There was a cleaning fee, which I was not aware of. I only stayed one night. The fee was half of what I paid for the room.

The resort itself is very nice, lots of amenities and beach access. The specific room we got however gave us problems the whole time and since it was a privately owned room, the hotel was limited on how they could help or compensate us. The toilet didn’t work the whole time despite multiple requests and “repairs”, outlet by the bed didn’t work and the sitting area lamp didn’t work. This room was too expensive to have those problems, very disappointed. I will not get a privately owned room next time.

The room was very clean with an amazing view. The amenities were exceptional. Specifically the pool area. Had to wait one extra hour for staff to clean room before check-in.

It is definitely worth visiting beautiful restaurants and food is amazing especially the morning bakery place best croissants never tried them and they can beat any croissant bakeries Overall great place to stay and very memorable

Everything was perfect except the parking staff. It is my second time visiting this property and thanks to the parking people I might never visit again! Your car is late, they overcharge and of course you pay cash with no receipt….

I have stayed here in the past and had better experiences. The check in took forever, the room was not impressive for the price (have lived and worked in the region so know what’s fair for Miami) wouldn’t stay again.

The property was not advertised correctly. It advertised ocean view but it was partial ocean view. It also advertised a pull out bed but the couch in the room was not pull out. We had to call a few times to get someone on the phone for room service and valet.

Horrible experience... valet damaged my vehicle and then tried to say it was there already... room service added an extra $100 tip to my card for breakfast when i left A $10 tip! No seating at the pool unless your there at 5am or after 2pm! Ac was crap in the room and the fridge didn’t even keep anything cold! I will never stay here again and never recommend this place!

Room in Tresor tower was old dirty and unclean, had to call facilities for lights not working, room wasn’t cleaned for four days. Food in pizza pasta was awful, Le cote and Vida were good. Pools were lovely just too loud R&B that was not appropriate for small children. Was a mix between clubbing destination and family. Adults drinking and smoking in the pools is not appropriate as a family destination, make it one or the other. We left early from the pool each day as adult behaviour and language drinking and smoking was not on .
