The location is ideal if you want to bell close to pub street but not directly in the mix. The staff is very kind and friendly, but their English was more limited than other places. They’re working on it.
Upon arriving, you learn that the online photos are deceptive. The building is not exactly pristine. The bathroom sink leaked onto our feet every time we tried to use it. The shower was a bit moldy, as they often are in humidity. The breakfast was late and the coffee situation was just packets of instant coffee with hot water.
It’s a little overpriced for what it truly was. It was ok for the three nights we were in Siem Reap, but I would probably try somewhere else next time.

The host was friendly but quite unprofessional. Spa didn't work. Breakfast not included despite signs advising breakfast time. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Didn't appear very clean. But great location close to Pub Street. Close to most things in the centre of Siem Reap all walking distance.

This hotel has got it all! Friendly staf, very friendly owners (they all feel like family), clean rooms, great view on top floor, nice breakfast (9 ways to prepare eggs, wow), nice swimmingpool and close to 'Pubstreet', day- and nightmarket and so on. This all for a reasonable price. Check-in....now!!!

After the flight to Cambodia it has been nice to relax and enjoy a swim

Hotel very well located, 5 minutes walk to Pub Street. The hotel itself is correct and clean but the rooms are simple. No isolation around the windows, the pool was just under our window, it was noisy in the mornings and at night. The bathroom is very simple with no shower separated, so you shower almost on the toilets. The plugs are not working well. The breakfast was nice (fruits, tea/coffee, banana pancakes, omelette) the cleaning was done every day, the wifi worked very well. Their tuktuk driver Long was an excellent driver, he came to pick us up at the airport and we kept him the next day for the visit of the temples. He gave us excellent advices. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Dirty, they shut off the power the second you leave the room so it is hot and stuffy as no a/c. Cannot charge your electronics when you are not there. no Restaurant, . Web photos lovely but do not be fooled.

Expedia advertised this as a 3 star hotel which it is definitely not. The rooms were spacious, however dirty. Upon arrival I found a dirty tissue on the floor at one corner of the room and a dust pile on another. the floor towel looked as if it hadn't been changed from the previous guest and the beds advertised as king-size, pillow-tops were uncomfortably hard (and I actually like firm beds) queen-size. The bathrooms had a strange layout and were quite uncomfortable to shower in. For a budget hotel the breakfast was quite cook and even though they spoke no English the staff was helpful and accommodating. We were required to remove our shoes upon entering the hotel, which I liked, however the same was not true for the evening local short stay customers. The location was seemingly good, walking distance to pub street however far from the noise though the nearby temple made up for that around 530 am when the music and chanting started.

We don't know who rated this hotel as 4 stars. Our rate is worse as motel. Smell in the bathroom is so bad if neighbor from room next to us did number 1 the smell is in our room. The bathroom has so much mold.
Additional, no towel for the face. The bed is so uncomtable with one pilow for the person. The room is so small.

It was a nice hotel to come home to after a day of exploring. Very clean and comfortable, but not a resort or anything. Definitely worth the cost, though!

Average 2-3 star. Good strong WiFi. Easy walk to town. Very good breakfast spread. They offered to clean room daily but I declined. Most hotels in or close to town will have a noise problem from neighbors at 6:00 AM but this place was quiet on my side in the back.

A simple guesthouse, unremarkable in comfort, ambience, maintenance, amenities or cleanliness but priced appropriately for those on a budget.

Largish room, very clean, great breakfast, very helpful staff, pool is heaven after a hot day visiting temples. Location next to the river is a huge improvement on hotels cramped into side streets in Siem Reap. One caution: area of the hotel is still pretty grungy, but then pretty much all Siem Reap's $25 hotels are in pretty grungy areas

For the money its a place to sleep. Noisy halls, children in the pool at 6:30am. Poolside rooms regardless of your floor will hear noise from the pool and about a dozen children who live directly behind the hotel. The pool was green for 4 of the 7 days we stayed. The area for the hotel located is filthy. First night owner gave us two glasses of ice for our drinks. Next night we asked again for ice (2 coffee cups!) she said we needed to go out and buy our own. Their laundry service is great. Breakfast is good too. You can see the river from the terrace but it is so polluted and disgusting with litter and dead fish why look at it. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling and sink. The walls near the bed were filthy. Would not stay here again.

Location of the hotel is 10min walk south of town, which was practical and a bit out of the way from the crowds. No problems overall; front desk did the job but could have shown extra passion. Room comfort is basic (no safe, hair dryer on demand, TV, aircon+fan, standard amenities). Bedding was clean. Breakfast was fine, with bread, pancakes, eggs, fruits, tea, coffee etc... though unfortunately unavailable for those looking to leave early to visit the temples. The swimming pool, however, was very welcome after a long day visiting the Angkor complex - one of our main reasons for booking here. Tuk-tuk service is available for visiting the temples. Overall, hotel was in line with expectations, well located, clean and affordable. It offers a good alternative for travelers who do not want to spend too much. Only downside was the WiFi connection which was just good enough for WhatsApp messaging and emails without attachments in our room, To send photos, we had to stand below the WiFi relay.

location not close to attractions or centre, hotel is cheap but very old and not clean at all inside the room (found some ants on me bed, see pics), i believe renovation is necessary. btw its design is quite tradition and staff is nice and free delicious breakfast (honestly this is the only one i like)

Good 2 star accommodation, great pool and facilities. Small bathroom and bedroom and a tired facility. A good cheap stay but nothing flash.

A great way to make you want to vomit. Small pool. Free WiFI. Challenging shower and toilet paper disposal. Room sprayed either for bugs or previous smoking occupant. When we arrived the room stank. A day later after leaving the window open and AC it was OK. One US dollar by tuk tuk to tourist ghetto. Two dollars if you don't tell them it's one dollar.

Has nothing really going for it except a cheap price. 15 mins from pub st etc on foot. I passed on the included breakfast every day - didn't fancy the look of it. Wouldn't advise against staying there - simply that it is OK but no better than that as a low cost option. Decided to move to a slightly more expensive but better quality place later in my SR stay and didn't regret the move.

Family of three travelling so we had the King size and twin bedroom. Space a bit tight but manageable. The bathroom needs serious updating otherwise useable. if the bathroom is updated and the bathtub removed, perhaps there will be less mold and dampness. Also, the bathroom room needs the higher wattage lightbulb as it is very dark in the bathroom. This hotel embraces some traditional Cambodian etiquette in that you must remoce your shoes before entering and one is required to go barefeet or use their flip flops while walking.inside the hotel premises.
Breakfast is simple but adequate. Staff are friendly and happy to accommodate where possible. Hotel location is superb and walking distance to the central Night Market and Pub Street. Tuk tuk ride is only US$2/- for three people and easy to catch going and coming from the hotel. A few steps away from the hotel is the crocodile farm.

The room is reasonable for the cheap price. The pool was nice and clean.
