Just stayed one night. Small, probably family run hotel, that is very tidy and clean from entrance to every corner in the room.

The service was excellent, but we didn't like the location near the red right district.

The hotel is comfortable and easy to get in there !

The japaness style bath was very clean, comfortable. I enjoyed it so much after a long day.

Free parking, friendly & helpful staff, good facilities, including air purifier, spacious room, clean, a tuck shop in lobby, 10 mins walk to supermarket, etc. The hotel is a little bit old with well maintanence. If I have a chance to Okinawa again, I will be back!

Because this hotel is located in a residential area, I did not make a reservation with great expectations. However, the interior was very good for the price. Especially, the public bath that you can use in the afternoon was very attractive. It is also advantageous to be located close to shopping streets in Naha City. The refrigerator was not working, which seems to be part of the improvement.
4.2
it is good to be close to the international street.

There are some "sexy bars" near the hotel. But the hotel itself was excellent. Room is clean, the staff is kind. Plenty of free parking spot. One drawback is that there is no elevator in this hotel, but the hotel has only 2nd floor.
4.2
Nice and clean room. Car parking available for free.

Staffs are kind and polite. Public bath is so great. Room is a little bit small. Also been a Little bit smelly. Good location for diving but not on foot. Breakfast have toast, coffee and tea only. But the bread are taste good. Hotel had its own parking lot and it is for free. This hotel is a good choice for who rent a car and want to get a lower price in Naha, Okinawa. You will get more than you pay.

Nice place. Well maintained. Spacious.
Highly recommended. Would stay here again.
One block away from shady part of town but can be easily avoided.

traditional Japanese hotel with very friendly staff who can communicate with English. Basic breakfast with just toast, butter, jam and coffe or tea. The big public bath area is wonderful for a tiring day. Not much to do around the hotel at night within walking distance

This hotel is great for self driving people because car park just cross the road. Location close to night clubs area of Naha which may not be good for walking around expecially we had one kid. We had a Japanese style room for three of us and the size was huge. The hotel had no lift and I have to carry two big suitcases to upper level. The public bath was good but only open at night time. However, we only stayed over night and we had a car and I think the hotel is great for this situation.

This hotel is good for single and family. It close to supermarket and require 15 minutes walk to the shopping centre. It also provide free parking.
4.2
Very helpful staff.
4.2
Its Japanese style room is very clean, confortable and spacious. Apart from a small bathroom in the room, the hotel has also got a public bath for its customers. If you are self driving, the hotel is very convenient with easy access to everywhere in Naha area.
4.2
Nice hotel with home feeling. Supermarket nearby, but a little far from nearest monorail station and city center so a bit of walking but exercise was good. Staff very helpful and friendly even if they knew only a little English. Would be nice if there were English TV channels.
4.2
One business in the neighborhood seemed a bit questionable and the hotel plain, but the Japanese style room with en suite bathroom (a nice alternative to having to use the sento) and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed our time in Naha, especially our interactions with the staff and other guests of our hotel. They were helpful and friendly, giving us good guidance for finding excellent local restaurants, a nearby grocery, and directions to the Marine base. Parking was convenient, being just across the quiet street. Breakfast was simple toast and jam with tea or coffee, but given the price of the room we didn't expect food at all, and the neighborhood grocery provided excellent supplemental drinks, fruit, and snacks that weren't available in the hotel lobby selection.
4.2
Fantastic value - large room - friendly staff - has all the amenities plus a great bath/onsen. Although located close to the 'pink district' this is easily avoided and it is a safe 20 minute walk to the main street. The only down sides - breakfast is basic and the room I had looked onto a cement wall. I would return to Rakuchin.

You will need to take a taxi to this hotel, since there are no English signs at all, and it does not look like a hotel from the outside. Interesting half-Japanese room, with lovely wood floor, and low table and chairs on a tatami mat. But the Western bed was uncomfortably hard, and the pillow contained some granular material. The room was very quiet, and the entire hotel is non-smoking, which is a bonus in Japan. The area is not great for walking around. In one direction is a very seedy area with strip clubs. The other area has some other hotels, including the Hotel Loisir, where I recommend you have the dinner buffet.

The front desk staff were always incredibly helpful and the place itself was very comfortable. Id stay there again.

First, try to make sure you know the Japanese characters for the place from their original website because it can be a little tough to find. However, when you do, it was an absolutely great place to stay. Very clean and tidy rooms. The staff was all extremely helpful. There is a public bath for guests open until 12am, which is a great way to relax at night. Also walking distance from some good restaurants and International Street, and the beach. Overall one of the best places we stayed in Okinawa. Will be back again in the future.

Loved it! It's pretty different from the chain hotels, but I love how local and original it is. I don't speak Japanese, so the staff always help me, using online translation website to communicate with me hahah
It so clean. And it's big. I had Japanese style room, very comfortable. Will recommend. But I feel Japanese hotels r always very much qualified.

Nice large rooms! Very clean, except the Japanese bath. The water looked like things were floating on it. The breakfast was just toast and tea, but that was fine. It satisfied me until lunch time. It appears to be in a red-light district so walking around at night wasn't a great idea. Other than that is was very nice!
