The hotel is lovely and in the perfect location to see all the touristy places. It is very clean with a good sized room and friendly staff. Daria at the reception was very nice. Despite the hotel being busy I requested a room on a higher floor and she manged to get me a very nice room on the 5th floor. The breakfast display was good with lots of choices to eat. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Prague

This property is conveniently located to the Old Town City Center. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They seem to go out of their way to ensure guests are well taken care of. They have excellent maid service as well. My room was cleaned within an hour of posting the "Please Make Up My Room" sign on the door which I put out on my way to breakfast. This is the perfect hotel for your stay in Prague. The onsite restaurant also has good food. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was quite lavish.

Great location for city centre in Prague. Close to all the main attractions, with a nice bar and restaurant. Service was great and all staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a very early flight and they accommodated us with an early check in around 10am. We had also booked an airport transited and this was smooth. The breakfast is a large buffet. A decent selection. The lobby is beautiful, as is the bar. The rooms are a decent size, with a large shower. There is a sleep menu (for pillows, hot water bottles etc) and the bed is comfy. Our room was however a bit dusty and didn’t feel like it had been dusted whilst we were there. Our water was also not replaced which is surprising for a 4* accomodation. All in all, a really good stay and perfect for exploring Prague.

The hotel is amazing! This was my second stay in two years. Stop searching for hotels, just book this. If you want a good location in the city, clean and quiet rooms and a fantastic staff, book this. I want to thank the nice staff in the reception, really helpful with anything! The beds are the best I ever had in a hotel and the breakfast is so good that you can sit there for hours. Strong coffee, prosecco or juice, you can find it all here, offcourse they have pancakes if you love that like me.

Our stay at MGallery was lovely. The rooms were well appointed, the water pressure in the shower was great but most of all the proximity to Old Town and all the bars and restaurants was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First Time in Prague, very impressed and pleased with this Hotel. The concierge that aided our checkin process was great. The proximity of the Hotel to all the sights of Old Town Prague is perfect. Only wish we were able to stay longer, 3 days was only enough time for us to sample a small sample of everything there is to see and experience here. Sure we will return.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. I booked a queen bed room for my husband and I we arrived without evening telling us gave us two singles bed. I called to say there was a mistake and they said it was the only room left BIE wish they told me at time of booking as I would have chosen another hotel as this was important to us. I asked can the beds be put together and made as a double they said they would. In the whole three days no one came to make the room up. The staff were also not really trained for the local area we asked for recommendations for restaurants in the area they googled them!!!

The room allocated had a view of a wall 6ft. away, on request we were moved to another room with badly stained carpets. This is the first hotel I have visited where I was not asked if I had a good stay & was everything ok. Just told I owed local tax.

Location is very good, hotel is very clean and majority of the staff are very helpful. Good breakfast with a good selection of products. The bar had great deals especially the happy hour cocktails. Overall a good value for money.

The architecture of the building is breathtaking. Knowing that it was the office where Kafka worked for many years is priceless. Our room (executive suite) was spacious with very tall ceiling. The entire hotel was well maintained. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty and the location is quite central.

The hotel has good location. From the airport, take bus 119 and tram 26. Alight at Namesti Republiky. Going to airport, take the Metro B, Namesti Republiky and bus 100. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfy. They provided slippers and bath robe. The staff are friendly and helpful. Since it’s winter, there’s no aircon. They even gave me a fan since I wasn’t comfortable opening the windows cos I was just on the second floor. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices.

Room was lovely and spacious with lovely high ceilings. The rooms however were a little too hot. Even. when trying to turn the air temp down, the room remained really warm. We assume it was a central heating issue. Also - the bathroom was quite small given that the room was so big. The space around the sink area was really minimal so almost. impossible to put any of your own toiletries anywhere. Could do with having a shelf or something. Bathroom was nice and modern though.
