This is our mind, body and soul recovery space during wonderful and exhausting vacations. In Japan walking 18,000 steps per day is common. We've stayed in a Onyado Nono hotel in Nara so coming here was a no-brainer.
The convenience of checking availability of washer/dryer via room TV simplifies life. Onsen facility is soothing, followed by snacks! And we enjoyed late night ramen more than expected.
4.6
Excellent choice if landing in narita and want a reasonable hot spring option in asakusa. Will stay again.
4.6
Very very good breakfast and onsen was very comfortable.

The area of Tokyo, Asakusa, is probably one of the best areas to be in in Tokyo. There is the Sensoji shrine and the surrounding streets with small shops and restaurants. This is not Ginza, these are smaller stores and restaurants which we loved. The hotel rooms are small but the breakfast is huge! And there is a hot spring ohsen in the hotel which we used. All in all, though this was not the fanciest hotel I’ve stayed at, with the location and the great breakfast, I give it 5 stars.
4.6
Convenient location in Asakusa which offers combination of old historic Japan next to modern shopping. Asakusa Tokyo metro station nearby as are eating places of all kinds and shopping.
4.6
I loved it, great breakfast, clean room, affordable price for a small room that you only use to sleep, but whatever you do don't miss out on the hot spring its worth every penny
4.6
Friendly staff, nice communal bath, clean facility. Would go back stay for Asakusa trip.
4.6
The hot spring is great and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is excellent too. Location is also convenient.
4.6
The hotel is overall nice but the room I stayed had some kind of smell coming out of the flooring. Other facilities are great.
4.6
Across the street from the oldest amusement park in the country, very walkable.
4.6
Convenient central location. Clean facility, sia in hotel, free drink in the afternoon and free ramen in evening after 9pm
4.6
The hotel and breakfast was excellent
Except that the room was not well cleaned. Hair of previous guest was found in the toilet
4.6
Great experience.
4.6
Love our stay here, most of all is the hospitality of the staffs!
4.6
Great onset hotel. If you want to stay in Asakusa excellent price/value ratio.
4.6
Great onsen and great price

Good services

Great Hotel for people visiting Japan. 10 min walk to a train station and is a 5 min walk to Senso-ji temple. The hotel includes an onsen which is useful after a long day. (Beware if you have tattoos, they will need to be covered. The Don Quixote nearby sells patches to cover your tattoo.) The surrounding area has an abundance of restaurants to choose from. The Hotel also has a breakfast buffet for a price.
4.6
Fantastic breakfast (a wide variety of Japanese dishes), delightful Ibsen, fair sized rooms.
4.6
It’s a wonderful place to enjoy Japanese authentic ryokan
4.6
Excellent location with everything around. Good for those travelling with kids and seniors.

Staff is excellent! Friendly, polite, informative and makes you feel good. Rooms are very adequate, clean, and spacious. Love the Japanese feeling of the hotel. Morning buffet selection is top quality and always well prepared and plentiful. The onsen is the best! Temperature just right with three options of temperatures. Very clean, lots of amenities, and very relaxing after a long day of traveling. Good treat of ice cream or yogurt after the onsen. Free Late night snack of ramen was perfect before bed. Location of the hotel is perfect for transportation, Sensoji temple, shopping malls, and so many eateries and happy hour places. Very quiet but beautiful. Highly recommend. Came here the year they first opened . Will be returning many more times.

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall we thought it was excellent.
The location was ideal for us - lots of cafes / restaurants / bars within walking distance, as well as a metro stop less than 10 minutes away. We arrived on a Monday and that evening it was fairly quiet with not much open, but the rest of the week there was a brilliant atmosphere (but not too busy or overcrowded).
We stayed in a Queen room and it was brilliant - not huge but enough space to store our luggage and move around the room comfortably. The room was immaculate, in particular the bathroom was very clean.
The onsen was also very well maintained and a lovely way to relax after a long day walking around Tokyo.
The staff were really polite and helpful.
If we ever come back to Tokyo we will definitely look at staying here again, excellent value for money and would highly recommend!

As advertised (and shown on many youtube videos). The including of breakfast and late-night ramen was a real treat.
You can request clean-up using the in-room infotainment system. However, it didn't work for me as I requested room-cleaning service (between a specific time using their system) but the room was not cleaned at all.
4.6
nice ,and quiet hotel away from the busy street.
4.6
The staff were really nice and helpful. Their onsen is amazing and the food was good.
4.6
Facilities and location is good, however can’t feel the hospitality from the staff; seems like they’re not welcoming for guest return visit.
4.6
The hotel is quite run down. I believe it has changed. It's completely different from before. This is very commercial and dehumanizing.
4.6
good vibe
4.6
Great location, mineral onsen makes it special
4.6
It would be better that the staffs can speak English well.
4.6
Amazing location with easy access to Sensoji and only a short walk to multiple nearby stations for transport all over Tokyo. The property is beautiful, clean, and well kept. We will miss staying here!
4.6
The room was much smaller than in the photo. My friend woke up the next day and found a lot of rashes on her face, probably because of the pillow case. Maybe because the room was not very clean. I kept running noses and sneezing. My noes is easy to be sensitive. The blanket we took from the counter was not clean, and we found hair on the blanket. The water in the hot spring was like ordinary hot water with medicated powder, and there was very crowded. Because the black water made it difficult for my friend to see the stair in the water, she almost slip. The space for breakfast is very small and you may have to wait for a table. The breakfast is not as rich as the introduction on the website. The staff at the counter have limited English and say everything OK, but they don't actually understand and implement it. In summary, no Go to this hotel again.

I’m so happy to find this hotel. Staff were all so friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance of Senso ji and hana yashiki. I will be back!!
4.6
Their beds are really stiff and we could feel the spring of the bed. It's really close to Senso-ji Temple.
4.6
The hotel is generally good, but I booked two beds, but when I arrived I was told that I had to pay for one more person.
4.6
Small room but cosy. Love the hot spring very much!! Can have ramen and ice cream bar after hot spring bath.
4.6
Incredible Japanese style hotel with beautiful onsen on the premises. We will be back!
