day in the morning, never happened, screws were on the floor.
Toilet keeps running water and definitely not comfortable since the bowl is so low.
Very disappointed from this Marriott hotel.
Will probably not book this hotel again.

Our hotel room was definitely not at all what I thought it would be. It was ranked 8 out of 10 but I would have put it as 4 out of 10. It had the Marriott name so even though I never heard of Townsuite brand, I trusted the Marriott brand but this definitely didn’t have that level of standards. When we first checked in, the corridor had an heavy smoke smell. When we proceeded down the main hallway, it smelled like a dirty bathroom. Our room had a mildew smell. The sleeper couch wasn’t what it was described to be. It was on the floor and not supported nor did it have a mattress. It was hard. The kitchen area didn’t have working air which I know can happen from time to time. It wasn’t fixed in our 5 day stay though. I would stay in this area but I would not stay at this hotel again.

I came in town for a family reunion. Nice little hotel in a safe location next to everything including a movie theater, restaurants and coffee shops.

As a Marriott property the level maintenance of the property is usually superb. Initially I noticed several lights in the parking lot were not operable with overgrown trees blocked driving path to main entrance. The room furniture is overall excellent but the cabinets, shower, stove and tub require upgrading or dating. The television didn’t work properly nor did the bedside plugs.

The staff, especially buffet lady, was excellent. The buffet had a lot to choose from and was well stocked. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced and the entry door needs to be rehung for quieter opening and closing.

I was staying at the TownePlace Suites while I got ready for my wedding day. Everything with check in was great. The suite was more than enough space for us all to stay comfortable and get ready together. The only thing I wished that was different were if the refrigerator was a bit colder. Also, the room next to ours had the door slightly propped open the whole stay, which was a bit odd. The hotel is definitely good for what’s needed but I think a nice paint job inside the suites would give it a nice change of scenery.

Everything was great and the staff on every shift were super helpful. The ONLY slight drawback was that our shower leaked constantly and had to be finagled with to turn on but it wasn't anything major. I would absolutely take the clean rooms, polite staff, and great price over a slighlty leaky shower every time. It went above and beyond our expectations and was exactly what we were looking for. It really helped make our trip into a great little weekend getaway.

The staff and the manager were so nice and polite. There was a storm coming through it was very bad. We had some water leaking through the bathroom. I called the desk and the front desk clerk came to the room less than 4 mins and changed our room and checked on us through your the night. The next morning the ladies bathroom was being cleaned and my daughter walk up to it and the manager told her to use the men’s bathroom because it was just clenched and he stood outside the door until she was finished. We checked out but due to repairs at our home we had to check back in. Really clean and nice.

The staff were soo nice! The room we stayed in was the two bedroom suite. The facilities were a little ran down but great set up for two friends traveling wanting privacy at the end of the day. Unfortunately, our room did not have air conditioning and our room remained a balmy 80 degrees. We told the staff twice about having no AC, but all they said was that they’d let the manager know. I never heard back. When I was checking in, a leaving guest also stated the same thing about their AC not working. A little bit of updating and this place could be great! For additional reference, this hotel is in a safe area, near food options and a good 20 minute drive to the quarter.

The area for breakfast was too small, not enough tables to sit. Poor breakfast, the quality of breakfast was low. Thin walls you could hear person next door snoring. But it was good that all doors to the property were locked and smoke free. Hallways clean and everyday housekeeping.

Property overall was nice. Housekeeping was friendly. Front desk was nice, too! Only issue is with the tub and sink. After one person showered, we had to wait 30 minutes for the tub to drain for the next person to shower. Same w/the sink. It took too long to drain if you let the water run.

Julian was the front desk worker when we got to our hotel. After a ling 3.5hr flight and a horrific mishap at the car rental place we were tired and annoyed by thw time we finally made it to our hotel to check in. Julian made the whole night better with just a big smile and amazing hospitality! He was extremely friendly and welcoming and made us feel so much better, and changed our mood right around! Thank you so much for your genuine cheer! The young lady that checked us out was also so sweet and had such a warm welcoming smile!

What a great stay we had. The front desk and breakfast staff was exceptional. The breakfast included eggs, waffles, bacon and fresh fruit as well as various other choices. Room was clean and functional and included a kitchen for extended stays. Highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to our next stay!

Great family hotel. Loved our spacious two bedroom suite. Downside was the extremely hard and uncomfortable sofa bed. Buffet breakfast was very good!
Bathroom walls could use a wash and bathroom fan should be replaced.
All in all we'd stay again!

The Check in was quick and easy. I broke the room on Tuesday through Wednesday 19th and 20th , And I called the hotel to ask for a room on the bottom floor and was able to switch. When we into the room it was exceptionally clean and more than what we expected in a hotel room everyone was courteous and easy to work with. My wife had an appointment for surgery and at Elmwood hospital and it took us maybe 5 minutes to get there from the hotel which was perfect again Well recommend this hotel And family Have a merry Christmas merry Christmas and a happy new year. There was a terrible musty smell in the room. The extra bed was just a plastic hump to sleep on. The regular bed was clean and the bathroom was clean but the smell was terrible. There was a damp feeling in the room. Nothing like on the web that showed a different picture.We won't be back.
