The pools, hot tub and facilities were clean and nice. Walking distance to everywhere. My only complaint is the staff weren't as pleasant as I thought they would be. Requested cleaning service on the second day of our stay (which is given) before 3pm because we would be back by 3 to get ready for a wedding. Returned to our room at 2:45. Housekeeping arrived at 2:55 to clean our room just as we started to get ready and shower for the wedding. Then couldn't return at 4:15 when we would leave because they were finished for the day. The next morning they couldn't offer a late checkout and actually gave me an attitude that I was even asking. Chose to just check out and have our bags held with a friend at Southernmost Resort. Do not think I'd stay there again with all the options offered in Key West with more friendly staff. The woman who checked us in our first day on Friday 11/1 was the best and only pleasant staff member.

This place was in a great location and has great resort amenities. The pools and patio areas are lovely. I'd say our room was a little on the small side and the breakfast could've been better. The staff was friendly and had great recommendations dor the area.

The place to stay in Key West if you want pools, hot tub, nice breakfast , a reasonable room, nice staff Gree shuttle near and a wine reception every evening. i have come back five times and never disappointed.

Overall Ok. Room floor was dirty when we arrived and had to ask for it to be cleaned which they did promptly. No shelfs in the shower to hold bath products. No shejfs ir cabinets in the bathroom for storage.

We got there at 2 pm, our room wasn't ready until 4pm. She said she would call when the room was ready. Well by 5:30 we got no call. We went back to the hotel and there was another cute little girl there. She was going to give us a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We asked if we could have a 1st Floor. And she gave us a beautiful room (suite). We had a wonderful time.

As we understand that check in is 4pm, we were willing to wait until then but as 4pm came. Nothing, we were sent to wait until 4:20pm for our room. My husband and I, were ready to rest but instead we sat and waiting even past the check in time of 4pm. Never again!

Staff was extremely kind. We were able to check in early with no hassle or fuzz. Our flight was canceled because of tropical storm and we decided to move hotels due to issues. So happy we did. Wish we would have stayed at Southern Most Inn for all of our vacation.

Run down, filthy, deplorable. Photos online are extremely deceitful! Kia checked us in late, she was excellent and extremely pleasant. The next morning the front desk woman was very, very, rude. We will never return nor recommend!

The AC is very noisy. We had to turn it off even it's so hot. After we turned the AC off, there was still noise, not sure where that came from. Parking onsite is $30 per day. Parking on street is $5/hr.

The room was very clean and set up well. I have to say, the mattress was one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on! There were 2 nice pools and a hot tub (which nobody used because it is summer in Key West!). They had a happy hour with complimentary wine, cheese and crackers, and nuts in the evening, and a nice breakfast in the morning. The lady at check-in was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is made up of of a couple of old buildings in really good condition but they don’t hide their age. Make it feel like the “real Key West “

My last stay was a great trip, but not this time. The bed was hard, sheets like sandpaper. The a/c was loud, the were ceiling lights that where on low and I couldn’t turn them off. And to top it off I had to take a cold shower. There was no hot water in the shower or sink.

It was a good place.Don't get me wrong, but you hear everything in your room like slamming.Doors , the blind one closed in my room and it needs some a lot of work around there like the floors are coming up

The property is good, the conditions on the builder on 1st floor are poor, floor loosing, water leaking inside the room floor. Poor parking area, heard to make all needs clear on the check in time.
