toilets and bathrooms were unclean and busy all the time 2 wc and 2 baths for so many passengers it was horrible
Noisy rooms
You have to pay for leaving your luggage at the hostel by your own risk otherwise pay extra for insurance
We checked out early next day and booked an another place
Not recommended

Exceded all my expectations! The pods are quirky and futuristic, but ultimately super comfortable! And the location is PERFECT.
I’d definitely stay here again.
3.4
Right in the middle of the tourist spot. We could walk or take ground transportation everywhere.
Beautiful home. Like a hostel, but with pods. Four in a room. Could have done the bigger room. Never needed ear buds. lol.
Bed wasn't as comfortable as a regular bed, but ok for a night or two.
3.4
It was almost impossible to get in to the capsule with the door code. Didn't manage to lock it (and hardly didn't want to with the risk not to get in to it and to my luggage).
Prepare yourself for mixed sex -shower/toilet room, with limited privacy.

reception —. Excellent!
3.4
Worst hotel ever. So incredibly hot that neither I nor my girlfriend could sleep. No Aircon or colony of any kind. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because it was unliveable and we were worried about heat stroke
3.4
I loved that it was tucked away from the Main Street and it was quiet at night! It was an adventure sleeping in the capsule but it was exactly as advertised. I would happily stay there again
3.4
Our private room was comfortable and had room to store luggage safely. It was quite hot and there only seemed to be one toilet to share, shower facilities were decent though.

Being a capsule hotel expectations can’t be sky high.
Clean and well organised and good location but.
The temperature was horrible. So hot. I guess close to 30 deg. No air cons or ventilation to speak of.
I won’t book again during summer time. Simply horrible.

I was very sceptical after reading the reviews but honestly it was a great first hostel experience. The capsule was comfortable, the ventilation was working fine and it actually got a bit chilly in the evening.
The shared bathrooms were not the cleanest but were adequate enough and showers were fine.
Overall it was quiet as it's kinda tucked away from the main street and it's located so centrally that makes it a perfect choice.

We stayed for 3 days, it was generally nice and the location is excellent. The bathroom was not ideal, just 2 toilets that were very small and the smell was overpowering. We stayed in a room of 4 pods, and the first night was very quiet and easy to fall asleep as people were being considerate of each other but on the second night the people renting the pod below were very noisy and arrived just before 2am. It was also very hot inside the pod and the ventilator was quite loud. We would stay here again for the price and the location but we would also consider other places before settling here. Also there was not a secure place to store baggage except inside the pod, by the end of our trip our bags were taking up some space on our bed.
3.4
Worst place ever to stay in Copenhagen, the capsule was a small hot chamber. We couldnt put our luggage on locked closet we had to sleep with it. They were no aircondition in the capsule. The bed and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned.
3.4
The capsule itself was fine, but there were only two toilets for the whole floor and no common spaces. The unisex-showers were difficult to use because everything got wet, showercurtain would have helped.
Better than just a bed, but I'm too old for this.
3.4
Great location, unfortunately capsules has no ventilation and inside gets very hot and stuffy. There was a air conditioning circulating the same rotten air over and over again and windows were shut closed and we were not allowed to open then due to some ridiculous fire policy. So many people in one room not allowed to open the window. Smell was horrible.
3.4
You should not call this a capsule hotel. It's really boxes with no proper ventilation or any other facility I would suggest your staff take a trip to Japan to see what a capsule hotel is really like. I had to check out a day early because it was so bad
3.4
I liked the unique 'capsule' element of the hostel, it isnt something Ive seen much.
They are shared dorms, but still retaining some privacy and security in a double bed sized pod with USB/plug sockets to charge devices and AC controls.
The staff are friendly and helpful, reasonably priced rates and a fantastic location (just a stones throw from Nyhavn- as the name suggests) for all the main points of interest around Copenhagen.
My only criticism is the keypad used to open the pod can be a little tricky and took a while for me to get the hang of!

The property right in the heart of Copenhagen

Great location but basic place to stay, not very clean

Nice hip place to stay in and cozy

Lovely location and cute building and kind staff
Mattress was too big for bed, resulting in an uncomfortable angle where it went over the edge of the bed. You would role into the middle of the bed and have to sleep at an incline on the side (tricky when sharing a bed). The staff did not correct it when we requested a mattress that fit the bed although they said they would. All four nights were miserable sleeping experiences.
The bathroom had glass walls so everyone walking down the hall could look into the bathroom. Very uncomfortable. There was also only one toilet per hall resulting in wait times to use the restroom.

