Nothing worthy to my likeing. Room was in horrible condition. Bed sheets, pillows and bath towels, literally yellow and dirty. Toilet in very poor condition. Toilet flushing not working. TV not working. Wifi unable to access.

Hotel uses solar heat for its hot water. Ample parking for cars. Had to pay RM5 for use of extra pillow for my 83 yr old aunt. Only 1 socket in room. No slipper for use in bathroom.

This is a comfortable hotel. But if you stay in a room that has a door to connect to another room, sometimes it will be very noisy. make sure you stay in a room that does not have a door in between another room. I am regular customer here. Thank you for installing a safety lock. I feel safe to park my car here. And I like this hotel has a sink outside to watch and clean my cup rather than to wash my cup inside my toilet. I will come back again.

A building by itself, with free parking, ok and clean for us. The corridor seem to smell some cigarette smoke though it is suppose to be smoke free. Overall not a bad experience. Quiet surrounding.

The staff friendly. The room and toilet spacious. The soundproofing is rather poor. Sounds from surroundings travels to the room. Even closing of room doors and someone flushing toilet sounds like its coming from my room. The room aircon needs to be serviced. The aircon takes almost 7 hours to cool the room down.

Reach at 2am...luckily not much hussles... All went smooth... Had a good rest but sound prove is very bad...a lot noises heard loud and its very disturbance...the window in the rooms with opposite site facing a Chinese family house with no properly tinted windows... Hope to look into it pls..otherwise all are great... Looking forward the next time to stay...

Overall acceptable. Decent place for stay. If couldn't stand smoking smell, then preferable to request a non smoking floor. Otherwise all are well kept for a place to really have a good sleep for overnight
