The breakfast buffet was great and worth the extra cost. The onsen was small but so nice to relax in after a busy day.
4.4
Spacious rooms compared to Japanese standard
A little bit of maintenance needed in the common areas
4.4
Hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great.
Rooms also very clean and good A/C.

We enjoyed our stay at this hot. Hotel was so comfortable and clean. Awesome service and friendly staff .

Nice

This is a nice hotel with two super single beds and a comfortable sofa bed for our teen boy. Space is tight like typical Japanese hotel. We like that the hotel is nestled in a quiet estate. Pronto for breakfast, family mart if you need any snacks. Shimbashi for good food options just 10 mins away. Entrance to train station is a nice easy walk.

would stay again for next visit!

Breakfast was great! The room is extremely crowded, can’t put 30” luggage on the floor. The toilet paper is too low quality. 4 star hotel should have better toilet paper instead of one used in public area.

We’ve stayed before & will stay again!

The lady at the front helping us was not so friendly. She seemed annoyed and was in a rush (I normally get great service in Japan however this was the worst experience I had). She seemed to be super attentive to the folks who happened to be white. The hotel in general looks nice outside and it was in a convenient location to the train station however the building is right next to the fire station so it does get noisy at night sometimes. Hotel was clean and decent overall. The air conditioning would stop working at times and it would get super hot when I woke up.

We very much enjoyed our stay .
Very central location to discover Tokyo .
Thank you .

Great location. Beautiful hotel. Moderately spacious room with everything you need. Well serviced. Staff are great, helpful & speak basic english.
4.4
All staff were very friendly, fluent in English and greets with big smile. the stay was very pleasant.

I had an excellent stay at this Mitsui location. Amazing location, quiet and safe neighborhood but easily walkable distance to Ginza, and many other popular areas of Tokyo are within 15 min metro ride. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet - good mix of Japanese and Western food.

We loved staying here, it was so great for the cost! We had a fairly large room for Japanese standards and it was super conveniently located nearby major subway lines. Tsukiji outer market was walkable in the morning and the buffet food at the hotel was great as well. Ginza shopping distract and many food options all super walkable. Staff were friendly too and ensured we were comfortable in our stay. 10/10!

Very nice location and was clean.

perfect location in Tokyo

Pristine hotel, great public bath (Japanese style), very helpful staff. An excellent place to stay. In a corporate business neighborhood, so restaurants are not abundant. But a great place.
4.4
The area is beautiful with some cosy restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Station very close by, easy to get to Haneda Airport, most tourist areas from here.
4.4
For a last minute booking the property was amazing. Very friendly and helpful employees.
4.4
Okay place with lots of italian restaurants around. A little old, but very comfortable beds. An ok place to stay in Tokyo, but it is next to a fire station.
4.4
Awesome location, close to train stations and subways. Was in a room with 3 beds, lovely! Space for luggage and comfortable.
Has a mini fridge and water top up daily.
Breakfast was ok if you like everything but hard if you are picky. Eat the croissants and waffles!
4.4
Not good enough in air ventilation, too warm at room
4.4
The lobby staff were eager to provide services but without any finesse and felt like just doing rather than wanting to do. They also refused to store luggage over the weekend for us, which is understandable but wound have been nice while we visit Mount Fuji for the weekend.
4.4
It was a good stay. Check ins and check outs were really simple. We stayed at your hotel twice in this trip :)
We also stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel in Okayama. : )
4.4
Very comfortable place to stay, close to transport options and centrally located.
4.4
Good!
4.4
Comfortable, although since it's near the subway lines you may hear trains running. Courteous staff even though there may be somewhat of a language barrier. Stations are about a 10min walk in different directions depending on whether you are taking the Yamanote line or the Keihin Tohoku/Tokyo Monorail lines.
4.4
The room was outdated, there was a water leakage in the bathroom. The noise of the train was unbearable with opened window while getting fresh air. I would not stay there again
4.4
Great Staff , very friendly and helpful.
Property and room very clean, looks renovated but our room was so tiny for 2 persons, not enough space to put our stuff, it was like a one- way traffic. Only 1 pillow so we had to ask for a 2nd one.
4.4
It was an okay hotel-but for the price and star rating, it was basic. It felt like a slightly elevated business hotel, with worse decor. The rooms were scuffed and tired and the beds and pillows were hard.
Pros:
- The location of the hotel is within walking distance to transit.
- Self check-in and check-out (machine)
- There is a smoking area on the 13th floor.
- The shower pressure in the rooms is great.
- Most staff were nice and friendly (we speak Japanese)
Cons:
- The beds are hard and uncomfortable.
- The pillows are terrible, and small. They’re the type with the beading inside, are quite flat and uncomfortable. On the first night asked if it was possible to have another, but was told there were no extra pillows in the building.
- Booked a room with 2 beds so we could sleep separately. Turns out the 2 beds are actually pushed together (no walking space in between), so you are essentially sleeping right next to the other person.
- Shower/tub made weird loud noises during use.
- The bathroom lock didn’t work, door would frequently open on its own. This was awkward during showers.
- Buffet choices are the same everyday
- Staff audibly told guests their room numbers within earshot of other guests (instead of just pointing to the room number). While waiting to use the self check-in machine I overheard the staff tell another guest her room number. It’s pretty standard international hotel practice to never do this because of the safety risk.

Nice Place to Stay and easy to access points of interest… Holds your luggage safely while checking in or at check out for the day…
4.4
Nearest metro stations are 7-10min walking distance. Doable, may not be a quick walk when carrying luggages.
The hotel itself is excellent and free public bath at the top floor is a big plus.
Ate buffet at the facility and it is efficiently ran with quality.
One downside is, there are train tracks nearby and you can hear them running all the time.
It bothered us in the beginning, but your brain adjusts and you tune out the noise.
4.4
Property was quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Bit in the back blocks but short walk to JR and subway station
4.4
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with plenty of japanese and western options but was the same thing everyday. Rooms were quite large especially for Tokyo. Speedy elevators which seemed to be ready without waiting more than a minute.
4.4
Good biz and tourist hotel, located near train stations for connectivity
4.4
You can easily do self check-in and check-out with the machine next to the front desk, which is really nice for ppl who cannot speak Japanese. I love the breakfast buffet as there are a lot of options. Location is good that it's about 6mins walk from Daimon Station. You also can find Family Mart and Lawson within 2 mins. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel in a quiet area, yet close to subway and attractions.

Stuff is well trained and very helpful. Thank you.
