Amazing!
Fabulous Spa, best treatments I've ever had.

The property is stunning. Literally amazing. The golf courses are iconic. The staff, the restaurant, the accommodations are all 10/10. It is a must if you enjoy luxury. We will return for sure the next time we are in Scotland. This was our first visit to the country.

Real 5star hotel in Scotland. amazing food amazing, without exception every time I had to deal with a member of staff, from reception staff to housekeeping to waiters and barmen they are polite, attentive and helpful. - Location - this is just a magnificent part of the world. Most of Scotland is worthy of a visit, - Hotel - The main hotel looks great in the hillside, and cottages are in a great location close to the golf courses and the beach. They are furnished to a high standard and give a real feel of luxury. There is lots to do on site, golf is amazing, walks on the beach and woods, spa.

Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and we got upgraded, but just perfect.
4.6
Staff overall were very nice but we ran into a problem with management people due to a mix up with the type of room we booked and what they “upgraded us to “. We were upgraded to a two story unit with two bedrooms - one upstairs with an adjacent bath and a bedroom and living room on the main floor. We are older people and doing stairs is a problem. They were 100 percent booked the first night so we were placed in “a cottage “ which wasn’t anything special- a typical motel room and standard bath. The room was poorly appointed one no working bedside lamp and no air conditioning during a very hot spell One ceiling fan was a poor substitute. No maid service one day — for almost $600 a day. Food was good and dining room and front desk staffers were especially good at their jobs. Don’t think I would rush back. Enjoyed our time at Gleneagles much more.

Plus points - Staff, without exception everytime I had to deal with a member of staff, from reception staff to housekeeping to waiters and barmen they are polite, attentive and helpful. - Location - this is just a magnificent part of the world. Most of Scotland is worthy of a visit, but the South West coast is particularly beautiful. - Hotel - The main hotel looks great in the hillside, and cottages are in a great location close to the golf courses and the beach. We had a minor ant infestation in the kitchen on the first day when we left some biscuits out on the side. These issues where minor as we spent little time inside but if we had to then they may have been more of an issue. I’m sure if we reported them the staff would have done all in their power to resolve the issues, but they are stated just for feedback. Overall a fantastic hotel in an amazing location.

Outstanding public areas and bedrooms as expected in this luxury brand. Hotel was reasonably busy. Overall we were very happy with our 2 night stay but disappointed that 2 restaurants were closef due to lack of staff.
There are also a few areas in terms of attention to detail and standard of customer service that need improvement but are probably also linked to problems in staffing levels at the hotel

Beautiful building and grounds. Room was well appointed. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, especially the Concierge team.
Breakfast was carnage. Lots of people and very noisy.

EVERYTHING about Hotel was excellent.
Our room was SUPERB. Queen size bed but we could have held a dance in room as it was so spacious. Toilet area was MAGNIFICENT with walk-in shower and seperate bath--SUPERB. In bar -type restaurant most food was unknown to me. I had sirloin steak at £32 with trimmings and it was lovely -- dearest item on menu!
Breakfast was typical with continental or hot buffet. I had omelette made to orger as you waited and also bacon, sausage, mushrooms, toast and a large pot of HOT coffee.
ALL the staff were very nice and HELPFUL.
FINALLY the CLEANLINESS throughout the complete HOTEL WAS FIRST CLASS

The hotel was great and view spectacular. The check in and check was excellent. The only negative there was that we arrived at the hotel a couple of hours early and the reception staff told us they would take out luggage to the room and let us know when the room was ready. But when we arrived in our room the luggage was not there.
the food and service staff in general were not so good.
We are both vegan and it seemed they struggled to accommodate us. We ordered a vegan club sandwich and apparently the kitchen did not have the ingredients to make the sandwich. Instead of informing us of this, instead we got a sandwich with only tomatoes and lettuce which we then had to complain about.
At dinner we were serviced two small portions of veg rissotto which was not very nice and we couldn’t eat it. Try charged us for two main dishes at £44 each. We also had complain about this.
All in all. Great looking hotel and location but service and food under par!!! Not sure I would eat there again even if I was staying there.

Some areas true 5 star others slipped. The spa was an area which did not live up to billing especially in a hotel remote from any other services. Other areas like courses pro shop Garry on the entrance made it truly memorable.

What a hotel the attention to detail is amazing and the staff are always one step ahead
I will be back

Trump Turnberry was amazing. The room was amazing. The condition of hotel was amazing. Everything was fantastic. We played golf and that was superb too. I would recommend it to anyone. Only wish we could have stayed longer and experienced the spa.

Put in ‘Villa’ double room which was basic and totally different from main bedrooms (no choice at booking). Two single beds. Beds messy, debris on floor, carpets torn & walls marked. Complained and had to pay £50 upgrade to a king in main hotel which turned out to be an accessible room (apparently there were no other rooms available even although they were available to book on website) Had tried to book spa before arrival but they never returned three phone calls and were fully booked on arrival. Unable to book main restaurant. Ate at golf club house which was like an old boys club - felt very out of place. Food nothing special. Tv turned itself off after 3 mins - asked for this to be looked at and told there was nothing wrong with it. Had to unplug phone as it kept beeping. Breakfast was delicious but on returning home both myself & partner had upset stomach. Having spent over £600 on this overnight for our 40th we are very, very disappointed and will not return or recommend. The hotel is nice and although we are not fussy people, we have stayed in much better for a fraction of the price.

Beautiful place but very disappointed with clea

Overall the stay was amazing, there was a problem with something that our sons had arranged to be in our room on arrival which didn't arrive probably because our room was changed on arrival. Everything was sorted out by the next day it didn't spoil our stay, just the surprise element. but all in all it was a great weekend.

The room was lovely and the staff were excellent. Would recommend family and friends to stay there.
