Would recommend a new mattress And better insulation between rooms

Check in was a breeze as i did it online. The room was comfortable, good selection of breakfast. Super friendly staff.

Was not horrible but certainly not the best, beds weren’t very comfortable and our rug was wet with I have no clue what.

Everything was great, except one thing. The power went out during our stay. When we went to the front desk with our concerns that our food in our fridge would spoil all they said was "ours will too". I felt like that was poor customer service. They didn't offer us anything to cover the cost of the food in our fridge, which was probably around $50 worth of food. Not a lot to most people, but when you budget everything...it is. Other than that is was a great trip. The staff was friendly. They had an excellent breakfast and made cookies nightly to share with guests. The pool was great for kids too, a max depth of 3.5ft. I hope to return again one day, but would like the staff to show more concern and offer help when things go wrong. Yes it was not their fault, but there back up generator didn't turn on either. The power outage was detrimental to the food in our fridge which we rely on to eat. (My wife has many allergies so we have to pack all her food everywhere we go)

I call days in advance to request an early check in. I was told I could get one, but on the day they told me to check back at 1pm. When I did I was told the General Manager said no early check ins allowed. If I had know ahead of time, I would have arranged to stay somewhere accommodating. The customer service was just poor, unprofessional and too much attitude.

My friends and I decided to stay at a different hotel that night. The hotel text, emailed, and called for confirmation the week leading up to the day of the stay. When I answered the call, I mentioned I tried to see how to cancel without the fee and she explained there wasn't any way around it- understandably. However, they called me at 2:15am! They wanted to ask if I was still coming. Nice of them to worry about little ol' me, but that's too excessive! The room was nonrefundable, so take the WIN people.

Judge my ratings by amenities, cleanliness, function, price. Amenities: breakfast was pretty good, pool (too cold) and hot tub just right. Cleanliness: no complaints and I'm pretty picky. Function: shower was great, bed comfy, coffee was strong/good! Price: a bit more than it should have been and at first we had to stay in the wrong size room but they promptly moved us when they could. Would not give a discount for the smaller room or inconvenience.

Clean room. Right next to the elevator was the bummer. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was awesome.

From the entrance of the hotel to the rooms themselves including the breakfast exceeded any expectation of quality and cleanliness.

Our suite was very spacious as was the bathroom itself. The shower was broken so we had some difficulty in showering without getting water everywhere. The area itself is in a less urban location, but we also got there late and had little time to explore.

Average budget hotel. Sheets were old and pilly.

Had great interatctions with the staff. The room seemed more roomy than most.

Overall 10/10 experience. Reception was very professional and with great attitude. They accommodated us with the fact that we arrived three+ hours early. Pool area is clean and stocked with towels and open 24/7. Rooms are clean, breakfast is not bad. I like the fact that they have a little cart in the lobby stocked with water, hot coco, coffee and occasional cookies.

I don't really expect alot in a hotel room, but this one checked all the boxes. Lots of towels, spa, gym, a fantastic breakfast, and a very convenient location. I couldn't ask for more. I hope to stay again in october.my only complaint is the parking is very tight if you have a truck.

Stay was good. The toilet wasn't working, but I was able to open the top and pull the chain myself. The AC was also not working, luckily it wasn't too hot. I did tell the front desk upon check-out and she seemed eager to have it fixed.

I always appreciate La Quinta hotels. They are clean, the staff is kind and attentive, and the continental breakfast is bomb! Beds are comfy, nice bathrooms and pool area. They even had fresh baked cookies for us! It was a great location for concerts at white river amphitheater!

Like location right off the freeway. Breakfast was good. Pool was a little small but kids had a blast.

Room was in dire need of renovations. We asked for clean towels the second day of our stay and never got them. The hotel was in a horrible location with lots of transients.

Small hotel, area was sketchy. Busy highway right beside hotel so was a little noisy to sleep. Staff were nice, breakfast was good. Rooms were on the small size compared to say a bigger chain hotel. Overall it was a good stay for the 2 nights we were there.

We have stayed here twice before and it was a good motel for the price. This time was different though. The rooms are really in need of an upgrade. One chair in the room was worn down to the stuffing and the room smelled musty. We were there for 2 days and we never had any maid service. Needless to say we will never stay here again. Do your self a favor and book a room at the Muckleshoot Indian Hotel. The price is really close to what La Quinta charges.

Other than the mattresses, it was ok. It was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Could have provided more food options. All 4 days had the same the same menu and no bananas for first 2 days which is still ok. They should not put middle age couples next to the rooms with the kids because 45-55 is the hardest of age with physical and mental health. I couldn't sleep because of the kids screaming and the very soft mattress.

We stayed in room 218, and the toilet has some issues with flushing (does not fill up quick). If you take number 2 you gotta flush old school way by dumping lots of water to flushed it using paper cups. Took an hour to flushed down the poo. Thin walls also, there was a family next door and the mom kept scolding their kids all night long and crying. We did not get any sleep! Every conversations that the family had next door we could hear. The lady at the front desk also gave us the wrong room number, but that was ok! Just a bit inconvenient when you traveled all day long and just want to get in your room. The cleanliness of the room is great! No issues! No bed bugs! Just very sketchy/ghetto ppl around the area! Don’t leave any belongings in your car! Not even a cord! The car next to us had their window smashed! Overall, it would’ve been a 5 stars if the toilet flushed well, no noisy crying kids/loud family next door or ghetto ppl lurking around the parking lot. (Keep an eye on this white truck, looking like a fentanyl addict circling around the area.)
