Excellent accommodations and stay. The breakfast food and especially the food staff was exceptional; very attentive, friendly and helpful.

First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. This level of service made a big difference in our stay.
The room, however, was a bit of a letdown. While the bed was very comfortable — we slept great — the room itself felt a little run-down. Some fixtures looked dated, and a bit more maintenance could really elevate the overall experience. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s worth noting if you’re looking for a more polished environment.
We were excited to use the indoor pool, but unfortunately, it had an overwhelming amount of chemicals. Even without going underwater, our eyes started to burn from the air alone, which made it hard to enjoy the pool area. If the chemical balance had been managed better, it would have been a much more pleasant experience.
On a brighter note, the breakfast options were fantastic! There was a great variety, and everything was well-prepared and fresh. It was the perfect way to start each morning.
Overall, it was a decent stay. With a bit more attention to the room upkeep and pool maintenance, it could easily become a top-tier experience. The wonderful staff and comfortable bed made it worthwhile, but a few tweaks would

The stay at Hampton inn & suite hotel was great until we decided to use the pool and hot tub.
For some reason both pool’s and hot tub’s water was literally cold.
That was the only disappointed thing, anything else was great even with some showers/weather.
Good breakfast, a lot to pick from.

I would consider it to stay again.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The furniture was dated, but the bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. The bath had a newer surround, the lighting was good, and the shampoo and lotion was nice. The refrigerator was helpful and I enjoyed sitting out back over looking the bay with stunning sunsets. Parking was included and we had no problems finding a spot.
Breakfast was a nice touch and the friendly staff worked hard to keep everything full and clean. The coffee provided all day was tasty.
The pool area and bar were clean and well kept. Some of loungers had stretched/broken seats, but it is the end of the season.
We were able to easily walk to several restaurants, the boardwalk, and beach. There is also the bus stop right in front of the hotel and the busses run frequently.

It was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Staff was pleasant, location was convenient, not too far from the beach, clean facilities, breakfast was great, funiture in room could use update, indoor and outdoor pool was a good addition, balconies were too close for me, but overall we had a nice stay.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. My family was not a big fan of the salt water pool. The view from our balcony was gorgeous- especially at sunset.
My only complaint is the furniture in our room and in the lobby is showing signs of wear, shabby appearance.

Very family-friendly clean very friendly staff the only thing that I didn’t like and I didn’t check so this was my fault. It was accommodating for animals. I didn’t like that part however it wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been, but overall satisfied.

100 PERCENT!!! Recommend!!!! AMAZING HOTEL!!!! Max 5 mins walk to the beach, AMAZING bay view from my room! I didn’t get a chance to go to the pools but it looked amazing and with a had a nice size jacuzzi! I like the palm trees and tiki bar look at the back of the hotel with all the lights! Super relaxing looking at the bay anytime in the day and night.. AMAZING SUNSET on bay side! Breakfast VERY GOOD and DELICIOUS… Breakfast employees NICEST PEOPLE I ever met and caring. Rooms extremely clean and nice room services employees and as well as the reception staff were very nice too. Bus stop in front of the hotel to go to and from boardwalk (a little far from the main boardwalk area, but still very walkable which is what we did). Coffee/tea/hot water all day and night which I loved because I love drinking something warm in a colder night. Very helpful free ice dispenser to add ice in my cooler to go to the beach! OVERALLL AMAZING! Extremely happy for my first time in Ocean City, Maryland!

We loved our stay. Loved the inside and outside pool. Room was clean. A little problem at first. House cleaning was unable to put our sofa bed back after preparing our room but maintenance quickly took care of the problem. He was very helpful. The Tiki Bar connected to the hotel had good food and drinks as well. Overall great stay. Kids wanna come back.

We have been coming to the Hampton Inn almost every year since they’ve opened. It’s the only place we will stay when visiting Ocean City. The staff is friendly and accommodating, quick access to the beach, and the rooms are always clean. My only concern is that it is pet friendly. Pet lovers are ok with their pets occupying spaces that non pet lovers are uncomfortable with such as the bed, table and dining areas. My hope is that their cleaning and housekeeping protocols are at the highest standards.

I loved the front desk staff. They were helpful and nice. My room needs to be upgraded with new furnishing. The pillows, when you pull aside the case are filthy. Three out of the four pillows in my bed was just not useable. Also, I stayed out for most of the day for one of the days spent there and my room was not cleaned. I was disappointed. We were told a night staff would come in to clean it but we refused the service as we were tired and needed to rest.

The furniture and carpet was worn out. We normally stay here for the bed and view. The view was great as always. The condition of the bed was not to their normal standard. We have stayed here before even during Covid. But this is our last time. For half the price I could have got the same experience. Again place needs to be rehabbed. 😞

I didn’t want to stay at this hotel but my daughter’s teammates wanted to stay here. As soon as you walk into the hotel it smells like stale dogs. Our room smelled like a dog and a dirty carpet. I spray disinfectant spray and air freshener but it didn’t work. The hotel was Completely booked. The inside of the toilet looked disgusting!! It looked like it was never cleaned inside the bowl. Tragic!! The microwave sounded like it was gonna explode whenever we used it. The hotel cleaning ladies and maintenance staff were very nice and polite. My husband went to the front desk and asked for more creamer for his coffee and the front desk employee told him “you do know you can drink the coffee without it right?” He laughed because he thought she was playing but she was serious. Then she told him “oh boy you gonna make me work for my money today”. All because she didn’t want to go to the kitchen to replace it. During the complementary breakfast hotel guest were allowed to bring their dogs in the buffet line. Dogs piss and pet dander were all in the elevator.
On the plus side the pool area was really nice along with the corn hole game station. Ocean city is a beautiful place to visit or have a family vacation. I would have to stay somewhere else.
