Nice room but en suite very small and cramped. Not sure I actually got the room I thought I had booked but in the end it did not matter as it was only for one night. Very friendly folks and very helpful. Not had breakfast yet so cannot comment on that. Close to shops and city centre. With parking.

Chilton House is a beautifully appointed home and garden just a short walk to the town with many historical features. The hosts are friendly, gracious, and helpful. A gem.

Owners could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was probably the best I have ever had . Equally as good as a recent Michelin star hotel and it was very good! Thank you for your hospitality.

Had a fabulous stay at Chilton House, so much so we extended our stay by one night (they only had one extra night free) as we didn't want to leave. Beautiful decor, delicious breakfasts and the loveliest hosts. Highly recommended.

Fantastic room with lots of extras. Amazing breakfast and lovely hosts. Rob and Melissa couldn't have done more to help and look after us. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Amazing! all the reviews you see for this place are spot on, I couldn't fault my stay in any way, the hosts were both lovely and easy to chat to, the room was superb, with a piece of cake on arrival, real milk in the fridge and a lovely comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, and puts most hotels to shame, I would highly recommend Chilton House to anyone.

We had a great weekend at Chilton House - a very warm welcome from our hosts and plenty of useful tips about the local area. The property is very handily located for access to the whole town, and is easily reached from the major road network. The breakfast really set us up for the day. A great stay, thoroughly recommended.

Amazing place, so close to town, free parking, absolutely spotless & the hosts were incredible. Brownies in the room were a lovely touch & Melissa recommended some lovely bars to us. So friendly & welcoming & the best home cooked breakfast we’ve ever had, will definitely be returning.

A lovely, quiet location, short walk to the town centre. Room with Nespresso machine, air cooler and fridge with fresh milk and water as well as a kettle and a set of good biscuits. Everywhere ultra clean. Wide-ranging breakfast menu and bright, comfortable breakfast room. Very comfortable and beautiful garden and patio area - excellent for summer evening drink (supermarket just round the corner) and that early morning tea the next morning. Perfect, comfortable stay in a very interesting part of the English-Welsh border. Ideal for exploring the area or just breaking up a journey to e.g. North Wales, along the equally scenic A5. Thank you, Melissa and Rob!

I have stayed here several times - everything is fabulous about the property. The room is done to a high spec, great shower, good coffee and homemade goodies, fantastic host, and delicious breakfast. Town is easy to walk to and plenty of parking around. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great B&B with lovely friendly hosts that do go the extra mile. Breakfast superb really sets you up for the day. Ideal location to walk a few minutes into Oswestry. Location of B&B good in quiet area with it's own car park. Will definitely return when back that way.

A beautifully renovated home with every comfort provided. Lovely hosts who could not do enough to ensure a wonderful stay. Excellent breakfast, cups of tea always on offer and little touches like fresh milk and sweet treats in your room!! Highly recommend. Also good location with an easy walk into town for dinner.

Great location and facilities with off road parking. The little extras like the daily cakes in our room and a lift into town when it was raining were unexpected but added to the enjoyement of our stay.

Room superb, nice view, comfortable bed, large room with space to relax as well as simply sleep. Bathroom spotless, large shower - room to move around! - and all fittings of high standard. Wide choice of food at breakfast, both hot and cold. Hot choices made to order, so always fresh. Would gladly return again and again!

This B & B didnt disappoint. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and had some style. Not like a corporate faceless, nameless hotel. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, well cooked and there was plenty of choice. I would recommend to anyone.
