Superb hotel. Awesome staff! It made our trip even more special. I recommend to anyone going to Ibiza.

This is not a five star hotel. The service is extremely slow. And if you’re not European, you’ll have to ask at least three times for everything that you need. Service was extremely slow even at Nobu. If you order a pool bed, don’t expect to order food or drinks at the same time, it will never come. All in all the hotel is nice, but the staff needs better training on customer service. The service at this hotel is a one star at best.

Our stay at Nobu Ibiza was absolutely phenomenal. The property is stunning, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Our room was beautifully designed with breathtaking views that made every moment special. The amenities were top-notch, catering to all our needs and ensuring a relaxing stay.
The highlight of our experience was the dining. The culinary offerings at Nobu Ibiza are exceptional, with each meal crafted to perfection. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, leaving us looking forward to every meal. The staff were highly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The atmosphere at Nobu Ibiza is serene and sophisticated, making it an ideal place for relaxation and indulgence. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Ibiza.

Everything was excellent

Wonderful property and visit ! The only thing I would mention is to caution with “king bed” it is two beds placed near each other, which do create a king. Although common to see in Europe , the booking selection didn’t describe this, which some places do. Maybe book directly with nobu to see if there are other options. If this is something that is important in your visit. Otherwise 👍👍

This is a beautiful hotel, full of light and next to the sea. Our room had a lovely sea view and it was possible to walk into the Old Town from the hotel along the sea front and the marina. Ibiza is a little quiet in late October but it is still warm enough to swim to walk and to find good food. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and visiting Ibiza when things are at a slower pace.

I wish that the coffee bar in the lobby opened earlier or that there would have been coffee in the lobby for early risers.

Our stay was wonderful and too short! The staff was welcoming and service was top tier throughout our stay.

Hotel is beautiful and away from the hussle of the party island and a short cab journey for clubbing/restaurants should you wish to leave. We had a hot tub suite which was fantastic along with the room service. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the communal areas, despite paying a significant amount of money to stay there we were told that for a bed next to the pool it was a min €250 spend! The service was horrifically slow (most of the drinks we ordered did not come either) and the food was average at best. It really ruined it for us and for the price there are much better hotels out there. It really was such a shame

Overall the stay was quite good - the rooms are spacious and communal areas are very lovely. Decor is nice and staff are friendly but unfortunately when we arrived there was an awful smell filling the hotel. When asked about, we were told that it is a protected seaweed that accumulates on the beach at certain times of the year - understandably this cannot be moved, but there were no diffusers or attempts to mask the smell. When we asked for a diffuser for our room we were given a cheap one euro supermarket thing - not acceptable for a five star hotel.
The rooms have absolute zero soundproofing too so we heard the party on the roof as if it were in our room until midnight and we heard everything in the corridor - sneezes, talking, doors opening and closing, chatting. There are earplugs in the room but when I found mine they were already opened and looked used! When we asked for more they took almost 30mins to deliver to our room even though we told them that we needed to get some rest. If you’re a light sleeper then I would avoid. We booked this as a lovely relaxing option at the end of a week in a villa and it was less relaxing than anticipated.
A shame because the hotel is lovely but these things are quite major points that ruin the experience.

Overall the hotel was a great stay. We had quite a few issues with delays checking in as the room wasn’t ready for quite some time after checkin was open. The food isn’t great, the breakfast is particular could do with improving. However, the staff; stay; location; decor; vibe were amazing and wouldn’t fault. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Simply amazing! Incredible service, incredible room, amazing view and amazing suite. Without a doubt the best hotel in Ibiza and such a beautiful place to visit.

The jacuzzi on the top deck of the suite was not operational. It was the reason we splurged for the more expensive room. They did offer a 10% discount and a massage, but another guest was extremely mad. All the jacuzzi suites were not operating. The entire top deck was not usable. Disappointing.

Amazing and beautiful hotel, only issue was very limited food options after 7PM. A bit of a trek into town for dinner just after arrival isn’t necessarily what you want to be doing.

Of all of the hotels I stay in, this one was outstanding - immaculately clean, one of the only hotels i've stayed in recently with a full mini-bar, food / restaurants - well, Nobu, so impeccable, attention to detail pretty faultless, the staff are obviously trained to stratospherically high standards; everyone of the front of house, bar and restaurant staff, housekeeping, all of them were an absolute pleasure to talk to and clearly understood the meaning of "professional" so 10/10 to the management team there. Spa - Im always slightly skeptical when the description of a particular massage treatment contains vocabulary such as "chakra" or "chi" etc, but following the 90 minute session I had - ill never raise an eyebrow again. This hotel, end-to-end is incredibly difficult to find anything to vaguely complain about. I honestly couldnt recommend enough.

Absolutely amazing. I have very high standards and this hotel surpasses them all. My 3rd or 4th stay and every time it blows me away. Stand outs are the family pool. The staff. The service. And all the little extras - everything you could need. I've had friends stay at the same time twice and the hotel blew them away as well. Both didn't even want to leave hotel even to see the Island!

We stayed at the Nobu for 4 nights. We got an upgrade (technically the amount paid was high and would have normally meant getting a great room to start with).
The hotel staff at reception and at the concierge desk where really helpful and nice albeit quite commercial.
The Chambao on the other end is disastrous. Greasy food, no salads whatsoever, the tuna steak we took was an overpriced darn, fatty and unedible.
The service there at breakfast is lame, coffees as cold as the food. The only highlight is the lovely Argentinian girl in charge of placing customers. Again, just as for lunch, breakfast doesn't feel refreshing, no salad buffet or even on the menu. Do not dare asking for a tomato/cucumber/lettuce salad, it seems it is completely impossible.
There is a fruit & yogurt attended bar and good breads and pastries.
Be aware that the minibar prices are an absolute rip off.
You also need to book the restaurant Nobu well in advance as it is famous and excellent. You get the table for two hours only although service is a bit slow, which caused an issue resolved by the hotel in our case but still a bit annoying.
The rooms are good, not overly big even for junior suites, and not well soundproofed. Also they tend to do your room only late afternoon even when you left the sign at 9am. There is a turndown service.
The hotel is separated from the beach by a path used by many people who watch you as they go by. Swimming in the sea is uneasy due to an enormous amount of seaweeds

You’re paying for the brand! For the price of the room (£600 a night in off season) you get a tiny room with absolutely no view - we were overlooking a car park. The service in the bars is dreadful with it being nearly impossible to order drinks/food when at the bar or by the pool. When you do get service expect extortionate pricing (even for Ibiza) and snobby service. The location isn’t great either with much better views at other properties. If you want to get some photos for Instagram (as so many people do) if suggest a quick drink at the bar but certainly don’t spend the night.
