The people who work here are extremely nice and helpful, from the front desk, to the valet parking to the room service attendant. All so friendly. Great location right in the heart of Pioneer Square. If you are attending a concert at the Showbox Sodo -- this is really a great base! Also walked up town in about 10 minutes -- easy!
4.4
Friendly staff and near center of downtown. Parking is not included. $61 for valet or drive around looking for parking. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to know beforehand.

We loved our room with a view of the water! It was near the waterfront, clean, and very comfortable. My husband, who is very hard to please with hotel rooms, said we would definitely stay there again when we visit Seattle

Check-in was easy and pleasant. The person helping us is extremely friendly. We love the stay.

We were in for the 9er vs Seahawks game. The hotel was a quick walk to the stadium. The staff were friendly. We had a really great experience.

Good hotel, location was good for us. Staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. Would stop there again when visiting Seattle.

Seattle was kind to us with sunny weather. Visited Alexander Calder exhibit, wonderful “food tour” of Pike’s Place Market and cantonese dinner. Via lovely Amtrak rides to and from Eugene, OR. Courtyard hotel perfect in every way.
4.4
Hotel was great, right in the middle of the downtown, walking distance to the stadiums and Pike's Market. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the downtown.

We had a great trip. Location was perfect for our needs. Staff was decent and courteous

Probably the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed at for the price. Well worth it. Highly recommend it. Staff is perfect!

Fantastic stay. Comfortable, Quiet and Friendly
Perfect location for our Metallica concert stay!!

This hotel is convenient if you are going to a concert at TMobile Park or Lumen Field. We found this hotel had everything that we look for when choosing a place to stay: very clean, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Because it's downtown Seattle, parking isn't cheap, but the price was comparable to other hotels. The location makes it easy to park your car and walk to a variety of places to get food, go shopping, etc.
4.4
Father and son trip to see a concert at T mobile stadium. Nice and close (10 minute walk) valet only @$61. However they offered to charge my electric car so that was a bonus. The hotel was nice although only 1 elevator was working at the time. We were on the 4th floor so the walk was ok.
4.4
Great location. In the center of Downtown.

Management unprofessional. check in front desk staff inaccurate information
Disputing a charge for $4.95 . Ridiculous

Staff did their job for one. Property is in great condition and unique. Comfortable and safe with near by good food.
4.4
Good location and bar/restaurant on site

Convenient location for downtown Seattle.
Probably would only matter for a little while, but construction noise from an adjacent building could be heard throughout the night.

Valet service was excellent. The staff were great. Nice and close to the big arenas. Only complaint the restaurant wasn't open all day. Other than that would stay there again in a heart beat!

The location of the hotel was convenient to Pioneer Square, T-mobile and Lumen Stadium. It was also about a10 min walk to the Pike Place. The surrounding was quiet, I wasn't awoken by noise but my husband was awoken by hallway noise. There was a bike path and lots of scooters and e bikes for rent along the sidewalks. We would stay here again.
4.4
Great hotel. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Convenient location for getting to ballgames and soccer stadium. Staff were very nice and rooms were great. Would definitely stay again.

Loved hotel & staff but the area especially at night left much to be desired. However, hotel provided great security and made sure only guests were able to enter. Bistro was great for breakfast & dinner. Food quality & friendly staff made it an enjoyable experience. Finally, the location to all Seattle waterfront restaurant & activities.
4.4
Great hotel within walking distance of Lumen Field. Very clean without being over fragrant. Slight confusion on parking
4.4
The hotel was amazing. I just wish I had understood where/hot to park to check in. That is the most stressful thing I ever experienced. It was a big concert weekend and in downtown town and no where to pull over even for a few minutes to figure out valet.
Once in the hotel everything was great

Not equipped
4.4
Locked out of my room multiple times and outrageous parking fees for their “parking garage”
4.4
The a/c was not working in my room. I stayed during a heat wave. I had to call front desk at 9:45 pm to send a technician to fix it. He did arrive in 15 min and fixed the issue. The hotel is nice and staff are friendly. Unfortunately the area isnt the best due to homelss population all over the downtown area.
4.4
We were in town for baseball and it was easy to walk to stadium and to Pikes Place Market for food and shopping
4.4
The hotel itself is not bad. However the soundproofing of the rooms need to be much better. Could hear every single thing outside, including sadly all the homeless people right outside the window in the alley way below.
