The hotel is good. The location was beyond perfect and close to train station. Room was small. Sofa bed was not comfortable. The breakfast area had an unpleasant smell. The hotel had a great amenity kit. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
4.1
The room smells badly when I entered it. It smelled like someone pee on the carpet. The smells remain whenever you entered the room. The deodorant spray provided in the room didn’t help
4.1
Small room but good front desk service.

Great service. Great location

Great place, has a washer and dryer. Its a short walk to the station. You have a seven eleven next door. Staff is great!

Overall this was a good stay. Really appreciated that they prepared 4 beds for our reservation. We were surprised to see the room was set up upon entering. Only downside was the air conditioning did not seem to be working correctly. It was not as cool in the room we were assigned.

We found the staff very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast VERY much and it was super delicious! Everyone was helpful, polite, and attended to our needs quickly. Just the carpet looked old and dirty, but other than that, all in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for 2 weeks as a group of 3 people. Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and bathrooms were nice. Less than a minute walk to 7 11 and there’s a lot of restaurants and pharmacies nearby. There is laundry machine as well.highly recommend this place For its value and convenience. Thank you for having us and we enjoyed our trip to Japan!

Hotel is centrally located and lots of restaurants and places to shop. Very vibrant area!

We stayed at hotel twice. First at beginning of our month long trip… stayed at Grand Hotel and was excellent. At end of our trip stayed at the Grand Hotel again however this time they moved us over to the Vintage Hotel across the street.. not as good, smaller room, older, no view… but it wasn’t the worse.
4.1
The room is small but they have bigger rooms that were all booked. I was disappointed to see the small room when I arrived. Overall my stay was great due to the location. Restaurants are , shops, are all over and it’s just around the buildings. Subway station is 2 minutes walk.

Nice place

The hotel is close to everything.
4.1
Very small room, but convenient location to subway stations, cool, quiet, and safe neighborhood, cool hotel. Men's only guided sauna experiences on 2nd floor. Coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours. Microwaves and tiny laundry machines on 3rd floor.

Customer service is excellent! Beds and Pillows are comfy. Our room has a decent size for a family of 3 with 1 large and 3carry on size luggages. Very clean. So many restaurants and kombini around the vicinity. 5minutes walk to train station Ginza,M,TY,JR, Z,C lines options

Great location, close to several train station. Hotel was very clean, staff was very polite

Very good

The hotel is too old and also , no iron for ironing clothes and you need to go and request and get everything across the building.
Microwave in laundry room

The location is good. Other than that the facility and amenities are not good.

Very nice location in Akasaka with lots of restaurants and some shops, close to several subway stations. So you can go by train almost anywhere in a short while. Nice large room, looked fresh and we had cleaning every day in the annex building. It was quiet in the room despite being an entertainment and restaurant area. We were a family of four enjoying our stay. English speaking very friendly staff that helped with taxis and luggage.
4.1
Convenient location near restaurants and subway. Rooms are older but clean.
4.1
Overall good, but language barrier might be a problem.

We enjoyed our stay at Centurion Grand Hotel Akasaka, we stayed for 3 nights. There are multiple train stations a short walking distance from the hotel. The room was just what we needed and they offer complimentary items in the main building if you happened to forget something. There are so so many little restaurants around this hotel you will not go hungry. Night life is very live and well and it wasn’t noisy at all considering how thin the walls are. Crowds starts to pick up around 8 and will quiet down around 1. If you’re riding the trains, map your route and take note on the stop you need to get off at- it will help with purchasing tickets and which lines to transfer to. I would also suggestion holding off on the Suica or Passmo cards until at least getting the most of the train system so that you’re not wasting money (if you can buy one since they stopped sales in 2023). Also don’t just go walking down into any station on the line you need to take, you may end up purchasing another ticket or getting lost for 10-20 minutes.

Rooms where very very small so as a tourist, it was very difficult to unpack. But the location is excellent
4.1
Besides they call it a “family room”, the room is very very very small. Can probably take maximum of 7-8 steps from the door to end of the other wall, which is sadly the only area you can walk on. No bed sheets on the bunk bed. Carpet is old and dirty. Holes on curtains. Mold in the shower. Pee stain too. Light adjustment and some power outlets weren’t working. We checked out earlier than planned. When we first asked them about refund of unused nights, they didn’t want to give any.

Conveniently located between two different stations. Near multiple convenient stores and restaurants. Hotel lobby offers coffe and tea as well as amenities you may have left behind. We were in property across the street and made a habit of grabbing breakfast from a Convenient store, drinks from hotel lobby, and then eating in the lovely seating area in the restaurant before they opened.

Great hotel. Room was small but comfortable and quiet. Great location very close to two metro stations. Dozens of food options and shopping around the hotel. Next to a 7-11.

3 minutes walk to 赤阪見附車站,lots of restaurants nearby

Make sure to read the square footage of the rooms as they are small. Great service

Overall a good place to stay for the week. The room was just enough for four adults and eight pieces of luggage considering it's Japan. The bathroom was clean. The carpet was the only minor issue in the room. It looked worn and may be in need of a good cleaning or replacement. Staff is excellent and did everything they could to help with anything. The hotel is located centrally in a busy part of the area. Just a block away from a train station and a nice Shrine. And plenty or restaurants nearby to choose from.

Polite, courteous, helpful staff. Nice bag storage pre check-in. Location is great, close to metro, various dining options and shops. The only downside is the room condition and bad layout. King sized bed in tiny room covering part of window, tasteless mosaic flooring, mismatched furnitures, possibly an attemp to create vintage but failed. Nice clean bathroom, tho.

The location is great! It is easily accessible from the subway station. There are many food options in the area. However, the room was very small and a bit run down. The wall covering was peeling off.

we stayed here during our 6night family trip to Tokyo. Hotel is in good location near subway and many restaurants. unfortunately the rooms are very small in size and they smell very bad. Sauna facilities (only for men) were probably very nice when opened but now in bad condition. There is no restaurant for breakfast on premise but luckily for us 7/11 is next door so breakfast was easy to get. Tokyo is absolutely full of hotels and you can get a much more decent one for the same price they charge.

Nice located everything was walking distance staff friendly and ready to help you
4.1
Staff was very nice and helpful. Only reason why it’s a 3 star is because the sheets and pillows weren’t super clean.
4.1
room was very small for 3people. had no closet space
4.1
Basic details: 2 travelers (couple), each with a backpack, carry-on and large luggage. we got the King bed room.
The room: it’s small but that’s expected for Japan. It has AC that you can control to whatever you’d like and if you’re from the U.S like us it has a conversion table so you can tell what it is in Fahrenheit. Oh don’t forget to place your room key in the slot by the door- it activates all the lights and TV in the room (I think this is a thing in Eastern Asia because we had to do the same in our South Korean hotel). Floor to ceiling windows that really light up the room. The TV was large and on the wall next to the bed. The bed itself was firm and comfortable but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. But after a day of walking all day you don’t notice from how tired you are. The room in whole was a little… I wouldn’t say dirty but definitely not new. There was a stain on the curtains. The furniture is old, the decorations old, but it did the job. If you’re tourist that just need a place to sleep. It has mini fridge, a vanity, a closet, a small table on either side of the bed with outlets. 6/10
Service: The staff were SO amazing, they were super helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and same with checking out. They helped us ship and deliver our luggage from Tokyo to Osaka no hassle within 2 days. ($170 yen total for 3 large luggage). 10/10
