Two couples staying overnight for a concert at Simmons Bank arena. Easy to find, smooth check-in. No valet; only self parking in garage behind hotel. Location is walkable to arena. Close to restaurants & bars. Great stay.

The hotel was wonderful however, we had to pay for parking and there was no microwave in the room or lobby. There is an onsite bistro and bar. Breakfast is available for purchase. Outdoor patio was beautiful

Every time I visit Little Rock, I stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. I consider it a pretty safe area! Barbara, at the front desk, was very nice, professional, and polite. She signed me up for the rewards program because I come to this hotel often. Thank you, Barbara!

i really didn't like that the parking garage was behind the building. The garage was safe and well lit. I wasn't prepared to pay $11 a day to park. It was fine, cheaper than alot of cities. It was just awkward

This hotel was conveniently located to all the areas that we wanted to see. In less than a one mile radius, you have the Simmons Bank Arena, the Robinson Center of performing arts, and Flyin’ Fish. Would absolutely recommend for any couple or family, but just in town for one night to see a concert.

They had mold issues which made the stay miserable. The huge dehumidifiers stationed right out door pointing right in our face every time we left our room was awful. The smell was overwhelming. The lobby was nice but the four floor was horrible. We loved the Little Rock area and the museums within walking distance was awesome. The food in the bistro was very overpriced one bottle of juice 8.30$ I would pick another hotel in the area this is a big NO!

The hotel and staff were excellent! Room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The potential is there for a great hub for local shops and restaurants. The nearby park has a beautiful view of the river but there was a bad odor and many of the shops and restaurants were closed the night we were there.
