Location was amazing. 2min walk to a metro station. 10-15min walk to most Lisbon downtown attractions. 5min walk to the train station. Lots of restaurants within 7min walk.
The place was really modern looking, very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They suggested places to eat and directions to get to places. The room was also modern and clean. I really like the concept of having the curtain on your bunk bed. It gives you some privacy and helps to sleep when people come in at different times and turn on the lights.
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. So glad I’m staying at the central house in Madrid and Barcelona too. At least I know it’ll be a good place!

Cute hostel , near the main Augusta street.

At all a simple and nice Hostel for Solo travelers.
But socializing is difficult, there not many Programms and it seems that everybody is hiding in is Bed or Work in the Lounge. For the Price its a bit to expensife for the room and service.

Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Staff is really nice and helpful. The location of this hostel is really good.
4.6
Staff was great, rooms were clean and other roommates were of no trouble.
4.6
An easy 5-star rating except for the dirty carpet on the third floor. It's begging for deep steam cleaning.
5 stars for the staff, great service & always pleasant to deal with. Much thanks to Pedro, Will & Rivi who made our stay so enjoyable. The location is excellent, most of the points of interest are within walking distance. The Metro (Rossio Station) is a few minutes away & Trolley #15E (for Belem) passes by the hotel. Trolley #28E is available 2 blocks from the property. Sleep quality is excellent !

I had a great stay here and would definitely come back! Very nice location, great staff, very clean, nice common space. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe start breakfast earlier than 8am, but the breakfast was very good!
4.6
It was clean, conveniently located, and it was so nice they provided a bottle of water at the start of the stay (but not throughout). One night, we heard people running through the corridor, other than that, it has been fairly quiet.

great location

Wonderful friendly helpful staff!
Very clean which was super important to us.
Management, please give a shout out to Eduardo, Lauren, Ravisi, Piedro and Jeff!!

It was affordable and very convenient, didn’t feel like a hostel. It was good

A great location, close to Rossio metro or other bus/tram stops, as well as food and shops. From the moment we stepped in, all staff were super friendly - even leaving a cute welcome note in our room. Beds were comfy, room was clean and plenty of space for 2 people. Would recommend!

Pretty space in a good location

the location great. the cleanliness excellent. the staff and service not great.

This was a great hostel, especially for the price. The location is perfect, in the middle of several bars and restaurants. The area around it is very walkable. The beds were comfortable and had their own private curtains for each bed. It was clean and the staff was fantastic, very friendly and very helpful.

Was kept up all night with the most loud fellow room guest. Finally fell asleep when he woke up around 5am. Missed check out on time and had to pay another 5 euros.
Too many nicer experience i know in Lisbon. Best of luck to this place.

Did not have wifi for 2 days and was not fixed up to the day we left
4.6
Excellent all around, comfy beds and pillows, lovely staff
4.6
It’s a wonderful central location.. we had a private room and it was very clean and no noise. It was cool because there’s air conditioning. And very walkable. Lots of shopping around and restaurants everywhere. The only negative was their Wi-Fi did not work… we are from Canada and we do not have international Wi-Fi. Other than the Wi-Fi not working, it was a wonderful stay.
4.6
Family travel made simple with this very well located hostel. We loved it.
4.6
The place is so well located, breakfast has an excellent price and you get everything necessary to start your day in Lisbon. Although, it would’ve been nice if they told you upfront at the check in that there is a penalty of €5 if you check out late, apart from that everything went fine
4.6
One important note about this property is that it is a hostel, not a hotel. I had to pay for towels and there are no complimentary amenities. I would not have booked this property if I had known this.
That being said, for a hostel, the main common areas were nice, the room was a good size, and the bathroom was clean.
4.6
The location is great.
The everyday cleaning is good.
The rooms were nice.
I slept in a 4 bed-room and on 1 side it was a bit small but it was a very nice stay!
4.6
Absolutely great!

For a youth hostel, this place is amazing. Clean, convenient, pretty, unique and friendly, this was probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Unfortunately, the bathroom in our room smelled for the whole time we were there, (before we used it) and the bunk beds were about 6'4" long, which was totally fine for me, but not for my 6'4" husband.
4.6
Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, other guests in shared room were respectful, great working space downstairs, and very comfortable!
4.6
Stayed here for 3 nights while solo travelling and loved it! It felt more like a hotel than a hostel and the location was amazing. 2 minute walk to the metro, train and bus to get you anywhere in the city plus tons of shops and restaurants right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Lisbon!
4.6
The location is near Rossio train station, so it is very convenient. The hotel is clean, but the bathroom needs more space to put the guests’ things. Besides, I think the washbasin is pretty inconvenient for washing stuffs.
4.6
Great hostel! Clean and great staff!
