Small room as per usual in Tokyo. Light switches were in weird locations and insufficient power outlets. Staff were nice and helpful. Well located between 2 stations.
4.1
My wife and I stayed 5 nights
Pros:
-Close to subway (akasaka station and Akasaka-Mitsuke station)
-located in center of city so it’s a short subway ride to anywhere in Tokyo
-Friendly staff
-Surrounded by great bars and restaurants
-Great shower!
-In room laundry washer/dryer combo (takes up to 5 hrs per load, so plan accordingly)
-Comfortable bed
-Good AC
-Clean
Cons
-The room layout is awkward so it feels smaller than it is
-WiFi was awful
The hotel was fine but I probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the bad WiFi, and there are a lot of other options in the area.
4.1
Room was small but had enough room to maneuver around. Thanks to a bunk bed style for a three bedroom room. Staffs were helpful and caring. They helped us shift our suitcases to our next destination.
4.1
This hotel is in really old condition and in need of refurbishment. There were moles in the bathroom and cockroaches in the bedroom. Overall other then the room condition, the room services and receptionist were helpful and kind.
4.1
3 women- small room but we made it work. Convenient location to two subway lines Lots of restaurants and comedian stores in the area Great location to get to other areas easily If you are over 6’ the bathroom would be a challenge For you for sure. The stuff was absolutely lovely They were so accommodating and so kind We enjoyed this hotel
4.1
The hotel was very good and clean. The staffs are friendly.
Just the location was a bit away from metro stations however as it situated in one of popular toruism spots, many metro stations are accessible.
4.1
Centurion Hotel Residential Akasaka is in a great location.
It is an old building, however is well maintained and cosy. Room is very small, typical of most Japanese hotel rooms.
My room had a small balcony with a table and chairs which was added value and well used.
Many cafes, restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. Close to station and shopping.
4.1
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
4.1
Good size room and A/C and firm beds!
4.1
Staff and location are excellent. Lots of dining options in the area. Close to the metro stations to quickly hit up the tourist spots.
Small room but you probably won’t be spending much time there other than for sleeping. Laundry machines on site
4.1
The rooms are clean and organized neatly. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The traffic is very convenient to probably any spots in Tokyo!
4.1
There are windows inside the room but shaded windows. You cannot see outside nor open them. The windows curtain so dusty if you slide it. There was an electrical mini stove inside but no pan provided. Really useless. We lived there for 5 nights and did not even ask for any cleaning but asked for laundry detergent couple times. When you asked for laundry detergents at the front desk which they stated are free, they only give you one small package. When you ask for more, they will give you a look. I have 3 ppl, one package a day not too much especially is very hot in the summer. Definitely need to wash all of the cloth each day. What different for us to ask them each day instead of we just ask couples time especially hard to find a front desk lady that understands English.
4.1
It was good and clean with friendly staff

In this hotel you have everything around… a great variety of places to eat and the train station are really close.
Great place to stay.
4.1
The hotel location was fantastic. Just a short walk to one of two train stations. Tons of restaurants and bars and shops right outside the hotel. Super convenient to get to the main touristy parts of the city. Shabuya is only 3 stops away. The only downside to this hotel is the small room size.
4.1
The location was fun although not as family friendly as other parts of Tokyo. Really great sushi nearby and the Harry Potter complex with cafe & stores was an added bonus. The hotel had the best set up of beds for a family of 5. Very big & comfortable although the room was small as is common in Tokyo. Had a wonderful stay there all around.
4.1
The trainee that did my check in was very nice and professional, couldnt read her name as it was too small. The room is quite big by japanese standard but with a weird layout. I enjoyed the location and the silence deapite being in the center of Tokyo

Building was a little old and small but it has everything for the price paid! Worth staying again
4.1
The staff, location and amenities were all excellent.
4.1
Service was great. Room size was good and loved having a washer/dryer in the room. The shower/bathroom was horrible. I expected the typical Japanese-style shower rooms with tub and shower in one room and it did not have that. Instead, you could tell the shower needed to be replaced because of water damage and the shower door leaked. Worst part of the hotel room by far. I wouldn’t stay here again just because of the bathroom.
4.1
Suoer close to the Akasaka theater and multiple metro stations.
4.1
Conveniently located, lots restaurants, short walk to metro.
4.1
The hotel was not luxurious but was very practical. Service and friendliness was top notch, better than what we’ve experienced in other 4-5star hotels. Location was very convenient. It was less than 5min walk to 2 subway stations and had many restaurants and convenience stores around.
We travelled with 3 kids (age 8-13) and our deluxe twin room was a great space for our family of 5. Bathroom (toilet and shower space separate) can be tight but functioned well for us with them being separated.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Helpful staff
4.1
Very walkable for metro, food and shopping.
4.1
Great Location, this was my first trip to Japan. The rooms are very small, even smaller than France or NYC. Expect a room like a Cruise Cabin. I’m not sure if all hotels are similar. The Cost was good and we spent most of the time out. Overall, it was pretty good.
4.1
A lot of food options.
4.1
Had a great experience staying with them
4.1
I liked the availability of laundry facilities. The family room was also a decent sized room. The only thing we didn’t like was that the small windows were facing walls of adjacent buildings. The room didn’t have any views at all.
4.1
The property was very close to many restaurants and other amenities.
4.1
Very near subway station that take you everywhere within 30mins around Tokyo.
4.1
A great spot if you’re into the nightlife. But plenty of food options, coffee shops, close to trains.
4.1
Great location and comfortable family sized room
4.1
Loved how quiet the room was. The two separate rooms with doors were awesome. The front desk employees were excellent and friendly. Since our departure was in the evening, they kept our luggage in a secure place for us so we could enjoy our last day in Tokyo.
The shower head had a lot of rust and tile grout on floor dirty.
4.1
NICE OVERALL. WOULD STAY AGAIN.
4.1
The rooms was smaller which is common in Japan, but 4 adults stayed her comfortably with 4 twin beds, eating area and small kitchen and laundry. The staff was so friendly and it was a great location. Walkable to 3 subway stations and many restaurants.
4.1
A pleasant stay overall.
4.1
Little noisy at night, but would stay there again. Close to subway and lots of food!!
4.1
Spacious rooms and helpful staff
4.1
The room was small but satisfied our needs for the two nights.