Made a reservation at around 23 last night.
Was told in a e-mail not to bother contacting the hostel/hotel and just come check in. Took a taxi and showed up 20 minutes later. Closed door, no bell etc.
Call the number, no answer. Write us a e-mail.
Luckly had a friend I could bother for a couch or i guess my options would have been really bad.
Why and how can I book a hotel on thia platform after the reception is closes and its impossible to check in?
Refund?

Great location and staff are extremely pleasant and friendly.

Location for the Capsule Hotel is amazing
And easy to find the Lady who was in charge (cant remember her name but she was Romanian)was great and listened to my probable ramblings after consuming a few beers so a big thank you to her

The first two showers were not working properly.
The other toilet wasn’t working properly.
Then I learnt the third shower is the most trustworthy.

Great location hostel. But small bathroom and not cleaned.

Great value for the money. Courteous and friendly staff; warm and welcoming atmosphere. Good location. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers.

We had a great stay.
The shower fascilities were not fantastic, but all i all this hostel is great value for money.

Friendly staff, bed pods, toilets and showers were all kept clean throughout my stay

I understand it's a budget hotel and that the capsules can't be the same as a normal bed... but the mattress was supee hard, the pillows were thinner than paper and our capsule had no light in it so the hotel replaced it with a LED-light strip which worked... sometimes. On top of it all we couldn't shut the door and had to sleep with it open or we would have died a heatstroke in the capsule. There was 3 showers and 2 toilet stalls and one of the doors was broken to one toilet so there was 1 toilet for atleast 10 guest. This facility need someone to come in and upgrade it/renovate it for it to be worth staying there. I will not come back.

Never slept in a pod before. But it was cozy, a bit warm and not enough airflow. But i slept ok.

Nice Nice Nice

Unfortunately this was a terrible stay. The pods have no cooling function, very little air circulation so when in the mid 20's in weather/temp, and then you go into a plastic box and shut the door, it quickly becomes unbearable (and I'd read the reviews and took a fan) I had to get the door open just to survive and then there's zero privacy. Added to that, there's 2 loos between potentially 44 people so when I gave up sleeping to go to get a shower to cool down, I found a used tampon in the shower cubicle. The cleaning guy is trying to stay on top of it, but I guess if people can't get into the loos then there's a certain animalistic tenancy which takes over. I quit early swearing never again and needing a bucket of coffee to survive the day. Thanks to the one smiling staff member that morning.

It was hot and noisy - no way to sleep due to the lack of air conditioning. Honestly the worst place I have ever stayed in.
3.4
The staff were amazing and helpful. The vibe was great and the interior design excellent. It was lovely to hang out outside close enough to the centre of everything but in a courtyard where one could relax. The capsules were ok. Not amazing as I found the enclosed space difficult (it was like sleeping in a trunk) but it was cost effective and could have been a lot worse. The shower was good and the loos were mostly clean but could have been a bit more regularly checked. There was a lot of trust between everyone in the dormitory and people were kind. It's ideal for young travellers but not so much for oldies like me! The coffee was amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone on a budget. My daughter (15) loved it. There was just one thing that drove me crazy.... and that was the un-cool music. As a musician and songwriter, I found the reproduced hit songs mind-numbing and suggest that the company buy a PRS licence and play the real thing and not the copies of songs like 'I see fire' and 'dancing on the ceiling'.... also the jazz sounded like lift music... I suggest 'cafe del mar' playlists instead. (Please?). Apart from that, we loved it.

The fan system in the capsules were not worki ng properly.
3.4
Close to the main tourist attraction

Overall experience was good. Sleeping in a capsule can be difficult if other guests are loud at night. Very good location and price. Breakfast is moderate but several dishes were often finished so you had to ask them many times. That gave an impression of ”penny-pinching”. Suggestion for development: add vegetables for breakfast.
3.4
There was no internet connection, reception just simply answered that they could not help. Hotel is under renovation.
3.4
I did not have a good stay here. The room wasn't as advertised, there was no shared kitchens and the beds didn't have curtains, which were main reasons for booking. Without curtains the head-height of the beds left zero privacy. The bed was also designed below a low hanging beam so getting out of the bunk was particuarly difficult, and i have the bruises to show. The bed wasn't comfortable either. There was one toilet for who knows how many beds which smelt really bad and didn't look like it was cleaned at all during my stay. The showers i didn't use but looked small and awkward. I wouldn't recommend this hostel. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
